Just flash the stock ROM for your model with ODIN. It'll take less time than waiting for somebody to post the file (unless.. a miracle happens.).

I figured however i have limited bandwith where i am now and will only be able to download the stock next weekend. want to get my phone up and running asap
Have you got an authorised PC to push the file from? I'm certain to get adb access in 4.3, you get prompted to authorise the connecting machine, a security feature, if that's the case and you haven't done it, you may not new able to rectify your phone anyway, without the full firmware?

Yes I can get recover and download mode. so I tried adb but windows not load my device. so adb pull /system/build.prop not work. is it possible do use apply update from adb or use a update.zip via external storage, if yes how do I have to make this zip?

Check to make sure if the correct driver for your device has been installed.
You can install Kies to get the driver also installed.

you should always make a copy of the rom, I have roms and firmwares at my site...
happened to me 2 days ago, I changed one hltexx to hlte or hltetmo to get my correct icons, and black screen, I just flash my good rom, keep a good copy on your sdcard or ext. so u can flash back, or restore ur backup nandroid copy.

Tested on GS6 SM-G920V on Marshmallow Please note that this Guide is for Samsung Reactivation lock and not Google FRP lock, You might wanna check out @Tomsgt s YouTube FRP Playlist.
With device turned off, enter download mode (power +Volume down + Home buttons)
Then press all buttons to get to Maintenance Boot Mode
Select USB debug mode
Turn on device, and open a adb cmd window and type
Code:
Adb devices
Adb shell
am start -n com.android.settings/com.android.settings.Settings
To open settings
Go to reset, It will ask to put in Samsung account.
Put in yours
Reboot
It will now let you finish setup wizard!
Note it will still not be possible to turn off reactivation lock. Even if it's on your account.
hm.. i was not able to get into the maintenance boot mode as you suggested by pressing all of the keys
Do I wait for download mode to complete before pressing all buttons to get to USB debug mode
Work in custom rom?
is it legal to post such methods?
because it's possible to get samsung account details.
but my question is , its legal ?
When I plug in phone I get "Unknown USB Device" and device malfunctioned error. My USB port is fine because all other phones work except the one with lock. Even when booting into ADB mode it does that. Any fix?

Or are on a different version. Than what I had
or it could just be that it doesn't work. Its not rocket science, you're just activating the adb via the maintenance mode and putting in 3 adb commands, i've done it plenty of times, your code dont work.

You might want to clarify the instructions so that inexperienced people will know that they download the file on their pc, and run it on Odin from PC. And in case, might want to explain how to open Developer options, and enable OEM, Debug mode. (Like I said, for noobs.)

Root worked its just the recovery that didnt work on boost mobile.. i used flashfire to flash the stock rom and injected supersu after a fresh rom install.. root and flashfire works.. just no recovery.. but dont need one with flashfire..
Just another confirmation that this worked on my Boost j700p
Thank you much, Messi!
Now anyone know if xposed will work on this or will I brick my phone? I miss all the awesome tweaks such as the seek bar in the pulldown menu for youtube and Music
Edit: Looks like you need a custom recovery in order to get Xposed on the phone. In time, I'm sure someone will figure it out, for now, root is a godsend
Confirming this worked for my Boost J700P fully updated with software version J700PVPU1APF3 with Android security patch June 1, 2016. SuperSU has updated and TitaniumBackup detects root and works normally. I'm sending my part of the bounty right now.
Also contrary to some warnings - I did not lose any apps, data or settings anywhere in this process.

Here we go. This is for T818VVRU1AQB1 firmware, but probably works on any revision 1 firmware.
Instructions
1. Enable OEM UNLOCK
In Settings>About>Software info tap the build number 7 times to enable developer options. Once you've enabled developer options, developer options will appear in settings just above the About device option. Open developer options, the 4th or 5th option should be “OEM Unlock”. Turn on.
2. Download the eng boot image.
This is a special boot image normally used by engineers, it allows selinux to be booted in permissive mode with relaxed root restrictions.
Do not replace this image with the stock image after rooting your device or you will possibly soft brick your device.
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=529152257862710309
3. Install boot image:
Download Odin v3.11.1
Reboot Phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the SM-T818V_eng_boot.tar to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes
Reboot
Check in Settings>About>Software, your device should be in Selinux permissive mode.
4. Install and run Kingroot:
Make sure you have an internet connection.
You may need to run Kingroot several times to gain successful root.
5. Install and run SuperSU me to remove Kingroot and convert to SuperSU (not required) :
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...ore&pcampaignid=APPU_1_uzPDVbGyFcGNyATHrqmoCA
6. Wifi fix:
modify the line below in /system/build.prop:
ro.securestorage.support=true to false
Good luck I hope it works for you. Let me know your outcome.

Sure, we'll get it fixed no worries.
Anyway it seems like you need the accompanying botloader if its getting stuck on the bootloader animation.
