Anyone has any experience UI9 Smart Wtach from IKWear? It seems like their IK8 smartwatch is one of the popular Omate Truesmart clone on the market.
That version of UI9 with leather wristband appears to be one of the best(or different) looking smartwatch out there, and the wristband looks switchable with normal watch band (hope anyone can confirm that).
I was quite disappointed when I realized that the wristband of iMacWear cannot be replaced. Otherwise the orange version (silver watch surface) with steel wristband would be the perfect looking smartwatch.

Hello,
I'm planning to buy a Smartwatch but there are so many of them around that I don't know where to start looking.
I want a watch that can give me my notifications and runs android so I can install apps on it.
For which smartwatch should I go or have you guys a list of watches that I can check which watch suits me the best?

I don't think that this page is up to date.
it doesn't contain Smartq Z and ZGPAX for example.
True but it is someplace to start. You could PM Cleardroid and ask him to update the pages?

I am also confusing with all the smartwatches that coming out now but after reviewing all the smartwatches I think the best is the AI Watch
cool specs and nice design.
Hesitate between it and the Neptune Pine.
The problem with the Pine is the size
What do you think guys ??
I was going to buy the Pine but they killed the CDMA version.

Only issue with the AI Watch I see is I'm pretty sure the final design is 18mm thick. I'd think that'd be hard to cover with a shirt/jacket sleeve and may look bulky. For reference, a dime is 17.9mm wide.

I think with the latest design they are now talking 16mm. Plus I'm hoping the curved finish should help with shirt sleeves, making it less obvious that something is poking into the sleeve as it were.
Guess it depends a lot on what kind of sleeve fitting you wear. If it is a tight fit sleeve, then yes it would be a problem.

The AI Watch look very small comparing the Pine or other smartwatches, I see yesterday real pictures in facebook and look pretty good on the guy wrist.
I just measure my G - Shock and it is 18mm and it is not big on me.
I read in Kickstarter that Pine have a lot of issues so I think will take my bet on AI Watch look better and better specs.
My question is what model you are thinking the best ?
quadcore with 1gb or octacore 1gb ?

I collect/mod watches and, the lack of numbers on the bezel aside, can think of a lot of watches. Like the Marathon WW194006 for one. Prometheus Jellyfish is another.
There is a $2 dollar coupon code here for people who are interested in pre ordering the device.

I found that Bestgear now has the K9 as well (it look like a Gear S2) with quite similar price and specs with K8 mini.
Did anyone buy this model yet and can it work with K8 mini rom?
I now considering between K9, K8 and K8 mini.
I prefer K8 as it look more sporty and it have 3 button (is that all real???), I think it will be easier to config it.
However my wrist is small and I also wonder about the battery of K8 (1.4inch) comparing with K8 mini, K9 (1.3 inch)
Has anyone have any idea about that, I'm appreciate to hear
My wrist is slightly smaller than average diameter, 7.25in (18.4cm) vs the average 7.5in (19cm) wrist. The D5 (read K8 Mini) is 2.0in (5.3cm) long, this makes it the max size for a passable fit. The K8 is even bigger at 2.4in (6.0cm) which would have the ends of the lugs extending past the wrist. If the antennas were not in the band, it may work (but look bad). However the antennas are in the band which makes the K8 an average to large wrist smartwatch.
So measure your wrist diameter and width and compare. This will give you the answer you need.

Many thanks for your advice @Lokifish Marz,
Mime is only 16.5 (asian person) but with a Omate Truesmart, I'm not so weird so maybe I will go with a D5

There's more than enough info out on these watches to know that you will get 2G only with T-Mobile.
Whats the best MTK2502 Smartwatch to get now?
Just looking at gearbest there a quite a lot of options. I realize that functionally speaking the watches are baaasically the same, but there are variances in stuff like how many watch faces and apps you can install, the quality of the screen, microphone, and speaker, and the battery life. Some watches even have features like tilt to take and other gesture based controls.
Are the No.1 round watches all basically the same internally? G3, G6, G8, S9
What about other round watches like the ZeBlaze Classic, A11, DM88, etc?
Finally what about the ZeBlaze Cosmo, is it custom face compatible? It has a weird aspect ratio compared to other square watches like the U11c, M2, W08, and GV68.
I've got five MTK2502 smartwatches: this is my chart
Hi! As I wrote, I've got 5 of these smartwatches and I wanted to share my experience with a top chart.
5. place: No.1 G7
Really nice the idea to make the watch detatchable, but it's very easy to fall down. The battery life is ridiculous: about 6 hours. Maybe my watch is faulty... Nice soft touch buttons, average screen. Never tried it with a sim card. It has also a micro SD slot. Not waterproof obviously.
4. place: Oplayer SW1605H BLE
I found this on GearBest at the incredible price of 0.90€: I bought five, one for me and the others for my friends. Works pretty good, same way as the others. Average screen, good battery life: more than 2 days. It is sweatproof, so you can do sport with it, but it's really too big, it looks terrible on a small wrist.
3. place: No.1 G6 (metal strap)
Really goodlooking! Average screen but round is prettier. Not waterproof so don't choose the silicone strap version, it doesn't make sense. About one day of battery life.
2. place: Haier Iron
One of the best, but not perfect. The screen is the brightest, and the battery life is the longest: almost three days of normal usage. Unfortunately it's not waterproof: I almost broke it by wearing it while running. The strap looks cheap, but it's interchangable: I mounted a nice metal strap and now the look is amazing! The pre-installed watchfaces are the only decent I found in these watches.
1. place: Aiwatch C5
More expensive than the others, but there's a reason. Amazing look and bright screen. Sim card (never tried), barometer that works pretty good for the altitude, and UV sensor pretty useless. It has a little gear on the side that works for changing watchface, navigate the menu and control the volume during the calls: nice! Really waterproof: I never tried to put it in the water but it should resist. Battery life ok: one day and a half of normal usage. Unfortunately the strap is not interchangable.
All these watches have heart rate monitor, stepmeter, sedentary reminder and sleep monitor. I use all these five with the Fundo Smart Device app, and with that I can install new watchfaces on all of them. But if you're here, you will probably know it already...
I hope I've been helpful!
Would have a look at the >>>> A8S on Aliexpress <<<< , it seems to have sim, sd card, 128/32 MB .
As always be carefull when choosing chinese watches, alltough alixpress does get you your money back in case of fraud, it can be a waste of time.
Hello,
Can someone help me, I need the ROM of the smartwatch Newware N6 (not of Diggro di02 / 03).
Does anyone have one like this to backup the firmeware for me?
Thank you!
Im too
Hello, I’m Brazilian, I need Rom smart watch n6 newwear , help me .
It looks remarkably similar in spec to the Baakey K88H Plus although 3mm wider. I'm awaiting receipt of a K88H Plus which should be arriving in the next week or so. I can back that up and share but there's no guarantees that it will work.
PS. I like the description of the stainless steel case, then in the spec it refers to it as aluminium alloy Still it's an improvement over the usual zinc alloy or plastic.
