Mine stays awake while charging,it didn't used to on cm11

When I click the install button on the ota update, it first says installing, then rebooting. Installation starts but stops. It then opens the recovery(stock). I downloaded the 122mb package for trying manually. When I install that, I get this error!

CM11 -> CM12 worked for me
I had CM11 with SU.
After installing latest ClockworkMod I flashed the CM12 without issues..
it only gave me 1 error of unmounting/device busy for /data... just ignore it... (althought i missed a heart beat )
then installed superSu v2.19 beta....
works like a charm...
Only thing not working is "Enable quick boot mode"... but that's ok... not an problem...

Smooth and User friendly rom
Today I downloaded this custom rom and flashed it through recovery. After that it took me 12 to 15 mins to load to the desktop. Then I flashed the gapps and the supersu v2.16 and rebooted the device. This rom is really cool and it is working great. Battery performance is tremendous. Thanks to the developer for giving such a nice custom rom.
I hope in future theme chooser and other things will be implemented. I am waiting for the updates to come at the earliest.
ok
I flashed it all seems well... O i did find something in the rom... It's not a big deal. And is there a Franco based kernel floating around?
Good ROM
Although premature and pretty much stock AOSP, this build runs well so far. Good battery life and no bugs, really. Got this mainly for DSP Manager (it works!), will be upgrading until an official CM12 build. Thanks for the good work! ?
Excellent work - Small feedback
Hello!
Just to let people know that like myself wondered if it would be ok - This can be flashed using CWM6 I used it myself to flash this!
I got one error as soon as it started flashing about unmounting/device busy but if you just wait the install continues succesfully I went from CM11 Snapshot 12 but I did not dirty flash as I figured that would be the fastest way to introduce errors.
After the first attempt all seemed fine but it simply would not connect to wireless or data connections so bounced back into recovery, wiped data, cache and Dalvik and booted back up and all is working great.
The only app so far that does not work with me is Google authenicator - Can anyone else confirm if this app is working for them or not? It force closes everytime I click Begin setup - Little anoying as I use 2 step auth for my Gmail
Other than this build runs brilliantly and I would like to thank the original poster for his work and time
Yeah the authenticator works for me. May have to wipe and reflash. I found 2 bugs. When you using LTE on our nexus 4 it still says 3g on the status bar. But when you pull it down it says LTE on the tiles......and when you are watching a video on chrome or Facebook. The video plays them freezes but you can still hear and the timer is still going but the video itself is froze.... Check and see if these things happen to you

I have installed this rom today, so far it was very good until I find out that it is not rooted, I dont understand whay it is not rooted.
Flash SuperSU in recovery.
Confirming a successful flash for the F2FS version; wiped & flashed as instructed, and the Nexus 7 is flying through everything as well as one could hope for! Only caveat I ran into was lack of root, but that was quickly solved by flashing SuperSU in recovery (I'm using TWRP 2.8.3.0). Definitely makes it feel like a brand new device. I might have to throw the appropriate version of this ROM on my HTC One M8 in the case I don't like the stock Lollipop update when that shows up.
Hello, I first lost my root but flashing su from recovers olurdu the problem. But GPS still does not work. Also Bluetooth starts but streaming music, sound ext is interrupted, just like buffering all the time.

Hi all, can i flash xenon beta4 on N5 after wiping cache, dalvik and system? ( without wipe data to preserve it)
Hey all
Does the inclusion of the CM theme engine prevent installation/running of live wallpapers?
I normally use the Radiant Particles live wallpaper & although I've downloaded it I'm unable to install it & get a message that the app is not installed (although it's visible in the wallpaper picker).
I'm using the F2FS build on a clean unit.
Cheers, Paul
Original Layout?
First of all thanks so much for this ROM and all the support here. This is my first experience using a custom ROM, trying to breath life back into my 2012 Nexus 7 which had become so bogged down it was virtually useless. The improvement is incredible. I also don't have GPS working, but the only thing I was using that for was smart unlock, I can live without it until there's a fix.
My only question is, is there any way to get back to the original home screen layout, 6 icons across 6 in the tray? I found posts about adjusting the DPI and but that's a deprecated fix. I apologize if this is a ridiculous question, but again, totally new to this. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Nevermind, found the slim launcher settings!
@alan081954 Have you tried clear data and cache of Google Play Services and Framework, etc.? I had problems with GPS and GCM as well but after I did that, it's all better now.
Busybox Question
I installed latest ROM, and I installed Busybox (chainfire) and updated from 1.22 to 1.23. Now it appears I have a "busybox" file in /sbin, and in system/xbin
Sysem x/bin has all the other files.
My main problem is Parcel backup isn't restoring app data.
error: Cannot link executable: can not locate symbol "_res_get_state" referenced by busybox.
What to do?

