I have been using this phone for almost a month now, and God knows I love it, I love how big it is and how defining it's colors are but being a premium expensive phone it didn't deliver as was expected of it, I see a lot of threads regarding frozen screens, speaker stuttering, lagging, random reboots and many other bugs which are not all software related, shouldn't it be better if they make a phone like Nexus 5. Flagship but relatively mid priced, Comment if you guys are happy with your Nexus 6.

Mine doesn't exhibit any of those problems you have listed. It's better than any other android powered phone I've used.

I, personally, don't have any of the issues you've mentioned. I run my Nexus 100% stock and encrypted. I do agree that there are some reported bugs, but IMHO, most are software related. Hopefully you'll find a device that you are happy with, but I assure you, many of us here are very satisfied with the Nexus 6.
Have non of those... Give yours LSD instead of Lollypop!
I experienced issues upgrading to 5.1. First time I tried I started getting reboots about every 5 minutes... Restored my backup. Updated a week later again... Lost all my sound, restored my backup. Waited another week or two... Updated again and it's doing okay now. Still have a few random freezes and reboots, but its rare.
No prob's here and I love the *#&%$ outta mine :good:
Mine has no problems and runs perfectly. I had more problems with my galaxy nexus than I've had with this phone. It's perfectly equipped to be in the premium category.
no problems with my nexus 6, and i love my nexus 5 as well! worst nexus? have you tried a nexus one, nexus s, galaxy nexus, or nexus 4?
No issues yet imho the front facing speakers and phablet size make it my dream phone. The only issue has been the forced encryption and only when I didn't read enough before flashing.

The encryption is a lot less of an issue than you think. I've had every nexus minus the G1 and nexus 1.... This is hands down the best nexus.... The 5 is it's equal but the speakers, screen, and camera give the 6 a slight edge.
The worst Nexus phone made ? What ?
I have owned every Nexus phone, except the 5 due to the tiny crap battery they put in there.
I have two Nexus 6's, one for Wifey and me, and zero issues on either. We're both running Chroma ROM and this phone is a beast. Great screen, good battery life, nice speakers, super fast and smooth like flowing water.
Out of all of the Nexus phones, I put this up there as one of the best. And after a few weeks of use, the large size becomes comfortably normal.

Idk man. I went from the note 4 to the nexus 6 to the iPhone 6 plus and back to a cloud white 64gb nexus 6. This is the best phone I've had period.

No. The Galaxy Nexus is the worst phone Google never made (Google doesn't make phones).
Only problem I have is the terrible battery life. I'm a heavy user and get 5 hours of battery life on average (with android wear watch connected).
For comparison, my previous handset was an Xperia Z3 and with the exact same usage habits, I got 12+ hours.

Because of battery life or some signal issues? Or was it something else? I still use mine on 5.1.1 with my n6 and s4 everyday and other than battery and signal its a great phone. Now in town signal is fine and with the extended battery it's fine so I'm happy with it. Everyone of my android devices run 5.1.1, NP,n6,gnex,s4,touchpad, & nexus 7 and don't have a issue with any really but this n6 is the tits.
OP obviously has never heard of the GNex lol

Hello all,
I got my Galaxy Nexus on day of release, so had it some 6 months or so, the other day I bought a Galaxy S III, the following day sold my Galaxy Nexus for 320€ (loss of 300€ in 6 months, can live with that).
Now, I must say while I loved the GN display I was one of those who suffered from the squares when on low brightness. That was my biggest gripe with the GN... Battery life was 2 days on one charge.. stock Android, loved it.
So on to the S3, performance? wow, very nice, in general pretty smooth. Could I tell a massive noticeable improvement over the GN? Not really.
Sound, MUCH MUCH MUCH better on the S3 ...
Build quality seems a tiny bit less than the GN.
I certainly do not like the physical home button on the S3.
Camera and video, on S3 very pleased indeed.
One very annoying bug is that for some reason I've got no DTFM tones in a call... which is a #taxibookingfail for me Had to grab the misses iPhone 4S to ring the damn taxi company in the end. #eggonface
The Samsung widgets etc I think are average. HTC do much nicer ones thats for sure.
I do miss the GN a lot, and stock Android is wonderful.
As I've been using fastboot to install new release ROM's on the GN, find it a pain to flash the S3. I'm on Mac and I wanted to flash the latest EU ROM in the hope it would fix the DTFM issue, but I just can't seem to get it done. Yeah I've grabbed Heimdall, extracted the ROM, blah blah, even looked at CLI flashing, but it's not working. I guess there is no fastboot for the S3. If anyone knows better please do say. Also are there OTA packages for the S3 that can be downloaded and patched via recovery?
Anyway.. all the best guys
Thank you sir. You just persuaded me to get a gnex. From the google play store, they are only $400 us. It will be a big upgrade from my samsung captivate (carrier branded galaxy s1)

