Hi guys, I found a new method to have a fully functional root with SuperSU instead of Kingroot.
1- Download Kingroot 4.5 from https://sites.google.com/site/androidxdacom/file/Kingroot_V4.5.0.722.apk?attredirects=0
2- Install app and root the phone with it
3- Install Super-Sume from Play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=darkslide.com.supersume), open it and click on the button with the white android: the app removes all Kingroot apps and installs SuperSU.
4- Reboot and enjoy!
If Kingroot app is still present after reboot, just uninstall it by Titanium Backup or another uninstaller; you can also uninstall Super-Sume after the work is done!
SOME ADVICES (carefully pasted and adapted from Super-Sume app description........)
- This is the process that you MUST follow in order for this to be successful !!!
- Once your device is rooted with Kingroot install Super-Sume, do not install it prior !!
- If you have TEMP root OR are on Kingroot PRIOR TO 4.5 you will need to unroot your device first, re-root with KingRoot 4.5 and then install Super-Sume AFTER you are rooted and run it.
- If you are on KingRoot 4.5 or higher you should be all set to just install it and run it at any time after root.
I cant root with this method, do you need unlocked bootloader for this?

I haven't tested the method on Mate 7 with locked bootloader.
Mine is unlocked and everything works, so yes you need to unlock your bootloader!!!

in what sense supersu better than kingroot? sorry ya ..i just need to know the real reason because as i just need basic rooting only.
i know kingroot have that annoying purify features..which troublesome for me
For b312 you just need to unlock your bootloader and instal custom recovery ... And then flash SuperSu with Flashify... Is that Easy...

Supersu is well known by all apps that need root: for example if you have Kingroot and open Titanium Backup it says that you'll may have problems with Kingroot...this not happens with Supersu.
Supersume uninstalls all apps installed by Kingroot, even Purify. If you don't like Purify, but you desire to keep root by Kinguser, you can uninstall it manually!

With my method you can keep the phone original without heavy modification such as recovery installation. However thanks mate!
Just to be clear, does this unlock the bootloader? Sorry for asking, but I'm a total n00b when it comes to things like this, and I really don't want to void my warranty while rooting

I'm new to the Huawei scene, only had the device for about 2 weeks, so this might be a very basic question .... does Huawei allow official automatic updates on rooted devices?
This is not possible on Samsungs for example, so was wondering how it works here before I root it
Thanks in advance for your help.

MOD EDIT @gregbradley
Be aware that kingroot sends your IMEI number to an IP address in china. Only use this is you are happy with that
You have been warned.

Also works on 690 sw version.
After reboot i still got root access.
No downgrade needed, i only installed kingroot.
Did just a short test with titanium, seems to work fine.
As now its already 2 am here, ill look into it tomorrow when im at work.
Thanks for sharing that information.
doesn't work completely. Su Binary semi-working (root access granted, but titanium for example doesn't show user apps. also nut recovery cannot be installed, as the installer doesn't know kingroot su.) and building up an internet connection to china.
How to change the language?
Can you tell me how to change the king root language to English. So i can able to do task.

Well, i don't see your point now.
You can just root using the KingRoot payload and then replace kingroot with supersu, since you have writeaccess to system.
I'd installed King Root on a 23.1.A.0.726 - got root with it, installed dualrecovery, falshed the same FW as prerooted, removed king root and use now supersu
Very easy and short way.
Edit: forget what i said, didnt work

SuperSU isn't working great for our device for root access so that's why it's stuck where it's at. Read up here http://forum.xda-developers.com/mot...rom-stock-rooted-debloated-x1575-6-0-t3262242 and restore your phone and install one of these backups and do not use SuperSU to root for now. Hope this helps.

Sure does! I also just read that... But this way is a safer bet for people that don't wanna mess with flashing multiple files. I myself just want a systemless root with stock recovery which I have obtained finally. Problem is LOTS of posts in these forums are giving different instructions and there is no clear method for everyone unless you end up reading the proper one first.

Both of these are known to fail against this device, although I attempted to root with these to no effect.
Looks like the only sane way to root this device currently is via the pre-rooted option with Odin.

just to confirm that the guide posted it's ok to do everything ...
unroot it's not a good idea, better to start from a unrooted and clean rom ...
I tryed the magisk method with ROM Opteron B574 and everything whent OK. Altough, when i deactivate root and try to launch the game, the same stupid message appears. I will mention that i did not do a clean install, just removed the root with supersu app from the ROM that i have been using for weeks, installed magisk, xposed and some other stuff, and nothing.
Is this maybe because I did not do a clean install? Either way, unless a new rom is out, I will not do it just for this game that promised so much and is proving to be developed by some greedy stupid company.
