My problem after updating the Android version 5.0.2 I met with three problems:
1: Touch screen does not work
2: Network is not available on your smartphone (lost IMEI code)
3: has been transferred 32 GB of space to 16 GB

Unlock sim card J510FN? Help!

Hello everybody, I have a J5 2016 (J510FN), I'm trying to unlock sim card, I was able to open the service mode menu, by ShortcutMaster app (Lite), and tried to make the unblock by procedure of the A300 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/sam...im-unlock-samsung-galaxy-a3sm-a300fu-t3063681) but when I try to make the NV BACKUP TEST, says the following (not support) can you help me in another method, or another form?

Hey all
One of my friends bought for me a Samsung Galaxy J5 6 from Germany and I am out of Europe and as I checked there is a limitation for European sim cards only.
I have not access any European sim card so I can not make a test call.
I tried to find a way to unlock and I found unlockunit dot com now I have two questions:
1 - Is this web site real and can I trust it?
2- For 'Galaxy J5 6' should I select 'Galaxy J5 2016'?
3- It asked me about Network of origin. I do not know the origin network. I just know he bought it from Germany. Is anyway to figure out?

i unlocked my wife´s phone with a 5 minuts phone call with a sim from teh original location as per samsung orientaions (via live chat) i think the best option if for you to get your hands in a german sim somehow do you know anybody in DE that could buy a sim and send you one?

Help needed P10 Plus UK EE network

Hi all,
I recently installed fRomFuture ROM, but being an idiot I didn’t take note of which brand it was...
The phone was purchased in the UK on the EE network, does anyone know which brand it will be?
I don’t have the box or the sticker on the back of the mobile.
At the moment in the About phone I have the following incorrect info
EMUI 3.1
Android version 5.1
Build Number NRD90M Test-keys
Model D189-L09
Any help or advice appreciated

Even if you can't get to me, just seeing you offering your time to help people for free shows me what kind of person you are and what this forum means to you.

Hello, I saw your post and I've been needing help for some time now. I managed to unlock a Samsung s8, but I was incapable of unlocking the sim and I'd really like to switch carriers or put a new sim in. I would love your help if you could.
