You have a Efs backup?

Have you tried flashing a different modem? That usually fixes it for me. Try flashing the DDUBMF8 modem, it works great for me.

I assume you don't have a efs backup but well let's make this simple
if you do have a backup you can easily get the IMEI back to original state.
if you don't
you can follow this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1264021
it has been working for many users (but i'm not sure if it works for S4) i've never had corrupt IMEI only stone dead one  (on s4)
i had the s2 with the fake IMEI but i was never able to recover it, now i can't give it a go since the last person who had it "my friend" says her friend of her has it and her friend of her says that my friend has it so it's lost case to try recovering it even though i'd like to recover it
Well i wish you all the best! you will need it samsung and their efs partitions are tricky i know they've got an tool to write the IMEI to the correct partition but not sure its released,

Try flashing the stock firmware which was pre installed on your phone and if that doesn't work take your phone to service centre

Nope .. No use of backing up the efs folder now ..it will backup the current imei no ... . try flashing the ROM that came with the phone and see if the imei is revived ... If its not .. Go to the Samsung service centre ... They will charge u coz Samsung doesn't have a global warranty policy .... If u wanna get It done cheaper .. Then go to a local mobile repair shop and get the imei reset .... Good luck

Hi all,
I've been struggling to root my Samsung S5 4G+ (Telfort, The Netherlands), unfortunately this did not succeed. Now I'm trying to install the original firmware, but I fail to find it on the Internet. The closest topic I found was http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...5-0-2-t3053957 , but there is no firmware for my country.
Details:
Model SM-G901F FCC ID A3LSMG901F
SSN -G901FGSMH
Anyone an idea? Would be a great help :good::good::good:

The country doesn't matter, as long as the firmware is for your device model.

No probs, you're best editing your post to correct the links or a mod will end up doing it
Am guessing this would be a good place for you to start. http://www.xda-developers.com/root/

You didn't answer my question in the previous post. Did you flashed the wrong firmware for your device? What's your device type? Did you read this thread : https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/help/moto-g4-pluss-model-changed-to-g4-lost-t3496912 ?

My device is XT1641, I flash this firmware https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=745849072291698845.
If I read the post you mentioned and I think it's not the same problem, In configurations shows the two IMEI well

Hmm, that looks normal.
However, I noted your software channel is tigco (which from what I can find is Tigo or Colombia Móvil, a Colombian mobile operator?). I'm thus not sure if you can flash the stock firmware we have, as they are mainly targeted towards devices on retail software channels (e.g. retla, retail Latin America).
I'm not sure if flashing tigco/tigo specific firmware may restore your IMEI, if you can get that firmware even.
From echo92's above reply,
I don't think it's Columbian device, because it says LATAM in baseband ?
(If it's different retail in his region, then i don't know.)
May be tigco stands for something else in default language set for device ?
To Questioner,
Make sure you post screenshot in english, it will be more helpful in understanding words..
