I had the same problem, I re-installed it. (You have to choose Note 3 camera themed S5, otherwise it will give u problem again and after reboot it will go to recovery mode again and again...

How to fix gps
If you have gps issue try to download "gps test" app from Google play. Go to the menu and click Update AGPS. It helped on my 9005.

I was trying to disable it in Tweaks in system settings and using wanam xposed. Both methods doesn't work on my 90005. Full wipe.

Quick list of "small matters" that appear on V4 :
S Cover doesn't work anymore. It shows a black screen below the status bar.
There is a regular message regarding data usage may occur additionnal charge. This wasn't on V2/3.
The battery life and optimization are great, but to great. Multitasking is painful. Especially while listening to music, if I request a task, the music will be briefly interrupted. I think this has something to do with the CPU governor that you applied.
Also, there is an issue that I noticed since V2. It is regarding Titanium Backup Restore. Using your Rom, I am not able to batch the restore of my apps (around 150) when it works on Cyanogen and Stock ROM... The problem still appear on V4 so at the end I had to work on an update.zip.
I am using the N9005 international version of the Galaxy Note 3 and GPS works for me by the way.
On a list of quick new things that I find great on V4 : The themed camera app, button layout (like the S5), choice of battery icon, stability and battery life is awesome. I have never been able to go home with more than 20% of battery before. With your Rom I usually reach with 45-40%. This is great.

Have you try a factory reset via your recovery before flashing the rom ?
Backup your data and apps and try that.
At this stage that is what you should do.
Also, at the end of the set-up assistant, where you input the device name, there is a checkbox where you can ask to start the phone with Easy Mode. Make sure is unchecked...

Hey g00h! I just wanna tell u that I tried to install the latest version of ur S5 port.. It told me if I want to use S5 camera or Note 3 themed S5 camera. And I have to tell u that S5 camera is even not working, when I install and pick S5 camera when the install is 100% done, it reboots the phone to recovery mode every time, maybe u have to fix this? - I chose Note 3 camera until u fix the installing bug on S5 cam..
And also the ROM/Phone; I don't feel like it's fast, there is a big difference between your v4 and v2. V2 was faster than this V4, when I use enery saving mode, the phone become more slower. I don't know why, but I have to tell u also that Echoe ROM was very good, battery life was better, I had AEL kernel there, the battery was better than this. But not the best 1..

camera not working
I tried to follow the steps that was given regarding copying and pasting the files from the camera folder into the corresponding folders in the settings folder. however i am not able to copy and paste them. the option to paste is greyed out. i believe it is something to do with the fact that it is a zip file? can anyone please help me get the stock camera app and functions up and running?

i finish download the c-rom kk v7.1 20140622 hlte
and im having problem installing it..
i already done
- rooting my phone
- CWM for note 3 (latest)
- released develeper mode
- perform wipe data/ factory reset, wipe cache partition and wipe dalvik cache
everytime i install i get aborted by CWM...

im fairly new to Custom ROMs,but I have tested 15-20 ROMs,including diff AOSP, AOKP,TW based ROMs to and I must say I really like C-ROM 4.4.4 v.7.1 of yours. I think I will stick to your ROM since I like ribbon options, and far as possible away from Touchwiz since I grown fond of AOSP.
However there are a few things I would like to ask if possible.
Im wondering if its possible to get the Brightness slider when you pull down notification bar down on the left side.
Also I really like the idea that I can use a image on lockscreen different from the one I have on my homescreens,but I cant for some reaason,is there a way for me to do this on your ROM?
im using TWRP right now, this is probably a dumb question but do those with CWM or clockworkrecovery get better ROm options or extra features?
And the last question is
The Themes under personalization is empty and I would like to install bootanimations and choose that one over the other one in case ive grown tired of it,is there a way for me to do that?
I want to thank the devs making the C-ROM,its truly is the greatest ROM for me out there

I have a question.
Does anyone know how to turn off the popup screens of certain apps? Chrome seems to refuse to open as a full screen app these days and chooses to open as a popup screen all the time. It's kinda really annoying with this particular situation and I can't seem to figure out where I should go to in the settings.