So I myself am also making the transition from the gnex to the gs3 and my biggest gripe is the battery on the gnex. In your opinion how much better battery life did you get from the gs3 then you did from the gnex?
I would recommend Mobile ODIN to solve your flashing problem. It lets you download things right to your phone, and it will auto reboot and flash them for you. I grabbed the pro version for 4USD because it auto-downloads any fixes you need.
As far as the Gnex, I am surprised you are not happier moving to your GS3. I had a grey Gnex for about 4 months, and the screen quality, camera, and speaker volume were terrible. I was worried it would be similar on this phone, but all three of those areas seem vastly improved to me.
Galaxy nexus is the best device compared to s3 due to the price, stock ics and on screen navigation
Price is the biggest one for me
I bought galaxy nexus for 27000
S3 price abt 39000
Samsung touch wiz and s voice is a crap.
Except microsd I am happy with the purchase of gnex....

Don't do it. The screen drains the battery on the GN like there's no tomorrow! Unless you turn the brightness way down...then you can't enjoy the HD screen which defeats the purpose. Also the screen is kind of washed out looking, with everything looking yellowish especially at lower brightness. Also the external speaker on the GN is really low and probably one of the worst I've ever heard on a phone. There's a couple more things but these are my main gripes with the phone. The Screen and speaker are 2 very important features that have to work right on my phone. So I'm selling my basically new GN and getting the GS3 on the 21st.

Approximately twice the screen on time in my case, from 3 to almost 6 hours screen in time.
Idle consumption is worse on sgs3 due to possible bug but screen on time is what matters the most.
Overall performance is much better, but battery life was the top reason for me to move to sgs3 from gnex.

Yes the battery life on the GSM sucks monkey balls.
I loved my gnex but it had a few small issues. Wifi has short range, the speaker volume was low and the screens colors were more washed out. Overall the Gnex is still solid and one of the best phones I've had. Got love for gnex.

I'll be getting rid of my g nexus here as well. I get about 4 hours maybe 4.5 of constant screen time. Standby is really good with franco and aokp but those roms and cm well likely be on the s3 regardless so not much reason to stick with the nexus at this point.
I'm just waiting for the second batch. They are likely running full tilt and the manufacturing will tighten up quality wise on the second + runs.

Okay guys here is my problem. I got a Play Gnex GSM last month. I have the car dock and pogo landscape dock. The Nexus is my first Android phone. I don't run custom roms and have little interest in modding the device. It is rooted. I play videos and mostly spotify. I was very pissed about the sound volume but have figured that out with Volume+ and finally got the settings I like. As of right now I have no complaints with the phone and love it. I also have the 3800mah and three regular batteries (one original and two qcell non-nfc) so battery issues are not a problem for me. I've never been a hard core gamer on the phone so FPS isn't a concern either. That could change if I got hooked I guess. Also the pogo dock is great. I dock the Nexus and use it as a clock at night. I could do the same with the GS3 but would have to plug a cord in all the time.
To be honest my original intention was to purchase the Nexus then after the GS3 was released give the Nexus to my wife and purchase the GS3. My wife has been using my old iPhone 3g for two years and it's on it's last legs. Not to mention it's jailbroken and Ultrasn0wed for the unlock. It's on 4.01. I'm having second thoughts now. I love the Nexus. On the other hand the GS3 I know is going to be super incredible plus the microsd storage would hold everything I could possibly throw at it. I'm also expecting improved audio from the GS3 as well. I'm okay with the Nexus audio but it doesn't even touch the quality from my two year old iPhone 4.
Should I pass the Nexus on to the wife and get a GS3 or should I wait until the next Google phone comes out and hope it has great specs and pass the Nexus along then? Money isn't that much of a issue at the moment. I already have a 64gb card and plan on selling my iPhone 4 when it's unlocked (as soon as I get the unlock e-mail confirmation from Apple and do a restore, ATT already approved the unlock yesterday). I would be getting the ATT LTE version.
Another option is to use the Nexus and not sell the iPhone but let her use it until the next Google phone comes out then do the rotation.
For those of you that have "upgraded" to the GS3 from the Nexus how many of you would do it again?

