Hello.
My phone started make strange things, other callesrs hear they own speak in alien mode, and I wanted change back to stock my D802. Did all like was in thread and it was worked on my 32GB device and wife 16GB device many times, but now I have problem. Phone running RR 5.5.1, PhilzTouch last version. When I connect phone, nothing happen. Around 3 month ago I cleaned InternalSD, only things what I left was RR rom and Gapps. After that installe few rom updates and few clean installs. Reasone to clean internalSD, many unused folders and after I deleted somekind file in Media folder, all others was also gone.
Any ideas, did I deleted some files what I need for change back to stock?

Just download official LG flashtool from LG's official website and connect the phone and prompt for a software update. If that doesn't work download LG flashtool 2014 (you will find it in LG g2 development, think it's a sticky post also) and via download mode flash a kdz file with the stock version you want.
Used that soft, but if I connect phone with pc can't see my phone under adb connection. Can transfer files when phone works.
Sent from my LG-D802 RR 5.5.2
Did you try adb universal drivers?
Do you have USB debugging on? (settings > developer option > USB debugging)

Wait, wait... which of those 2 you tried? The LG or the custom one?

Just plugged the Gpad in to charge and this popped up. Hoping it's 5.0.
It's just sitting on 0% for the longest time.
I will update the status when I have something to report.

Nothing. False alarm. I don't know how or why my tablet ended up on the update recovery screen because it was already powered on when I plugged it in, but no update.
That mode is only to update via lgflashtools....
My cousin's v410 is dead and I plugged it in to a USB wall charger. Some conductive trash must have been in the plug, I guess, because it rebooted to firmware update mode on me, instantly and from any state. If you see this mode unplug your tablet, hold down power to restart, and try a different cord or blow/clean the trash out of the plug.
Update to Lollipop lg G pad 7.0 lte v410 AT&T if you got a root issue
I had rooted my lg G pad and could not update to lollipop update this is how I got it to work. I removed the SD card and Sim card then I unrooted the tablet and restarted it. I also performed a hard reset from the settings menu. Make sure you unselected the data backup and automatic restore before resetting, now reset tablet. When it restarts just log into the WiFi and nothing else. Now go to settings and go to update center to find the firmware update download it and install it.

Does anyone have any KDZ files?
I had a corrupted Stock ROM on a G Tab 7 Tablet due to applications that were installed by the previous owner; no matter what I did, Addware apps would always install on there own; I mean, even after restoring factory settings via the settings, or via the hardware combinations keys to reset to factory settings, It would reset the device but it would still install all the annoying apps as if they were Factory installed; weird, I had never seen something like this in any device I've worked on.
Anyways, since Factory Reset wouldn't help I had to Flash the Tablet.
I found the V41007h_0.kdz file which I was able to flash using the the LG Flash tool.
But now there is a a watermark in red "userdebug 4.20.17(42001700)" in the Home Screen.
So I'm hoping at the very least I can find a KDZ file to go back to the firmware version that the Tablet had which was V41010d.
Does anyone have any links to point me in the right direction?
If you can't post it in public, please Private message the links.
Thanks in advance for your help.

You've flashed a KDZ that contained a test build. If you follow the steps in my thread here http://forum.xda-developers.com/g-pad-10/general/tutorial-lg-gpad-v410-5-1-to-4-4-t3232150 then you can recover the lost space of your internal SD card and run custom ROMs. Unfortunately I don't think there is currently a way to go back to stock 5.0.2 from this point. If there is, it has not been documented in this form (to my knowledge).
Please post in my thread if you need help with that process.

I could not get it through SIM card because i don't have an AT&T SIM neither i live in the US nor AT&T has any services nearby, so i definitely need a zip file that might be an OTA or something that can be installed via ADB or system recovery. please share somethings for me.

I was trying to update my GPad 7.0 to 5.0.2 or 5.1.0 from 4.4.2 and no OTA updates no matter what I do.
I'm on Android 4.4.2 with software version v41010d. Hardware says LG-V410 in "about tablet" section.
What's the quickest easiest way. I'm concerned that this is an older tablet and isn't updateable or has some update problems so that is the reason for my question. Maybe I'll keep it on 4.4.2 but wanted to run latest Kodi which won't work with anything but 5.0 or greater.

