Cannot connect to gear 2 - Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Good evening all, and I apologise in advance incase this Issue has either been posted, or solved . I cannot get my new note 4 ( 910 F)toConnect with gear manager. The error it gives me is some thing about not being compatible? Has anyone solved this issue? Many, many thanks

problem with WIFI on TYTN

hello Everyone, i'm new around here, but still i've got to benefit from all the information and knoledge poured on these pages for upgrading my TYTN to WM 6 (Schaps 3.54b) as well as adding the Hard-spl and upgrading the radio to 1.41
so, let's start from the begining. before doing the upgrade i was already having the problem with the WIFI, and that is that one day, it started searching for networks, but never found any, not even if i was 20 cm close to the Access Point. the problem persisted until i upgraded it to WM6, which was 2 days ago, and then miraculously it started working again, and detected my home's wireless network. but yesterday it begun to have the same problem again, searches for networks, but never finds any....
i really don't know what to do now... has nayone else had the same or a similar problem and found out a way to solve it? or does anyone know what might be causing the problem so that i can fix it?

the problem has been solved, sorry to everyone if i made you loose some time reading this thread.
the thing is that i didn't look at all the options on the connectivity tab, and on schap's rom, there are 2 wifi icons, one for the settings, and another one to manage the networks, i didn't see this last one, but now after studying all the options, i've managed to set it up correctly and all is working fine now.

I had bought this Galaxy 3(i5801) two weeks back and since then im facing problems of call drop and major network issues.
Is the any upgrade or any software through which i can get rid of this problem.

change network provider and see if that makes any difference
if not describe you \r problems in official thread for 5800 and see if they can help you
it is working fine for 2months since i bought it!

Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 with MT6575 - no 3G(wcdma) only GSM(2g)

Hi all,
i've been searching the entire forum and turned it upside down, but I couldn't find any solution to my problem.
Basically the problem is that my phone (bought in China, it's not the original) doesn't connect to 3G network, therefore the data flow is too slow and I am not able to access to play market, or using whatsapp properly. Any other wcdma phone works great in my neighborhood, so it's not matter or bad coverage area.
Would you just help me if any of you has experienced the same problem?
I rooted it, but now I am stuck

i have visited apkgege.com forum.. and looks like i have confirmed that my unit is actually mt6515.. which explain why im getting GSM only setting thru engineering mode.. and which explains why im having black screen while flkashing mt6575 custom roms..
you can confirm if you're mt6515 by reading thru apkgege.com forum .. there to many fellows asking if their device is 6575/6577 or 6515...

Galaxy s4 to LG smart tv connection problem

Hi all!
New to this forum and dont know if this is the correct section for this but here goes..
I have had my sgs4 since it got released and havnt been able to connect it to my LG smart tv?? On my note it was as easy as clicking "share by wifi direct" and it connected... I have checked a lot of sites and none of them seem to help.
heres what happenes: I go to my movie and select wifi direct. I then choose my tv and it says connecting(also says. Onnecting on tv) . Then it times out on my fone and says failed??
Realy starting to annoy now lol, can anyone help?

has some who owned note 4 faced a continuous loosing data connection?
I have been facing this issue for the passed one week till now, I have tried to format the device but the problem is still there, I have not done anything to the device.
I called my ISP and they said that there is no problem with your sim card.
please advise if anyone of you had similar issue.

I've just experienced this today on my 1 day old N910C, I'm on 4G and suddenly earlier today my 4G mobile data indicator disappeared but it still showing the usual signal bars. Tested browsing, no mobile data it said. Tried putting it to Airplane mode then back to normal, didn't bring mobile data back. Rebooted it, then it's working again.
Not yet to see this problem but my friend's Note 4 had this problem. In the end he brought it to the service center and they replace the mainboard. Still wait and see if it fixes the problem.
it happened me before on other samsung devices too. generally an update fixes it but could be hardware problem too.
Hopefully its software related ive seen a slew of note 4s have this issue both variants included.. its annoying to say the least
Hi, I just got my phone, may i know whether you guys have resolved the issues?? i need to turn the flight mode on and off a few times to get the data connection back online
I sent back to Samsung services center, it seems that they said they reprogram the software. Will observe and see how it goes.
Mines all good now few updates and new provider all good ?
Hi guys, I've experienced the same issue, the mobile data connection suddenly drops (H+ icon doesn't disappear but the download arrow is off, meaning that there's no inbound traffic) and the only way to have the connection back is to to disable mobile data and than reactivate it. I've updated my phone, I even tried to install firmwares of other countries (different csc) and to change carrier but I haven't solved the problem (same situation on my friend's N4).

100% solution for my note:
go to settings=>location=>use GPS ONLY.

Yes this is BS. If I go to a place with no data service, then travel back to a place with data service, I have to first disable then re-enable the "Mobile Data" toggle in the settings. It's such BS that this is happening. My note 3 NEVER has this problem. Starting to dislike Samsung's buggy releases.

Any news on topic? I'm facing with internet on mobile connection, even if bars are full and LTE sign is visible.
I've also noticed some lack of signal during usage, even if I'm constantly in city.
