IMEI LOST - Blu Vivo Air

I've tried to install the ROM for Kazam Tornado 348 via SP Flash Tool and lost the IMEI of my BLU Vivo Air. I reinstalled the original ROM believing that would solve my problem but it did not. How to recover my IMEI? Could anyone help me? Thanks (Sorry for bad english)

Oh that's a tough one. We don't have a removable battery. Have you posted on the BLU G+ community?

In my humble opinion, the fw of KAZAM 348 it's so better than the BLU fw, more clean, faster, i'm satisfied.
But, i have a problem with my posted videos on Snapchat. Green stripe, horrible quality. (when i save in gallery its ok) On Blu and Kazam FW.
When i used MIUI, not happen this. What is the cause?
Thanks for the help Ilchaot, i'm waiting for the lollipop. Hopefully that comes soon.
Sorry for bad english and thanks one more time!!!

you used SPflashTool with "Firmware Upgrade" Method to flash the KAZAM FW? -- because if you use the Flash Method you will get a this message error -> "PMT changed for the ROM; it must be downloaded"
Just confirm it to me... or you used other flash tool?

I also have the green stripe only when I post a video to twitter or snapchat. Why is that ? Its really annoying

Because it won't work.. i've already tried.. and it can only boot into pink screen.. no update process. I think it's because of the changed image files So I totally need them..
Have you tried removing the battery and run the update with the phone plugged into the charger?

Hi bitsuicide,
Here in Chile we don't have Alcatel One Touch Pop C3, but we do have a very strange company called Öwn (own.cl), that imports TCT Mobile phones (i.e. Alcatel) and "rebrands" them as "own". So, I discovered the Öwn s3010 have the same specs (dimensions, camera, weight, processor, RAM, storage, etc...) as the Alcatel POP C3 (and mostly every 4033, except dual chip and a few things). Maybe you can find it in their webpage.
The point is, I managed to root it, and then modify it with Xposed Framework. A great help was Greenify app (available in Playstore), that needs Xposed. You need to use this Mtk Droid Tools: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2160490
That's because our devices have Mediatek's MT6572 chipset, so as far as I've researched we need to find "generic" workarrounds to customize our phones. Anyway, make sure to read a few threads in different forums (google it!) about this specific chipset, other MT65xx chipsets, and the pros, cons, and risks of rooting and moding these devices.
Of course there are many mods that I didn't explore, and might be of some help for you. Just keep looking!
Edit: just remember Framaroot; an app that root the phone. Just that easy; that's the way I rooted it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2130276 Anyway, try to backup with other tools, and sure you will need them for installing other ROMs if you want.
Hope to being of some help, sorry for my english.

Hello, I own this same cellphone. Maybe you must try using Alcatel software: One touch centre or Mobile Upgrade. I haven't tried these yet, but my guess it's the only solution to fix your problem by your own. Otherwise you must take it to customer support to activate the guarantee.

I think that Alcatel Software should be your best first option. I don't think that guarantee could be usefull, because since rooting your phone it's void. Anyway, try Alcatel Software that @kafkacell refered, and then tell us how is it going.
Cheers!

I don't know why this is in the BLU section but I believe he is referring to a Sony Xperia C phone so this is NOT for the BLU Vivo Air... I would try Kingroot and see if that works but I don't have mine yet so I cannot check but I will report back.

I tried all known root methods so far without success:
- KingRoot
- Kingo Root
- Framaroot
- RootGenius
- SRSRoot
PS: I bought the Fly Tornado Slim (Russian version) and have the Kazam Tornado 348 (UK version) of the firmware running on it, so there may be minor differences to the Blu Vivo Air.

Crap! Well, sounds to me like you tried about everything so we may have to wait and from what I have read Mediatek does not like to release source code so who knows about root for this... I typically can't live without root on my phones but this purchase was just a random purchase cause I wanted to see the phone and use a BLU device. I get mine this coming Tuesday so I will still try some things and see if I can come up w anything. Thanks for the feedback though!

After doing some reading the Vivo Air comes with a MediaTek 6592 chip set.
When checking out the previous link I provided for the MediaTek root tool, I noticed it was confirmed for our chip set.
"This tool supports major MTK chipsets such as MT6592..."
As I keep saying, I'm going to give it a shot as soon as I am home tonight. I'm out at a hookah lounge. But the moment I get home, I'm going to crack into it.
I'll post my results.
Credit will go to OP for suggestions of the tool. Verification will be posted soon

I hope you or the others have some time to test the latest CM13 release,
better flash TWRP first (the one dedicated to CM/AOSP-based ROMs) and then the ROM, Kernel, Gapps (+/- XPosed, if you need),
I flashed all 4 in one go and it went without problems.
Thanks !
Well time to report.
The ROM runs quite smooth on my E6683, but there's no SIM Detection. However there's duall sim setting.
The camera won't work, but all of the other functions are ok.
Now returning back to stock cuz to I have to use the phone function....you know, as you've mentioned, it's a phone but not a PDA.
Hope those will help.
Edit: Ahhhhhhhh I flash back to stock too quickly and I forgot to get the logs... Will get them this weekend if you want.

Thanks for the report JerryLaiHMmmmmm,
yes please, the logs are very important,
I got some from Sony Guy, but these were from within TWRP, thus limited in information

"No OS installed" in my sony xperia m dual c2005

I tried to restore my sony xperia m dual c2005. But it didn't go well because I removed the battery when the xperia flames got stucked. Then I installed "twrp" in my phone using my computer. When I pressed power off from twrp It showed a message "NO OS INSTALLED". I got stunned. Can anybody please tell me any idea to resolve my issue? Do I need to install any new OS in my phone? How can I do it? Please suggest me any video tutorial if possible.. Please help me....