I never saw the OTA captured or a 5.X stock rom posted here, sorry. AT&T is notorious for blocking the release of firmware packages for their branded devices, so you won't find a V410 kdz from LG support either. If you can't get the System Update to work from the Settings menu, you might be stuck as far as stock goes. There wasn't much interest in updating stock in the community here because stock 5.0 patched the vulnerability that let us sign our own boot images. That effectively blocked TWRP and custom roms since the bootloader can't be unlocked. You could try the old take your sim out, reboot and check for the update trick. Some people say that doesn't work, and others swear by it.
There are plenty of 5.X and higher custom rom options, if you want to update the system that way. Tesla, Tipsy, and Validus were all 5.1 roms and they're still on androidfilehost.com. LOS and Candy have been updated up to 7.1. I keep Tesla on my V410 and it works great. All the custom roms rely on being on the 4.4 stock bootloader and radios since the kitkat bootloader was the only one vulnerable to the Bump exploit, so you're in a good place to start from.

I find it strange that there isn't a separate device category on XDA for GPad 7.0. I guess there must be a reason - but it's probably too geeked out for a common humanoid like me to understand.

You aren't the first person to wonder about that. We requested a different forum for the V400/410 early on and it never happened. I don't know why. It does get confusing. You'll find the V400, V410, V480, V700 and probably a few more devices discussed here. A large majority of the development is for the V400/410, though.

Download twrp for the V410 to a computer, then connect the tablet to the computer and try using this command with fastboot:
Code:
fastboot boot twrp.img
That should boot you into TWRP without actually flashing it. If it works, from there you should be able to try to wipe and flash some roms. Sorry, but I'm not convinced it will work in the state your tablet is in. If your device is falling back to fastboot, your laf partition is blank or damaged and very possibly some other partitions are missing or damaged too, and that might prevent TWRP or roms from working right.
If that fails, you can use fastboot to restore the laf partition and hope that brings back download mode so you can try the kdz again:
Code:
fastboot flash laf laf.img
I've restored my laf this way; I actually intentionally nuked laf to enable fastboot. I can provide laf.img if you decide to try this.
I have a hard-bricked Samsung galaxy note 4.
After I rooted my note 4, it started to display problems. It would randomly crash processes, reset, and freeze. One day, it turned off by itself despite the battery being at around 40%. I tried to turn it on but it wouldn't respond.
I replaced the battery thinking it was a battery problem. It didn't fix the problem. I also replaced the power button inside my phone. That didn't fix it, either.
My phone cannot enter download mode. It also doesn't respond when i plug it into an outlet.
When i connect the phone to my computer, my phone is recognized as this device:
Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM5) [Ports(COM&LPT)]
Manufacturer: Unavailable
Model: QHSUSB__BULK
Model Number: Unavailable
Categories: Unknown
Description: Unavailable
Does anyone have a solution/fix for de-bricking a hard bricked note 4 SM-N910W8 with these problems? I've searched everywhere w/ no success. Thanks.
Edit - GREAT NEWS, fellow N910W8 users! A user posted the N910W8 debrick image, today! I haven't used it to debrick my phone, yet (My phone is disassembled and i may need a new battery) but there's no harm in trying it.

Please explain what exactly did you do before starting to have those issues. What did you use for rooting?

Ok. I'll explain step-by-step. Since i'm a new user, i can't post outside links in my messages. I'll try to explain how i did it w/o links. I'll PM you the links i used to give you a clearer message on how i did it. Hopefully, i can PM links.
1. My phone was initially running 5.1.1 lollipop (n910w8vlu1coi4) before I decided to root it. It didn't display any of the problems that it had after rooting it.
Unfortunately, i used a guide that doesn't seem to exist, anymore.
I downloaded these files
- CF-Auto-Root-tritecan-tritecan-smn910w8.tar
- SuperSU - v2.65-20151226141550
- Odin3 - v3.10.6
- twrp-3.0.2-0-tritecan.img.tar
I did all of the pre-req things i was supposed to do before rooting (turned on developer mode & turned on USB Debugging). I put the CF-Auto-Root file in the AP field of Odin & pressed start. It passed. Afterwards, i put my phone in DL mode again and installed TWRP via the AP section of Odin. It passed as well.
My phone didn't root initially from doing both of those things. I had to go into TWRP and root the phone from there.
2. After doing all of that, my phone started to crash processes. Contacts crashed first from what I can remember. Others crashed over and over again. I thought it was due to having a bunch of apps on my phone prior to rooting it that didn't react well to the custom firmware/root. I decided to factory reset the phone via the OS' settings. When it turned back on, it continued to crash processes.
3. I decided to install CM 12.1 to see if that'd make a difference. I installed it via TWRP.
When i first booted CM12.1 up, i found that processes didn't crash on it, anymore. Also, it was faster than it was before. Unfortunately, it started to display other problems. It would freeze, reset, and turn off on its own. I reverted back to what i had before when that happened.
4. I decided that the CF-Root Tar image i installed to Odin to root my phone was screwing it up. I decided to un-root my phone by going back to stock firmware. I used samfirm (Samsung Firmware Downloader) to download the latest stock firmware for my phone.
Android 6.0.1 was the only stock firmware i could download. This was the name of the file:
SM-N910W8_1_20160507131653_k12ydzqths.zip
I flashed it to my device via odin by putting it in the AP section of the program. It passed.
5. When i booted up my phone after that, it seemed fine. It had a battery drain problem but that was a widely reported problem w/ android 6.0.1. My phone also wasn't rooted, anymore.
Unfortunately, the problems my phone had before came back. It would freeze and reset here and there. The processes didn't crash like they did after i initially rooted the device, though.
6. About a week later, my phone turned off by itself & wouldn't turn on anymore. I hooked up the phone to my computer and it wouldn't recognize it as a note 4. It recognized my phone as "QHSUSB_BULK".

