p.d: i m talking of the stock recovery, because the twrp recovery works fine, but i cant find any custom rom that works

[Q] [L5] Entery in download mode (no key combinations)

Hello again guys!
I make some error installing the cmw on my L5 I think.
Now I can enter in cmw but I cannot install rom, make a backup or reboot normally.
When I boot, my phone still give me the LG logo without anythings more.
I tried the combination Volume up+Volume Down+Power but I cannot log in download mode.
If there any other way to make the phone in download mode?
I read that is possibile with adb, but I don't know how.
I download "Android SDK Manager" but I don't know how to use it.
Can somebody help me?
Thanks!
I solved it.
First I download the CWM Recovery v6.0.2.8found in development section of this forum (here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2163698)
Then I put it into external sdcard kernel for LG stock of pinkflozd (here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2180085) and the cm10 rom.
I flash the cmw, than the kernel and then the cm10.
The first two flash, I think, get my phone ok but it was without rom.
So I flash the cm10 (the 3th flash) and the installation go ok.
Thanks so much to every developer that share their work.

Take a look here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2454079.
You need to use correct version depending on your phone's firmware version. If 4.3 use 6.0.4.5

hello
have you developed or found any custom recovery. i am not a developer or an expert on androids. i am just looking for custom recovery and ROM of my tab t330nu.
thank you
Can't boot into Recovery Mode
Hello
I tried installing custom recovery on my Galaxy Tab 8 Sm-t330nu.
First I wrongly installed philz_touch_6.07.9-d2att.tar.md5 and try going to recovery so what happened was when I press vol up+Home+Power It goes to downloading mode and vol down+home+power goes to download accept or reject mode so both time it goes for the same thing.
So then I tried i9505-cwm-recovery-6.0.3.2(0611).tar, result was same so I use these both on my s3 and s4 however I realize they are not for the tab.
So I looked and found this sm-t330nu-Philz-6_58_9-recovery-final.img.tar but still the result is same if I reset my phone from setting menu then I am stuck on the downloading mode but If I use odin and flash recovery then tablet load and goes to normal working mode but the bottom line is when you restart for boot mode or recovery mode it goes to download or downloading mode.
How can I fix this I used odin 1.85 and 3.09 but result is the same.
Please help I wanna install 5.1 cm12 milletwifi on it, but I cant get into recovery mode.
M,
hi,
whichever recovery you choose it must be for your device. sm-t330nu
reflash the proper recovery for your device but with auto/restart in odin unchecked.
when the flash completes, [res-ok] , disconnect your tab and manually force reboot to recovery.
if you let odin auto restart your tab, the stock rom will over write the custom recovery you just flashed
with the stock recovery.

Just as Moonbutt said, you can't install an S4 or any other custom recovery into your Galaxy tab.. It must be the Custom recovery made specifically to your device. I'm surprised you didn't hard brick your tablet..
I'm usually a TWRP guy, I find it more user friendly and easier to understand, but its kinda flaky on our device since its not an official release. I suggest using Moonbutt74's "Phil's Touch" Official recovery for our device since Moonbutt is one of the developers for the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-4/development/recovery-philz-smnu-t2980094
You will need ODIN to flash this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...08-2013-odin-3-09-odin-1-85-versions-t2189539
You can use ODIN across most if not all Samsung Platforms, Be sure to place your Tablet into Download Mode. Be sure to read the instructions, and select PDA, and nothing else.. If not you will completely destroy your device.
His ROM and Kernels will not install under TWRP..
Phil's Touch maybe a little less simplified for n00bs, but its the best Recovery we got..
The link to download the recovery for SM-T330NU isn't available. Please fix.

You can try booting to FTM mode by powering off your device, press and hold your volume down and power button till you get in FTM mode, then your computer should detect it. From there, you could install TWRP by following the instructions on https://forum.xda-developers.com/axon-7/how-to/guide-install-twrp-unlock-bl-flash-t3517379. Once you installed TWRP, you could install the bootstack and stock system of the version you want at https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=112651. Been through the same thing when I tried upgrading my A2017G to nougat, and I thought I was f*cked till I remembered you could boot your device to FTM mode XD

Stuck in a boot loop and can't access recovery mode

So I flashed a custom rom and it required a specific TWRP recovery. But after installing the custom rom I had to install another TWRP recovery otherwise it wouldn't boot into OS (this recovery was probably unsupported and thus my phone was forced to boot into OS)
So every time I wanted to boot into recovery mode I had to use an app like flashify and flash the first recovery to boot into recovery mode. And after finishing I had to flash the "unsupported" recovery again in order to boot into OS.
Now with the "unsupported" recovery, I installed Xposed and some modules and then restarted the device. And..........boom! The phone is stuck in a boot loop! And I can't even boot into recovery mode.
Now here's the other nightmares I'm getting:
1. Cant use ADB to flash a new recovery because my device is "unauthorized" and in order to fix that I need to go to developers option which is not possible (because of boot loop)
2. Uninstall Xposed: button combinations aren't working and I cant go to recovery mode to flash the uninstaller zip
3. vol up + vol down + power button doesn't open recovery because the recovery is "unsupported"
4. Can't even boot to fastboot mode by holding vol down + power. It tries to boot into OS and starts boot looping
5. Can't use sp flash tool to flash stock rom or recovery because whenever I connect the phone to PC, the phone tries to boot into OS and....you guessed it starts boot looping.
Now I'm out of ideas and really depressed. If anyone can help me out with this I'll be grateful forever.
My device is: Lenovo k4 note
Chipset: MediaTek MT6753
Currently on this recovery: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=673368273298981920
Got this recovery from here (recovery2): https://forum.xda-developers.com/k4-note/development/unofficial-resurrection-remix-5-8-2-t3570195
Thanks!
Update: The problem is solved after flashing stock rom via sp flash tool

I think the pc cant dtect my device same problem bro after installing new rom it keeps on rebooting after the lenovo logo. Cant also access the recovery mode. Please help me
Bro I'm not an expert. Someone from XDA discord server helped me with this. And I actually forgot the exact thing I did to be honest. I downloaded the sp flash tool on pc and downloaded the stock rom. Then flashed it to the phone. You have to connect your device via USB before. For a detailed guide you can search on YouTube with something like "how to flash stock rom via sp flash tool"
Or ask in the discord server. They will surely help you.
How did you flash that? Can you please explain step by step
Check this link: https://firmwarefile.com/lenovo-k4-note-a7010a48
You can download the stock rom from here. And there is also a tutorial on how to flash it. I followed it. Hope that helps!

Thanks, the problem is my phone is struck on the Lenovo logo, it's not turning off but my computer deducted it as Lenovo device
If ADB can detect your device then you can just flash a new recovery and you should be fine. But as I said I'm not an expert so I'd suggest you to ask for help on the XDA discord server. That's where I got help from.
Did anyone found the solution?
Thanks
Can any one find the solution of that problem , because my lenovo k4 note also stuck on boot looping logo... and vibrate like bootup time