Hi, how I root this rom? I tried enable acess root on developer options, flashing supersu.zip, installing busybox, superuser.... but doesn't work
How i do? thanks
Installing supsersu from recovery should give you root. If not, I'm not sure; sorry.
Followed all instructions to format to f2fs, but then when i try to push the files to the nexus 7 my nexus toolkit initiates the process but gets stuck "waiting for device" I have no idea what i am doing wrong.

Just get the kdz and flash it via flash tool then. Or even try updating via PC suite.
It was easy. As long as you can sacrifice your data inside the phone.( if you willing to manually backup, it will be fine later)
1. Downgrade D802 using Flash tools 2014 to version D80220C or other KK version (CSE mode)
2. Root your phone and install Autorec. Download latest Twrp 2.8.6.1 put it inside download folder
3. Reboot into recovery using Autorec. Then go to download folder, Flash TWRP 2.8.6.1 on recovery.
4. Now reboot to recovery, you will be in 2.8.6.1 not 2.7.0.0 version
4. Clear/wipe system, cache, dalvik, and data. Flash the lollipop Rom from this thread.
5. Viola! All done without bootloop.

To those that plan on or have already updated to Marshmallow on the S5. You HAVE or WILL lose modding compatibility due to a/n security update Samsung implemented into the new Marshmallow Bootloader. This is unfortunate for all of the modding community of MULTIPLE Samsung devices. Hopefully, we can overcome this breach in personal security and allow modding once again on our devices. This update was RELEASED on: April 18th, 2016. It is known as the CPCA update for the "Samsung Galaxy S5". Modders beware of this update, and once again, DO NOT UPDATE YOUR DEVICES!

Yes multiple of users have tried downgrading to 5.0, but it refuses to do so. Looks like we are stuck with Marshmallow until there is some sort of exploit in the system. Will OK4 Work to downgrade the device. Does this also flash Bootloader?
WTH dude... you only open unwanted threads.. This one and anothers threads with rom's that not even work.
There ins't any problem with MM bootloader (I use a custom ROM with MM bootloader) and almost every custom roms don't work because they are based on LL blobs.
I will report you because I see too much threads open by you that don't have any contribution for the forum and members.

Dude, you were spot on! I flashed over OK4 bootloader and modem in Odin, then booted to recovery and flashed Bliss 6.0.1 rom and it worked!!!
After updating my Sprint Galaxy S5 to MM 6.0.1, my phone shuts down and reboots every time I uninstall an app. In addition, I no longer have access to the APN folder that allows me to use my MSL to modify and access the Hotspot function.
Anyone having these problems and is there a fix?
You can downgrade back to ok4 if your on a mm build like pca. I've done it multiple times with 100 percent success. The bootloader isn't locked when going back to ok4 from pca at this time but when or if this phone gets another update for mm this might change but for right now this isn't an issue. There isn't that much rom based on 6.0.1 mm for this phone that is TouchWiz at the moment for sprint besides insanity rom.

I should have looked at who the OP was before even opening this thread. I've been running marshmallow with absolutely no issues since it was leaked. I've flashed back to stock roms, flashed custom roms, flashed back to marshmallow, rooted, and debloated. So I don't see why the hell you posted this thread. Maybe YOU can't customize YOUR marshmallow rom because, as your track record shows with all, ALL, of YOUR roms, none of them work. So, maybe the problem isn't the marshmallow update, the problem is you.
Thanks zune70. I appreciate the information.

I'm noticing today .. possibly after the latest nightly that my home button isn't 'working' ... Finger print is fine. But it's not working as a home button. If I hit it to go home, I get vibration feedback, but does nothing. I'll try to get a log of this and post but it's just so strange. May have something messed up in the configuration settings too.. I'll dig around and update if I find a user-error. (Did I post this in the wrong place?)

Flash hybrid TWRP http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-2/general/recovery-twrp-3-0-2-hybrid-supports-oos-t3362904
Hello there... Wanna try out this ROM.. I'm coming from Resurrection Remix MM ROM.. I've used AICP LP b4.. And excited to try this out.. Wanted to know if I'm supposed to flash any modem b4 installing this ROM..? I had flashed a modem for using RR ROM(From LP to MM.. ). So am I supposed to flash again any other modem..? And can I use normal TWRP(using version 3+) or is it necessary to use Hybrid TWRP..?

Hi,
You are on RR MM you don't need to flash modem, personaly i use hybrid TWRP linked on post below becouse sometimes i go to OOS 3.0.2 or H2OS 1.4 and return to AICP, like this i know that i have no problems with TWRP and i can flash any MM ROM.

No support for Xposed on AICP.
Is there a way to disable Halo? I was not able to find it in AICP Extras.
Thanks