Same if it not better than my Sprint GNex. I turn off the GPS whenever I'm not navigating and that saves a bunch. I have Facebook, Currents, and Weatherbug set to refresh only every 4hrs. Automatic brightness on. With that, I'm having no issues going from 6am-7pm and still have about 20% afterwards. This is with 400+ texts, 20 emails outbound, and 150 minutes of calling, and lots of web surfing.
The Note 2 was my other choice, by I'm biased to Nexus devices now. Easier development with NO manufacturer involvement in OS updates. If the battery still scares you, Mophie makes a cool looking brick for MicroUSB that charges at 2.0a. $79, 4000mah. Toss in a backpack, and it's two extra full batteries.
Add me to the list of happy campers! N4 rocks and is the best device of 2012!!
Very happy. just want those few bugs squashed. which I believe are just that. bugs

I have the exact same feeling about samsung, and I personally have both the quality and customer service horror stories to justify it.
I'm with surfernerd, the only issue i have with my N4 is myself being a noob.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one with a working N4. It seems the QC at LG is subpar and there were tons of devices that left the factory not in pristine condition. But then again, the device was half the price of a non contract similar device so they had to cut corners somewhere. It's nice to finally leave Sprint behind with it's terrible data speeds. Yes the N4 isn't LTE, but it's sure faster on ATT's HSPA then Sprint could ever be so I'm satisfied with the data speeds.
I am an avid fan of the Samsung S series of phones. I've had a few and to date think the S3 is the best they've done so far (S4 notwithstanding). But, I love the Google Nexus series of phones and have owned one, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I purchased the Nexus 4 on Saturday from Google and I cannot wait to get it. I love the bareness of the Nexus line. I love Android in its stock form. Thing is, I'm going from one of the best selling phones to a midlevel device. Am I making a mistake doing this? What am I loosing? Currently, we do have LTE in our area but it's sucking the heck out of my battery on the S3 so I'm not concerned if the N4 has no LTE. Am I gaining anything from going to the N4? Is the camera good enough? What about the sound on it - it sucked moose butt on the SGN!
I'm hoping for some comments and opinions that will help me in evaluating this latest purchase and what to expect. Thanks guys:good:
Mid-level? You do realize a quad core chip and 2gb of ram make this a high-level device as for lte I personally don't use it and camera is better then the galaxy nexus but isn't the best obviously for the price speakers do fine as well
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda premium
Wait until the 15th this month, there is a revised Nexus 4 to be released that should support full LTE, 32 GB of storage and maybe other upgrades. For the current one i`am very happy with it, the camera is a bit less than in the S3, but the cpu and gpu are much better. The screen is fantastic, bright, crisp and a good vieuwing angles. For me it is an upgrade compared to the S3 or even the S4 (wich i`am gona skip for sure). The N4 has no bloatware and great development. And for a very good price.
BTW the N4 is not mid level
Crap...I shoulda waited. I forgot about the LTE version coming out! Oh wells...it's already paid for. Has LG stepped it up on the Nexus line? I've never been a fan of them but in my opinion, Google wouldn't brand their phone if it wasn't any good. As good as the S3 is, it feels slow opening stuff sometimes even with a fresh factory refresh. It's got some good internals so it makes no sense why it does this...this always bugged me. It wasn't a deal breaker as the camera on this phone is sick! Great picture quality on it.