Are you talking about the main browser that comes with the rom? I don't use chrome but I use the rom version. I have not had a problem with this. I will see if I can find the settings for that.

Anyone know how to enable alert on call? So I can get text message notifications during a call via either light sound or vibration? As of right now it does nothing if I am on a call and I constantly have to check.

Download the themes showcase from the play store. There are a few free ones and plenty to purchase as well. I use Tang Cm 11 and I love it.

Need help after Install
I just installed this rom (v1.5) and followed every step as in the instruction ... but after getting to the home screen I can't see the notification panel nor the wallpaper(it's in black) also the recent app drawer doesn't work .... what's wrong ?

Going back to CivZ's Flexkat rom. So much more stable. Will wait for future updates for this rom though.

After flashing the kernel I get a yellowish color on my screen...
How can I fix it?

Installed ROM and kernel earlier.
So far so good, super stable, no fc and battery also seems good.
Maybe the best I've tried so far.

I've tried to install kernel version 1.3 and 1.4 and in both cases the installation is aborted. I'm using Philz touch recovery 6.0.4.7
After the process is aborted I can reinstall both stock and custom 1.1B with no problem at all.
I don't know what I am doing wrong.

That happened to me too when I was using Mask 4.4.4 . I have no idea with it too. Is it a bug or something ?

Backup with Titanium to internal storage. Clear the data and cache, restore. This should fix the external card issue, assuming your sdcard is not corrupt then you would need to re-format it.

RESPONSE
HI ALL, IM using this rom on my 910h variant of the note 4 with no issues so far, SD card works, 3 mint mod, works, volume boost works. The rom is fast and smooth, the only thing not working at the moment the 4 power menu. I hope this helps some of you.

Hello guys, my question is whether we need to update bootloader and modem in order to flash Masik Lollipop before actually moving to lollipop. In other words do i have to flash bootloader and modem while being in 4.4.4 stock or i can do it after flashing the rom itself? Ty in advance

I`m stuck on the Smasung Note 4 screen and nothing happens.
I diid clean install with full wipes of everything, but still no success.
Tried 4 times with different options....

I had the same issue but only when I tried to flash the masik rom from a Stok rom, so my solution was install first any other lollipop custom rom and after a successful boot, back to recovery and install the Masik rom

Record video no sound
Anyone have an issue with the camera? when I try to record a video the quality its great but without sound and if I try to record a voice memo it is fine, the audio is good.

I tried to flash 5 times, from stock and modified roms, with no success - still stuck on SMASUNG NOTE 4 screen.

Use battery calibrator and wait around a week that rom stabilized the battery life

rom does not start
Why not start my rom ?? does not show the bootanimation not even know the legend of samsung which shows the model, excuse the bad English

This is almost near to perfection. All the things i ever wanted. 3 dot menu. And a stable rom. First i clean my s4 then install. Check wifi, wifi is not working. This is fixed by flashing ael kernel.

How do you get that free ram? Did you use some debloater? Can you tell me?

In case anyone else has a Sprint variation and trys to use this rom, heres what i've got so far.
I came from the GPE loliopop to this, and initially wifi didn't work, no data and no mms. I flashed alucards kernal v2 and that corrected wifi, and I then changed my device name/carrier in the build.prop and was able to get data, but no sms/mms.
Tried to change the APN to see if that fixes the sms/mms problem but I feel that the APN isn't working. I have a LOT preloaded and it shows none of it. Also if you edit MCC: 310
MNC: 120 from its original values it just doesn't show on the APN list, almost like it's been deleted.
So, got real close to getting it work on the sprint vairiation, only thing left is SMS/MMS and I haven't a clue where to go after APN not working.
