Problem Going back to stock ! - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

HI There ! I own a LG F320L for sometime now. It came with Kitkat 4.4.2 installed and then i flashed it with CloudyG2 rom and have been using it ever since. For the past 1 month I have this strange touch screen issue with erratic behaviour and phantom touches. It has been addressed as software related issue and going back to stock has fixed some of the users problem.
Now to the main issue, I followed the tutorial of LG FLASH TOOL Method upto the point. Installed drivers and have downloaded the KDZ for stock kitkat but when I enter the download mode and LG flash tool begins to start it doesnt even verify my phone. It keeps stopping at 2% software extraction (sometimes 4%) and then a dialog appears saying Disconnect phone and remove battery and then again put the battery in and connect your phone and try. I have been trying it for many hours but it doesnt make any difference. I have used unrooter tool to unroot my phone for download mode. I have also tried the TOT method for going back to stock but no success. Whenever I plug in my device it appears in device manager but it is not recognized by FLash tool still. Please help me. I have TWRP 2.8.4.0 Recovery installed.
I am running windows 8.1 X64. The drivers install with no problem.
P.S I have searched all the threads regarding flash tool problems and download mode recognition. I didnt find anything helpful.

Download mode doesn't working, but system and recovery works fine.

Hi,
I went back to stock by using LG Mobile Support Tool application (Repair Software section). It flashed correctly (D802TR20c) and I started to use it.
After a while I wanted to install 20f kdz version via Flashtool. I booted phone to download mode, connected to PC. It starts upgrading but fails at %4. There was nothing moved on phone screen, it's still says samethings. COM port should wrote on phone screen when flashing started but it doesn't.
I tried repair software section on LG Mobile Support Tool, It downloaded right firmware for my phone and started to upgrading but it fails at %4 too.
I tried TOT flashing, I did it before succesfully. But now, when I press start button, it stucks at READY.
Then I downgraded bootloader and download mode via AutoREC application, but I have still same problem. I tried it other computers too.
I can still boot to recovery and system without any problem. I can boot to download mode too, but there's something blocking flash progress.
What I should do?
Thanks in advance.
I'm still stuck. It seems that nobody encountered with this problem.
If I'll solve this, I'll write the solution.

[Q] Stuck at security error

Hi everybody!
I have Lg g2 D802 Baltics. Yesterday I tried to return to Stock KitKat via Lg mobile support tool and Flashtool, both of them didn't work, they just didn't find my phone in download mode. Then I decided to reroot and reinstall TWRP. The first was done and the second too, but unfortunately my phone restarted and got a Security error and LG logo and can't boot, just permanently restarts. I've already read a hundreds of articles like http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476 . The method written here isn't working for me because the Flashtool just can't find my phone when trying to install a firmware. So, any program like Lg support tool and Flashtool don't find my phone, so I can't do anything with my phone to get it to work. I'm facing i real problem for me and i'm quite shocked. So, please, tell me what to do, how to fix my phone. I tried a lot of thins, nothing helped. What to do?

[Fixed][D802] After rom update can't boot (Bricked)

Hello everyone.
I have a D802 LG G2 16GB version.
I had on my D802 a BlissPop rom version 5.1 and it was frequently rebooting and sometimes when charging screen wont turn on and after rebooting it will say optimising apps.
I downloaded the latest Cyanogenmod rom for it and installed it from recovery.
The installation went quick and no errors, I then rebooted it.
It showed the LG logo for a second then only the back lighting was on.
I tried connecting it to the pc and it showed 12 drives all empty and with errors except one that had a folder called image.
It wasn't useful, so I tried the emergency mode and it worked - the PC detected LG and installed drivers althrough the memory is not detected.
At the device manager it detects LGE AndroindNet USB Serial Port and on the screen of the phone it says Firmware Update 0% and in small B60 ROOTED.
I will really appreciate any help regarding this, ofcourse I would like to find a way to fix it and get it back running if its possible?
Thank you!
EDIT:
I guess a possible solution is flashing a KDZ, but I'm not sure what KDZ I need for this. I have another identical G2 phone, how can I check using it what KDZ I need for it?(Which variant etc)
Update: Because of the problems with booting I automaticlly assumed that recovery mode is not an option but.. it works and I sucseesfully entered it. (!!)
I downloaded this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development-d802/rom-cyanogenmod-13-0-t3250514 (different from the one I installed before)
Then I wiped factory reset, dalvik cache and installed it, again installation went smooth.
After I hit reboot same problem, LG logo shows up for a second (quicker than usual, normal working LG) and then black screen with backlighting on.

