Hii all I want to know it is possible to port systemui.apk for other mobile or os like cyanogenmod or sony z2 because there systemui are awesome I don't like samsung systemui.apk

The answer is going to be straight No you cannot port cyanogemod or xperia systemui to touchwiz Base roms but you can port xperia systemui to cyanogemod Base roms like cm11 or cm12
I upgraded my note4 to Android 6 marshmallow but the theme engine is missing, so i want to ask whether the lollipop theme enabler will work with marshmallow or not?
and plz guide me as what to do to have the theme engine in note 4 upgraded to android 6 marshmallow without rooting my note 4.

Without root, you have only one possibility to solve your issue:
Go to Facebook of Samsung and post your issue there.

Samsung Apps require a Samsung kernel which CM does not have.
only I see that you can in custom roms..
