Guys, I need some help with my Galaxy S4 - 9505.
I'm running Omera rom with TWRP recovery.
I had one random restart and decided to wipe cache and dalvik. But I can't. , recovery report that cache could not be mounted.
I changed recovery with PhilZ but its the same. Also the partition size is shown 0MB.
This is the second time i got this issue.
Could anyone of you help me to understand why this happen?

First you should do a nandroid backup.
Your best bet is to do a system reset (under settings in the phone) and then download the stock odin
flash pre-rooted i9505 rom from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2409867
Odin flash it and then check out the phone make sure all is well.
After that get the Odin flashable Philz, CWM or TWRP recovery and flash it, (or simply use goomanager to get twrp)
then get the latest update of SuperSU and flash that in recovery. (both goomanager & superSU are free apps at the playstore)
Then after checking everything out making sure everything is working properly make another nandroid backup.
After that flash any of the i9505 compatible custom rom you like.
@Misterjunky, thanks for the reply.
I actually have done this first time i got this issue, so did same and now.
More or less I try to understand why cache got corrupted? And could this be some kind of hardware issue with the internal memory.

D802 update from CM12.1 to CM13

Hi, I'm currently running CM12.1 on my LG G2 D802 and I'm planning to upgrade it to CM13. I did some research but since I'm a newbie I would like to ask for some confirmation that following steps are correct:
Download and store following files in device memory:
TWRP BUMP Recovery: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development/twrp-twrp-2-8-0-0-kernel-f2fs-tools-t2898705
Hybrid Bootstack: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development/boot-g2-hybrid-bootstacks-t3183219
Latest CM13 Release: https://download.cyanogenmod.org/get/d802-snapshot.zip
GApps for ARM/6.0: http://opengapps.org/
Reboot to Recovery (currently TWRP v2.8.6.1 )
Flash TWRP BUMP recovery
Reboot to Recovery
Flash Hybrid Bootstack
Reboot to Recovery
Create a backup of currently running system (CM12.1)
Factory Reset
Flash CM13 and GApps
Reboot to System
Did I miss something?
It worked.
Thanks for simplified steps... the ones shown in the Official CM13 thread were a bit confusing. Going to try this now myself
Just some feedback, this worked 100%. Thanks again
i perfer to do a full wipe. factory reset then wipe dalvik, system, data and cache but leave internal storage alone.

How to switch partitions to F2FS filesystem?

Title says it all!
I know that this should be done trough TWRP recovery but, what i need?
Backups?
Kernel with F2FS support?
ROM with F2FS support?
SuperSU can cause any problems?
Thanks in the advance for your time!
UP!
No one interested?
Ok this how i do it. It works out well for me but some get asked for an encryption pw.
Go into twrp recovery that supports f2fs
Wipe everything, format normally
Flash rom compatible with f2fs
Flash GApps
Flash kernel compatible with f2fs
Flash SuperSU
Wipe cache/dalvic
Boot into android startup screen
Reboot into recovery
Make a nandroid backup
Trasnfer nandroid backup to pc
Wipe/format again normally
Select data, then change file system, then change data to f2fs
Transfer nandroid backup back to phone
Restore nandroid backup
factory reset wipe
Reboot
Profit.
