I ruined the car radio bootloader . The screen does not work , only work on some of the features that are installed anywhere , dvd player usb etc. Is there a way to restore a boot? The memory card can not read data off .

I tried last version on a Verbatim 4GB Class4 MicroSD. Formatted it with Panasonic tool (Full Erase Std Cluster) then i used explorer to format again (Fat32).
Android boot but it is really too slow . It takes about 20 min before show the home, after this system go a bit quicky (still slow) but many apps dont works (Wifi conn, Mic, Battery level and Gps).
Should i try another MicroSD?
First of all, read the link tzacapaca gave you again! Mic, Batt and GPS dont work atm!
To your SD card problem... there is also a thread about that. Read it and if it dont helps, post there!

I have T-Mobile UU HD2 from 10 months and flashed cm7 android on it , it worked perfect until last time i did a task29 and flashed back android , it gives me now 0.0b internal storage and everytime i restart the device everything gets removed ( settings - contacts ,,, etc ) like it is the first start , and the strange thing is when i return to windows mobile 6.5 the internal memory gets recognized , but i don't want windows mobile and android was working before this happens , what can i do to make the internal work with android ?

You should try another version of android and see what happens...
Sometimes files are hidden and they might be taking storage space. That happened with me using Linux ubuntu that "trash folder 0000" had everything stored in it after deleting.

I can't manage to get my marketplace to work on my HTC HD2 windows phone , so I want to install android on it , but there are so many tutorials with stuff i can barely understand , and it's important since my phone is practically useless now , can someone give me a link to a very stable and good version of android which has a working appstore/marketplace , and is easy to install or has a very describing step by step tutorial , note I have a memory card of 2 GB and my phone is currently running windows phone.

So I have been looking at getting a wondefoo px5 unit for my car but all of the units they have specifically for my car (a 2011 Sienna) do not have an sd slot unless I go with an older px3 unit. I want to install malaysk rom in there but it seems like you need an sd card for it. Has anyone succeeded at installing a custom rom on a px5 with usb?