The internal storage of the Galaxy S4 is 16GB and 7GB is for the OS and lots and lots of gimmicks/bloatware/crap. 9GB available for the user We on the N4 have about 13GB left.
I don't think branding the N4 as a mid level device is correct or at least in my opinion. Perhaps it's the price tag that makes it "mid level" or whatever the reason is, the Nexus 4 is more of a high end device for cheap.
I bought a brand new GS3 from a friend a few weeks ago and I don't like it anymore. It was a good idea I didn't get it last year when it came out. I'm gonna sell it...
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
Yeah, the N4 is a high-end phone for a mid-range price. Absolute bargain.
Sent from my Nexus 4
Its odd the “mid range" stigma that's put on the N4 by average consumer, even here at xda. I've seen hundreds of post from various forums or sites in the comments with people calling it that and ironically they are Galaxy users who usually say things like this poster also did about the UI being sluggish while confidently calling the S a high end device lol. OP glad you got the N4, you'll be more than satisfied I believe, you'll read a bunch of complaints on here, but like absolutely any other phone available if you read enough threads on here people will have funky devices or just nit picky problems. UI is awesome, storage is pretty sufficient, OS barely uses any space, I have probably 1000 pics, 30 albums and maybe 50 apps including CSR Racing which is large and have about 4.5gigs free. Lacking LTE maybe an issue for some, but honestly I think it becomes a feature option issue for most, the inability to claim LTE rights amongst other phone users lol, I'm on T-Mobile and live in Philadelphia, my data is always fast, in most real world scenarios as fast as my boys DNA, and as fast as my brother in laws S3 on AT&T. Camera is another issue for some, not for others, look on the pic from n4 thread, when you work at it, the phone is capable of taking some amazing shots, on the fly pull your phone out and snap can be hit or miss but why some people expect or even need their phone to be art gallery worthy pics I don't know lol. Speaker, is well a speaker, I can hear when I need to, but all this talk of the HTC having "boom" sound and dual speakers for what? If I wanna host a mini rave with my phone? Lol I just don't see the real world use for it. Summing it up, everyone that has touched my N4 since I got it, users of iPhone, S phones and even my cousin who still won't let BlackBerry die has loved this phone after spending as little as 10 minutes with it. Feels great in the hand, UI is always snappy, screen is crisp.

Great replies everyone...thank you. I've read a lot of reviews and such and most of them calls the N4 a midrange phone. In my opinion, they do it based on the price and public (uninformed) preception. I used the same phrase here based on these although loving stock android like I do, I'd be calling it high end. The Camera for me is a nice addition because working as a tech for UPS, I travel around some and get to see the sights along the way. In doing so, it's nice to have a quality camera onhand to take some pictures of where I've been. I don't always take a "camera" as I travel light so having a quality one with me is very handy, which is why I ask what the quality is on the N4. I've read a lot on XDA and seen some pics and it is hit and miss from what I see but a definate upgrage from the SGN.
I've read a lot about the back breaking/cracking. I'm thinking it's a good idea to get a sheild for the back at least. I've never been a fan of putting one on the front as I like the smooth feeling while sliding/swyping.

I'd agree with putting on a back glass protector. If anything the Nexus is a more high-end phone than the S3 tbh, the S4 Pro trumps the Exynos; 2GB RAM > 1, the screen is at a higher resolution and the build feels more premium than the S3. The only reason it's sometimes called a mid range phone is because of the price. There also seems to be a lot of hate for it on the internet though, which is odd because everyone I know who has one likes it. I think that it's only because loads of people wanted one but had huge delays when ordering it.
A case will provide more protection than a back protector.

Slim but tough is what I'd want in a case. Know which is best?

Then take the Rearth Ringke Fusion Case. Have it myself and i think its great. Not bulky, good grip and protection and clear back.

I have that case. As a matter of fact I have so many cases for this phone that I only use my diztronic case. Lol.

There`s not much choice in cases for the N4 in the Netherlands and ordered it in the UK. Do you have the XDA case also?

If you want the rearth ringke fusion case I can give it to you for free if you live in the U.S. I don't need it. It's just sitting in my desk drawer not being used.

Just because a gs3/4 is over $500 doesn't make it a high end device, calling the nexus 4 a mid range device is ignorance, and yes the nexus 4 beats both

Well either way the S3/S4 are high-end devices. I doubt the Nexus 4 beats the both devices. The S4 has a newer CPU and it's software features are awesome in my opinion.

