Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA App
Have you tried switching off your phone and then back on again....
It could be a trapped driver and a quick restart may clear it up.

You need to provide a few more answers here...
1. In which country are you using the phone?
2. Is it a carrier or SIM free?
If carrier who is the supplier?
3. Did you make any firmware alterations?
Re the Reset
1. Which method did you chose to perform a Factory Reset?
Did you try Settings>Privacy>Factory Data \reset

[Q] Trouble with factory setting after Rooting

Hey guys,
I'm having problems with my phone right now.
I rebooted my phone to factory setting, and I'm on the stage where I set my phone up.
At the settings page, I keep getting an error that says "Unfortunately, setting has stopped working," and I can't go further.
Any idea on how to fix this?
My phone was rooted before I put it into factory setting.
Do another factory reset.

Make a factory reset. The easiest way to perform a Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy S4 is from within the menu settings:
Settings > Accounts > Back Up and Reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Device > Delete All/Erase Everything.
Please remember to back up any data you want to keep first! In the Factory reset screen you also have the option to Backup My Data and Auto Restore. These are good options to tick before you Factory Reset if you're not too sure how to do this on your own.

Setting Keep Crashing

Hi all, I have a D802 with the latest Android Lollipop. Recently, I can't access the phone's setting. Everytime I try launching the Setting app, it will just quickly show an app crash message then jump back to the app drawer. I tried rebooting the phone and would really like to avoid resetting the phone (even soft reset is not possible as I still need access to the Setting app in order to do a factory reset). Any advice? Many many thanks.
i think a factory reset its needed.
