Love the ROM, just can't figure out how to avoid using the MUI account and add Google/Gmail/Playstore. I transferred the latest Playstore APK, it installed okay but won't run. All my contacts, notes etc. are synced with my Google account, don't want to use Xitomi cloud.

I was on a LP 5.1.1 (AICP) custom ROM, just wiped (without data partition) and installed, it worked. If you're using the modified modem for rotation to work in the LP based ROMs, you may want to install the unmodded KK baseband for your device.

Miui English site and accented characters
I've found that there are 2 different download pages on miui site. One is "www miui com/download-227.html" and the other is the english version at" en miui com/download-227.html"
On the english version your ROM is not featured.
How about accented characters? I'm using Italian language and the "à" character is subtituted with the alpha letter from the greek alphabet.
Can I install a translation package? I've found the Italian group provides packages for Mi devices and few others (Nexus).

Hello. Your firmware is amazing. All works well. at least I need
Add the kernel threads in a cap dorimanx .After setting it up, the phone began to keep the battery longer, and not any lag noticed. When put other core proishvku on another poster, no kernel does not run. Everyone will be useful to know and see, to the same few people will read all the topic.

It works very well but I still wonder about 2 things:
* It seems that you have eleminate Qremote
* From this update, Lucky patch doesnt work anymore. It is force close

If it's a GNH1 version, then yes.

You don't have to flash the stock ROM first?
Flashing the stock rom is recommended only the first time, to update modem

When I was using YouTube I put the power button to stop and lock the screen. It turn to black and can't be lock. When I put home button Half of screen turn to black.
When the video stop It can't lock the screen even though screen time out.

Guys i bought a note 3 recently it had a jackwaway rom installed by its previous owner it was with jelly bean software, now i want to upgrade my note 3 to 4.4 kitkat but i cant upgrade as it is rooted and has a kernel jackaway installed. i thought of flashing a note 3 stock rom from the net on to the device but each device has its own build number, i tried checking for my build number in settings but its original build number is changed and its showing me jackaway written over there no build number, its not on its box and not on the manual. what shall i do i wanna go to stock rom and then upgrade to 4.4 there are no backups also made by the previous owner what should i do?, please be brief i dont want to wreck this device

i've installed this rom . it works so good . But have some trouble with my battery . It lost 4-6 % from 12am to 5am , and sometimes 1% after 10-12minutes without using. I use titanium backup pro and freeze many app . But the battary still lost .

stock, center lock, 3minutebattery, removal many app from google and sony , transparent weather, reflash stock kernel, mod camera , no boot sound , xposed install, 4way Eng restart .

Hi, I just recently installed this on my N910U and everything seems to be working fine except that I have no cellular accessIt says Insert SIM card to access network services every time I try to connect, I know this ROM is meant for the N910C but I was wondering if anyone has a link or knows where to get cellular modules for my phone. theme's doesnt work on odex roms. your kitkat rom is superb only thing is could not apply theme's from other themers.

After some time I'm not able to access the quick settings, it simply won't register my touch in the panel. A reboot fixes the issue but it's really annoying. Anyone else notice this or is it just me?

Well , I ve ported this rom to my note3 n9005. yesterday..."Note4-Norma-N9005 beta2.zip"
1) Its very Fast. clocked at 2.7Ghzs.
2) Not Rooted. I ve istalled Supersu.Zip frm CWM and Got it Back.
3)Deleted all Chineese Apps with rom toolbox. But still I get the Reboot Menu in Chineese.
4)Gallery wont directly open from Camera App. FC. " Unfortunately Gallery has stopped".
5)Video recording FCs."Recording has stopped" error msg.
6)Once in a while I Get "Unfortunately Settings has stopped" popup.
7)When connected to PC it shows up as Note4. SM-N9108V
8)The Antutu Benchmark is more than what i used to get with any other Custom ROMs for my note3 N9005. Its surpassed all. The score is 43700.
9)Charging is happening Faster.
Check the screen shots. its the one with SM-N9108V (Actually SM-N9005).
till now.. everything woorks way faster than Note3. I really loved those cool fetures of note4 like swipe in an app to minimize or get it in to a small window.etc.
Big Thanks for this ROM Maker. Hope it will become lot more stable in next versions

I know, having same thing. Dev is working hard on a third beta version ATM, is getting help from other Devs (including g00h) to have it optimized. Guess patience goes for this one, totaly worth it im for sure!

can you please fix resize window when you drag from top left corner to bottom right the button thats supposed to be in the middle of the popup window disappears so you cant drag the window can you work on center aligning that button also xposed module causes the systemui to crash can you also fix that and i still get settings fc other than that great rom by far the best of all the note 4 ports

you can flash only beta 3 rom easy. after reboot you have a porting from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4
i cant fix my mobile data, each time switch wifi on/off lose my signal data and i each time repeat all in setting data menu

Yeah, AOSP-CM 5.5.22 does not work in my SC-04E (Japanese NTT Docomo S4 Version).
But the other one by Rain_Bow 5.5.22 works almost perfect with one bug only.

I'm running Miui v6 5.6.5 from rainbow. But i have problems to get the gapps working. When I try to acces the playstore or gmail (maybe other gapps too) i get the message "unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped." and "Unfortunately, playstore/gmail has stopped". Do I need a fix or anything to get them working.? Does anynoe has gapps with this version of the rom working??

Im new to Xda and this was my first custom rom and im loving it so far, i have a couple questions though, is it normal that in some apps like "Music" for example have several sections in chinese? hey!!
does this rom works on korean galaxy s5 model G900 L?
I installed newest version of this rom a week ago (4/30/15 Lte version) and it has been very stable but the only problem i experience with this rom is that when i am in call it hang up for no reason. I was using android 5.1 version of this rom before and everything did work fine. I did clean install.
What is the function of the phone icon in the volume panel?
Is there any possibility to remove that from there? I want the normal volume panel

great ROM I'd have to say. Even if it's not meant for the S5 Active
And that's why I'd like to ask if there is a chance that you'd add the hardware keys not present on the S5 to the VM settings (since those are the only difference between the two).
Would be a blast to have CM based ROMs on the G870F, too (and it would not require separate development branches).

I second that!
I've seen absolutely no development for the G870F and since there's very little difference between it and the normal KLTE version, it would indeed be nice to have that working.
I hope this is not considered hijacking, but does the camera work for you (A338LM) on that rom? AFAIK it's running at a different resolution than the S5.

I don't know if I used the camera with this ROM ;-( I only had the ROM installed for an hour to check the features and speed, which were awesome, might started the camera app and think it worked. The resolution is lower on the Active compared to the S5. Not sure how much of a difference this would make for development.
If you guys can acquire the commit or a tutorial on adding them I will do it, just been busy so no time to build for a few days