Now that this phone has been out for over a year, does anybody have any complaints?
How's the battery life?
Has it, or does it ever randomly freeze?
Anything you hate about it now that you've been using it for some time?
Lastly, I found this phone and the LG Optimus G new for around the same price range, the Nexus 4 being around $20 more expensive. Aside from the removable SD card on the Optimus G and LTE support, and the potentially removable battery on this phone, are there any other differences? If you had a choice to go with either phone once again, and neither the SD card, LTE support, nor battery being an issue in making your decision, which would you go with, and why? I believe the only other difference would be the Android support, with the Nexus 4 running 4.4.2, and the Optimus G running 4.1.2.
In other words, my friend is stuck between making a decision between the two and doesn't know which to go with.
Thanks!
Dude they look like almost the exact same phone. The only difference I can see on GSM Arena is that the Optimus has a (market dependent) 13 mp camera vs Nexus's 8mp subpar camera. If it did have a 13mp camera I would get the Optimus. Otherwise as bad as I hate to say it I just can't make myself get another phone at this point. I realllly want an LG G2 but it's like having a car that's paid for that you've become comfortable with and you got it like you like it. Although there are other models that may be a little bigger and get a little better gas mileage and have the navigation built into the steering wheel. Lol. My phone gets phenomenal battery life, can be upgraded to 4.4.2. Will continue to get a fair amount of developer support. Has a super cool glass back. I mean I think it's a good decision. I would probably never get another phone if I had a better camera... Tough choice.

Yeah, they're essentially the same phone. That's the reason for the troubles, because the differences are so minor, I was just wondering if there was anything bigger than what was posted on a web a year ago.
If your friend doesn't care for LTE or more storage, then nexus 4 would be better. Running latest android version, lots of development support, looks fabulous with the glass back, running very smooth, battery is average but hey, this is a smartphone mate. of course it would gobble down battery fast (still I got almost 7 hours of sot with 22 hours of usage, not very average ain't it? ) But then, it depends on your friend, if he's not so much into rooting or updating android version, many of the nexus advantages would be nothing to him.
The screen will go at some point. Mine just did after 14 months. I was lucky. Some had theirs go funny at 6 months and LG refused to change the screen under warranty. My soft keys don't work in landscape. Only solution is a new screen. Save yourself the headache and buy something else.

Just to clarify, which screen will go out? The Nexus 4?
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
The performance and the display are excellent.
Battery life is ok.
But the LTE and the really bad camera make me consider an upgrade.
I would recommend to get a newer device.
About a year old now and this is still the sexiest phone. True there are better options but for the price it is still a tough one to beat. Zero issues with it, was my wife's at first, she broke the LCD a few months in (not the phones fault as she has broken half a dozen phones now) so she moved to wp8 (great for her) I took the n4 and swapped a new digitizer/LCD in it and it has been flawless for 8 months or so now.
I have played with a lot of the newer phones and this one still competes great, yes the camera could be better but for my purposes it is still perfect, oh and did I mention sexy as hell?

Hello all
Been a flash addict for years now, and have always loved Nexus line of phones. This last year I got the LG V10 (preordered) instead of the 6P.
I am still using my V10 and have very few real complaints with it. But I miss being able to root
I see the deal on Beat Buy for a refurb 32G 6P ~$315 and want to pull the trigger.
Would you guys pull the trigger on this phone, having used it the last X amount of months already? I want to have a phone I can enjoy, flash anything on, and still at the end of the day enjoy as much as my V10
Thx for the input!

Most definitely. I love stock Android and the fact that I'm already using Android n and will have the final official version months before. Overall I like Samsung hardware/design but their downfall is 5+ month wait for updates and the fact that touchwiz starts to lag. That in my opinion is unacceptable. I also love the stereo speakers and the big screen. Overall it's the perfect package at least for me

Thank you!
I am blessed with a great camera on the V10. However even though it's one of the most vanilla OS skins LGs UI has begun to lag horrendously over the last couple months.

The 6p is the best phone I've ever had. I don't even look at, or shop for other phones and I don't think I will for a while. The only thing it sucks at, imho, are macro photos.
Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
Definitely. One detraction: thermal throttling SUCKS on there 6p. Until you root and change there thermal settings, gaming is crap. Otherwise, love it!