have you tried hybrid bootstacks? install reboot recovery to recovery... flash rom and gapps ..?
if not use TOT methos.. or kdz. am not sure wich one ...
Problem fixed, the solution for me (It might be different for you if you're facing similar problem) was to download kdz and lg flash tool and reflash it to the original stock.

[D802] Download mode is not working with FlashTool2014 - SOLVED

Hi,
I'm opening a thread because I just couldn't find any way to unbrick my device. In the past I used the FlashTool2014 to go back to the stock LP KDZ for my device.
I was in the stock rom when I decided to mess with the build.prop and then went back to the stock backup. When I restarted the phone it showed the LG logo, screen went black and never booted android. I could access the stock recovery but the Factory Reset won't work.
Then I decided to go to download mode, it connects and the PC detects it as an MTP device. I open the FlashTool2014 and it detects the device OK. When the LGUserCSTool opens it says the Upgrade stopped due to an error and the device stays on 0% and shows USER B70 in the console. I can press Retry, turn off the phone and reconnect in Download mode but the LGCSTool just wont push the firmware.
I suspected I had a driver issue so I tried using a clean win8 install I have for this purposes without success. I cant flash with the TOT method since the other LG Flash Tool wont detect the device in download mode when connected to the pc. This is really weird.
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Solved with another tot file (almost lost all hope), took me 20+ hours to download it, I'll better make a backup of this files on the cloud. Still having problems with STOCK firmwares but could install TWRP and get CM13 which doesn't give any problems.

Black screen, no DL mode, no boot, just a brick - device without root

Hello guys!
Unfortunately I have managed to full brick my phone which has worked without any issues for more then 3 years.
My story:
1. Phone started to have random restarts, basicaly, when phone lagged little bit - it restarted phone.
2. When I did manual restart, I got into bootloop and could not get out
3. With a heavy heart I did a factory reset. - Problem with random restarts ontinued together with random bootloops.
4. Did maybe 5 more factory resets, nothing happened.
5. Found a tutorial to flash new firmware.I was on 5.0.2 D802 30d so I used same. (PC suite could not find my phone and LG support tool always freezed on SW install)
6. I used LG Flash tool with normal flash. - used *.kdz which I have downloaded via LG support tool - checked size with dl from source from xda and they were same so i used it.)
7. All success, but device keep restarting - i think no bootloop anymore.
8. I did full flash again with LG flash tool so have a clean install and hopefully fix everything.
9. Suddenly mid-install my phone auto-disconnected from laptop and even with Retry attemps I wasnt able to get it running again. Then my phone restarted itself and that was it.
Now I cannot go to recovery mode, I cannot go to Download mode, all I see is black screen (turns some light on little bit underneath but no data visible).
Also when connect to my Windows 10 laptop multiple discs trying to load and trying to format disk. (one of them contains folder image with some files inside).
I dont have root, I dont have any other tools installed on my phone, just a normal user.
I tried to download adb but i dont understand it much, and also it cannot find my device.
Is there any way how to still fix my phone or is it completely lost
If so, I please you for a dummies step-by-step list .
Thank you so much in advance. :crying:
So good news,
I managed to load img back with dd application.
My Download mode together with factory reset is working.
I have tried to flash it with LGUP and even with some accused usb disconnections I probably managed to flash new lollipop to my phone.
Now it is optimalizing apps to load android correctly. Only issue I have is low battery, it always drains it too quickly so it cannot load properly.
Any idea how to charge the battery? Every time I connect phone with usb cable it starts up into boot, possible bootloop (cannot say if it is because of low battery or real bootloop)
Thanks
Dude try to install crdroid 7.1.2 nougat rom of d802 this will fix your battery problem
root it and install TWRP with srktools 2.0
this is best way to root G2 5.0.1 lolipop
you can also use LG One Click Root to obtain root then don't update su binary and install Autorec of you model to get twrp
