[Q] Galaxy Note 3 encrypted then root problem

I have an Note 3 SM900T T-Mobile I encrypted the phone then rooted with Kingo root. What is happening is when I power on phone it prompts for encryption password, I enter the correct password then green android appears then goes to black screen. After some time it will reboot and prompt for encryption again, same process over and over. Will a master reset have to be done or work?
Potentially have to reset it all to remove encryption and start from scratch. It's possible that something has corrupted, probably cause of the root after encryption.
Sent from my Spectrum ZX +2
Gave thanks, since I wanted to make sure a Master Reset was okay

Gave thanks, since I wanted to make sure a Master Reset was okay, then I did a restore and root. I left encryption alone and will further look into the posts as there is info on this after doing root not before doing root.

Brick Please help

Hello I have a very big problem
My galaxy S5 is bricked, what I did is that a long time ago I set the reactivation lock on and that was just after I purchased the phone.
The phone was getting laggy and I decided to format it so I went into recovery and formatted the phone and after it was complete i rebooted , than I finished the set-up and came to my Samsung account and above it said that "This device is locked because of an abnormal factory reset." and after a couple of failed logins into my Samsung account I wanted to reset password but i do not remember the password for the email I used so now I'm stuck with a use less Samsung galaxy S5

Is Samsung Find My Mobile secure enough?

I have Samsung Find My Mobile and Knox code activated in case my phone is stolen.
Is this as secure as the iphone icloud lock? Or this can be eaasily bypassed if i lock my note 4.
I ask this because i think this is slowing my device for constantly running in the backround and I want to run a debload script.
Is it worth it? Or should i get rid of this functionality.

I think only fool proof security is encryption, i have seen people bypass google account lock on several devices, not sure about samsung find my mobile.
Are you saying that when one encrypts the device, there is no way to flash another rom on it or factory reset it?
If so, would that also work when custom rom / recover is installed?
Kind regards, Stefan.
I've disabled it, it was indeed slowing my device... not worth it in my opinion..

I guess it will not work with a custom rom because you'll have to trip knox.

Well, by installing a custom recovery you will be able to wipe your phone's data from there.
Can't you go to the Samsung website and go through the "forgot the password" routine? Isn't this the same account/credentials?

simple, you can't. Only samsung can. If you prove that you bought the phone to samsung and if you can prove that you bought the phone to samsung with proof of purchase to you letterhead , the samsung can unlock it.
thanks
i hard reset my phone and its ok until now
factory from stock recovery
why do need custom recovery for just rest?????
why you not Hard Rest ???
but after HR its must need owner,s account, and i know its should beed after custom recovery

As long as you can enable OEM Unlock under the Developer options, after a hard reset it will not get stuck on the setup screen.
Of course the trick is to get into the Dev menu first
I have had this issue several times in the past simply put I dont believe you can...
You can disable the samsung account apps where it dont ask for it but still need it to reset.
If you fac reset from recovery then It is the same as googles frp protection.
As stated you need to go through Sammy to get rid of it totally If I am not mistaken

So I bought a Galaxy S7 Edge off of Ebay...

I bought a Galaxy S7 Edge off of ebay when I boot it up and try and log in to my Google account it says I need to log in with the previous email??? Is there anyway I can fix this issue? Why is this happening?

Don't make sense, should be wiped clean, Is your phone number registering?
You've triggered factory reset protection. Use that search at the top of the page and you'll find the answer how to bypass it here on xda.
That could be it
