Hi guys
Yesterday I got my SPRINT galaxy note 4 which I bought from ebay, I'm not in USA and I want to unlock it. There is app called SSU to unlock sprint galaxy note 4 for international use but it require kitkat or lollipop custom rom to unlock phone. But unfortunately phone came with 5.0.1
So now i want to flash custom rom to unlock it. Anyway I prefer stock rom so that I can backup and restore after unlock it, So guys I wanna know what are the good custom roms to do that process. ?

Guys I have finally bought Note 3 N9005 from eBay seller which says phone is imported from UK.I am from India.I want to root my Note 3 and flash custom roms.But i am afraid that rooting phone may brick this device as it is imported and/or may lead to some country network lock after flashing custom roms.I am attaching my phone info.Kindly advise me.
Note-I have successfully rooted and flashed custom roms in my Galaxy S4.

There are bunch of how to root on the forum or look on YouTube. As for your question I have the same device model and had no problem rooting it. Or in other words it will work fine if you follow the instructions

So I Currently have an Xperia z and my girlfriend as A Galaxy S4 I337M , We plan of Switching phones between each others, But First I need some infos before making the Switch. I am Currently on a Rooted phone with Custom rom So I want to make sure that Once I switched to the S4 I will be able to do so I've hearded some S4 are bootloader locked and **** about knox.
So is there anyways to know if the phone will support root/flashing custom roms ?

Canadian s4's come with unlocked bootloaders (no need to worry about safestrap). Root and install recovery as you will http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2314494

a friend of mine has a Galaxy S4 GT-i9515 and wants to get a Custom Rom. I know how to flash the Rom on it and how to make a backup and and and. But the one thing i don´t know is, how I can unlock the bootloader. It would be really nice if someone can show me a Thread or at least tell me how to do it. I searched for a Thread, but i could not find one for the GT-i9515, just for the other models and i dont want to do something wrong. Thats the reason I ask you

I don't think there are any I9515 models with locked bootloaders.
Don't run any bootloader unlock apps on the phone as this will probably brick the phone.
So i have been struggling to get the lollipop update on my tab 4 since i rooted it. I heard about this app called flashfire with which i can flash it easily. But unfortunately, i dont know if i have a locked bootloader or unlocked bootloader. It'd be great if anyone help me to check it. And how do i unlock it if its locked??? Without damaging my device. P.s im noob in the android world. Please help
Iv been looking around for a sim unlock method for the galaxy S5 G900F all the ones i have come across don't work for mine none of the code give me a menu and i have rooted and installed a custom rom on it and still cant find any methods using root to get around it does any one have a solution that doesn't mean i have to pay to get it unlocked?? Any help would be amazing my new phone died and I'm not on the same carrier anymore so I can't use the phone.