I'll be honest with you, and I doubt many people would feel the same way I do, but I recently bought a 6p (simply because of the ridiculous price I managed to snag it at) which I use as a travel phone and something to store my offline Spotify playlists on.
My main phone is an S7 Edge, begrudgingly bought as the Note 5 wasn't released in the UK and I had previously used a Note 4.
After playing around with the 6p, I find myself gravitating towards it.
It's a fantastic phone, don't get me wrong- it's huge, but it's freakin' incredible.
I'm genuinely considering swapping my sim over to my 6p and leaving the S7 Edge on the side.
The only thing that keeps me with the S7 is the camera, however, I can't fault the 6p.
It's a great phone.
I'd highly recommend it.
Oh also, I'm running the Android N Dev preview.
It's FANTASTIC.
Just my opinion
As someone who has bought and sold over half a dozen phones in 2 years, I dumped my Note 4 for the 6P and haven't looked back. I've had it for about a year now, and I have no desire to get anything else. The others all left me wanting in some way, but I'm thoroughly impressed with the 6P. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat if I had to, it's definitely worth the price.

Bought mine late (a few months ago) after my LG G4 died twice (boot loop error and wifi issues, and my wife's G4 is doing the same now). I wouldn't think a phone that has been out this long would still be on top, but this thing is great. I have no issue with the camera (yes, its slow in HDR, but it has to process the image), the fingerprint sensor is a must-have (my first phone with one), and the size is perfect. Its big, but not too big. Screen is awesome too. My only issue is with the bluetooth, and its just minor stuff, but I'm not a heavy BT user to begin with. Battery is amazing so far as well. I will not go back to LG for quite some time. I loved my G3, but the G4 was total garbage. The camera was good, but waaaaaay overprocessed by their software.
The 6P is a total winner
I got mine as a gift (yeah I know) in July. I love this phone. Yeah, granted gameplay isn't the greatest for me. For graphic intense games stutter quite a bit and battery life isn't the greatest (I think this phone might be defective), but vanilla Android has been the way to go for me. The HTC 10 would've been my next choice though. So in short, yes I would definitely buy this phone.
Thank you all for the input. I am hoping that best buy will still be offering the refurb 32g at the $315 price point next week when I get paid... Does anyone know if it will still be up at that point?
I find myself wanting this phone more now that I know it can be had, I wanted this phone when it was released. I will definitely pull the trigger if the deal is still going next week.
Thank you!

I think you could find a better price on swappa or similar. Amazon prime was selling them cheap. Not sure about the best by y promotion though, sorry

Definetely I would buy it again. On Nougat DP4 it's massive.
Absolutely. What other phone out right now today is as good as a high end pure Android phone ? Galaxy S7 Edge ? LOL no thanks. HTC 10 ? Been there done that was ok. OnePlus Three ? LOL nope. iPhone ? HAHA
My wife gifted me a 6P at Xmas last year to replace my aging HTC M7. I have to say this is the best phone I've had. However I would not purchase one tomorrow, it is far to close to the release of a new set of Nexus devices to even consider purchasing this phone right now. I would personally wait and do one of two things.
1. When the new Nexus comes out and if money isn't an issue I'd go ahead and pickup whatever replaces the 6p.
2. When the new Nexus comes out and if I wanted bang for buck I'd buy a heavily discounted 6p.

I was about to post a disappointed with 6p post in general but I'll start here instead. I LOVE Android and the phones and want to love the 6p but I just cannot keep it as my primary.
What I love:
Screen is beautiful
Battery life and charging speed are great
Speakers are really nice
Phenomenal cameras
Why I can't keep using it:
Phone conversation quality is just above terrible with headphones. I have constant complaints over the quality on the other end when I use any headphones, doesn't matter brand, style, etc. Would LOVE any fixes people have found.
The 810 is a horrible processor. I cannot believe how hot this phone has to get to just run average games. I live between the iOS and Android world, l just enjoy seeing what they both have to offer. My nearly 2yr old 6+ crushes the 6p in gaming, any game, any tweak, doesn't matter they just run better. On top of that using the thermal tweak to reduce, it doesn't get rid of, the gaming lag turns the phone into lump of hot coal. I can't comfortably take a call if I've been playing a game.
Ambient display, I've had to turn it off because no matter how I positioned my phone it would turn on in my pocket and I'd have a long typed up message of garble or something else very random on screen.
I so badly want to love this phone, it's a great size, I love Google integration, I love Android, I just can't use it as a daily driver.
Yes and no.
It's a great phone with a gorgeous screen and big display But..... The 810 Is horrible and throttles heavily, the build quality isn't great and the videos are horrible without OIS. I wouldn't buy it again at this point in time, I'd wait for the Note 7 or the next Nexus.