Hi and hello everyone..
lately i ran into a issue, i restored my phone with the newest firmware from sammobile and after that i root it and install with costum ROM.
there wierd start after this, my PC cant find my phone anymore, "USB device not recognized"
this is what i have tested so far..
1. checked " #*0808#* to see if the phone is on AP + MTP+ADB mode
2. reinstall drivers
3. installed and uninstall KIES or switch
4. reinstall my windows 10 and windows 7 on some other computer
5, tried diffrent cable, even bought a brand new samsung OEM cable from the store
6. ODIN download mode dont find my phone too
7. tried all cable with a USB HUB with external power
8. cant find/see OTG memory stick in setting or in recovery mode
i wonder if the last flash to stock firmware went wrong.. but anyway, now i want to reflash the firmware, but since there is noway to find the phone in ODIN mode, what are my option.
even tried Mobile ODIN(payed version), but s6 edge plus is not supported.

That may get you into a working CM boot so you can do something, also have another one you could try.
well, i guess i trying to find a way to reflash the phone with a new firmware, seems like 6.0.1 sucks. i guess the only option is with a flash box now...
Ohhhh!!!!!! Dude you need Odin v3.10 & the stock Lollipop tar.md5 then!
Hi there
I updated today from 5.1.1 to 6.0.1 through the settings, and it got stuck in boot loop.
I managed to get a custom ROM on but now I cannot make calls or sms messages. I can still use my wifi though.
I'm in Australia, model N910C .
I cannot seem to find any factory firmwares, my googlefu appears to be lacking this time.
Can someone please point me in the right direction of a fix?
My computer is being a stooge and won't connect me with ODIN, but I've come across FlashFire and might be able to use one of the computers at work.
Thanks
I managed to use a rubbish work computer to connect to Odin and flash stock 5.1.1, root and recovery. Back to square one

this may work
http://firmware.smartphonewp.com/download-samsung-galaxy-note-4-sm-n910c-full-firmware-4-files/
flash 4 files with odin
u can find also mm version
I want to put this Samsung SM-T567V Verizon tablet back to its original factory state, without the software the previous owner used for work, but I think I'm missing something. I've located the factory ROM and downloaded it. I boot the tablet up in odin mode. Start Odin in administrator mode on my laptop. Connect usb cable and recognize the tablet. Choose AP and locate the ROM file. Run the flash. Odin completes and says "PASS". Disconnect the tablet from my lappy and it reboots. Runs all of the normal setup screens as if new (language, email accounts, etc) and finally gets to a home screen. Then about 90 seconds later, it forces me to go through an install for some "Brookdale" program that I'm guessing the previous owner used for work. Once that is done, I see in the Apps section MobiControl and also Knox Mobile Enrollment Service (both mentioned during this last install), but nothing for Brookdale. Its really been driving me crazy! I've searched and searched but I cannot find any help or a solution anywhere. I don't want the previous owners company to think I'm trying to hack into them and I certainly don't want them accessing me either!
So I guess my questions are:
1. Are the MobiControl and Knox apps remnants of the previous user or are they actual factory programs?
2. If these are from the previous user, why wont they get wiped out when I flash the tablet? (I cannot uninstall them either)
Please help!!!
Thank you for any info you can share with me!
Mike
Hi ?
Hi,
I read your post and I have the exact tablet and have the same issues.. I was wondering if your ever got it resolved ?
