Sync nexus facebook issue?

I got a nexus one just updated it to 2.2 and added contacts exactly how they are on facebook. i tryed to relogging in out and out several times and i noticed some people would get a pic then some would lose a pic???? werid my auto sync is on and i been re syncing 100 times..... and no luck facebook setting is sync contacts in contact list only??? what could be the problem?????? i tryed all this?
its like when i sign out then sign in it updates most of them only when i do that but new contacts after sign in wont update? SO ITS THE AUTO SYNC THAT ISNT SYNCING?

sometimes I got weird problem when syncing gmail too,
solved by deleting account and re-login to account
or clear data for gmail application.
so try first to delete facebook account and re-log into it
if doesn't solve, then delete the account, clear data for facebook application then re-login

yea when u DELETE the account nad relogin it will sync but thne when u add one right after it wont sync. Basically the only way to sync is add all the contacts and sign out sign back in there isnt auto sync that works

Sync Contacts Google

My google contact is having sync issue , The cal, Gmail sync is working but the contact is not sync. I'm getting this error message Sync is currently experiencing problem. It will be back.
It was working fine when I first bought the phone. I did removed some apk but I don't think I remove the sync.apk since it working with other synchronize program. Are there any apk that is tie to the contact sync process or is there something else that I should try.
Running stock ROM
Rooted

In Settings, look for Sync & Accounts (the name varies from ROM to ROM). Press on your Google account, and then you will see the various sub-accounts that you can sync (or stop from syncing). Enable contacts.

Did you try to enable sync google account on setting>>sync

Yes I did all those step here is the screen shoot:
Since I'm noobi it won't allow me to post links yet.
Is there other alternate route to show the screen shot.
Is it possible that something got deleted, is so What associate file will work again, because I do have all the backup apk.

[Q] (Q?) Why Can't I Sync My Contacts to my google account?

I Am able to sync my Google reader, my gmail and calendar but my contacts dont seem to be able to sync? how can i fix this?

Go to Settings and then Accounts and sync. Click on your gmail address and make sure that all the options are selected including Sync Contacts. Have you already done this?
One silly mistake I made when I first got my phone was I added a bunch of contacts as a "T-Mobile" contact and when they didn't show up as a Google Contact I figured out what I did wrong.

thanks for your reply and yes i have tried that but i just cant seem to get it to sync when i flashed cm 7 the contact sync work but i have returned to stock sense rom but it doesnt seem to want to sync.

Ive had a few different problems like this before so....
Do you mean; When you add your gmail, it doesn't sync and add your contacts that you have saved to your gmail account? Or when you add a new contact it doesn't save it to your contacts on your gmail account?

Has anyone managed to get Google contacts to sync on the Global Rom.
Have installed google contact sync , it appears to install but does not show up in app settings so I cannot check permissions.
Contacts open but shows no contacts yet.

Check if the Google account name is correct, I mean [email protected]

yes checked and all ok.
Think it is something to do with google contact sync not installing correctly.
There is no contact sync option in sync settings.

A factory reset and reinstall seems to have fixed it.
Now to de bloat Miui, cannot wait for Pixel Experience

Sync Google contacts without root?

Is it possible to sync my Google contacts on my 2020 Fire 8 HD tablet? I have Gmail working which will fill in a contact. However, the Google contacts application won't sync.
From what I read, it seems doable if I was rooted.
Any suggestions?

I downloaded and installed Google Contacts sync 9. I now see my Google contact in the Google and Amazon contact apps.
