I was hoping if anyone knew if there's a flash able mod zip to add screen shot to power menu for Verizon 900v?

I am running this stock, rooted, deodexed rom.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1830122
The only mod or mods I would like is the extended power controls (I think that's what they would be called anyway) and maybe some quick settings in my notification menu... I am really not sure if those thinsgs would be part of the same modification or not since they both seem to add buttons/settings to a menu.
I like the option to reboot the tablet or boot into recovery when you hold the power button. Does anyone know if this is an easy mod to accomplish or if there is a download with just this mod? I didn't see anything doing a quick search in the development section.
I really don't want all the customizations that come with the roms that seem to be available. I just want a stock experience but with those minor conveniences.
Thanks.

Does what you want without any modifications. Just click the button and select what you want to do.
I have searched the forums with no success.
Is there a way to remove the swipe effects when unlocking the phone (without having to use a pattern or password)
I really dont like any of them and the one i like (ripple) has some leaves on it.
INFO:
I am on stock rom rooted, custom recovery (TWRP). I had to remove xposed framework as it caused phone lag and home screen redraw and blank screen after phone calls.

Not sure if you have the know how but if the g2 lock screen is anything like the OG lock screen you could open the apk with something like 7zip, modify the leaf pngs transparent and replace them inside the apk.you would probably need a deodexed apk. Hope that helps you.

Stock would be odexed.
You can try and download a stock based ROM that says it is deodexed. Then work with the lock screen apk from there. Then copy it to /system/app and delete the odex file in there with the same name. Be sure to do a backup first.
Hello, my phone is on the build 20c.
I bought this phone and rooted it, along with a recovery flash through auto rec.
However, the three soft buttons at the bottom for home, back, and more which I don't know of do not work.
When booted on or for everything else in recovery touch works fine, just not that part.
Because of this, I cannot flash things as I cannot access the install screen after a wipe.
I have updated to 2.8.0.1 but it has the problem as well. Can someone please help with me come up with a fix?
Otherwise, can someone with good knowledge make me a zip files which only contain scripts for wiping data/cache/dalvik is it is even possible?
I think that will work since after a flash a 'home' box comes up
Please help
Thanks
I'm new to Samsung, so I'm not familiar with their menus. So this may be a simple answer.
When I hold the volume down button and the fingerprint scanner button and the power button, all at the same time. After about 45 seconds I get a menu with the option to install a custom Rom or not.
What can I do from here? Obviously download a rom. But from where and how does it install? What else can I install besides a rom?
Thanks

That my friend is download mode also called Odin mode due to the use of the Odin app you need to use to install system image files. Once you have you phone connected to your computer you need to open the Odin on it. Then you can install recoveries and factory firmwares. Usually custom roms are flashed from the recovery usually a custom one i.e. TWRP or Clockwork Mod. Although before all that can happen you would need root the device first which would probably trip knox. That will break Samsung Pay and is unreversible. At this point I don't know if there a root method for this device yet. There is talk about that bootloader being locked which a problem. I hope this answers your question.
Okay. That's like the HTC feature. But the menu just looks different. We used to be able to flash ROMs in img format by placing them on the SD card and booting like that. It would search the SD card before boot. If it found an img file it would try and install it.
Thanks I thought it might be something different.
I have a 7.85 Crystal Sky that is messed up. Meaning, I screwed up by deleting the wrong stuff after rooting. Anyway, it boots but I cant access anything as I keep getting a systemshare and asop error that I cant get past. ADB works. Before sending to DJI I was hoping I could help dev a custom recovery or rom.
Have you tried going into the stock recovery and wiping data? I had to do that yesterday after i messed with some system files causing everything to force crash like crazy.
I did "adb reboot recovery", once in recovery you tap the screen to change the selection and the power button to select. After that it rebooted but wanted to flash back to stock. Downloaded the stock firmware from here: https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/crystalsky.
follow their instructions to flash it.
How to Update the Firmware of CrystalSky

1. Visit the official DJI website and go to the CrystalSky page, download the latest firmware package.
2. Extract the firmware package, and copy the extracted file (CS785/CS785U: ZS600B_xxx.bin; CS550:
ZS600A_xxx.bin) to a Micro SD card.
3. Insert the Micro SD card into the Micro SD card slot of the CrystalSky.
4. Power on the CrystalSky, enter System Settings > System Update, click Local Update on the top-right
corner. The latest firmware will show on Micro SD card. Click Update to start updating

After flashing it and booting up, you can update to latest version, then would recommend a hard reset after that.
Custom recovery / xposed would be nice
I rooted my crystal sky, I know its possible to use fireflash to install Google play store but I'm also interested to know if xposed / custom recovery / ROM is possible, or if anyone is willing to try.
Thanks

Oh in case anyone ever has the problem of the OP, the way to fix this is right after you root it, make a DD backup of the CrystalSky. If something goes wrong just DD your backup back to the CrystalSky and problem solved. I don't think you can simply flash stock firmware as suggested above when its at the point where OP is.
Sorry to drag up an old thread. I have a number of DJI 7.85" CrystalSky remotes which I would like to get an original image onto. These are a slightly different from normal commercial CS. Does anyone have and willing to share a full back-up to replace the image on a standard 7.85" CrystalSky please?

I just saw this, I didn't get a notification, sorry for slow reply. I have a regular CrystalSky 7.85 with newest firmware, not sure what you mean by slightly different though. Do you want a backup of a regular CrystalSky 7.85 that has newest firmware? It'll have root because backup wasn't taken until right after the rooting step, if you want it unrooted you'll need to do that step yourself.
