Hii all I want to know it is possible to port systemui.apk for other mobile or os like cyanogenmod or sony z2 because there systemui are awesome I don't like samsung systemui.apk

The answer is going to be straight No you cannot port cyanogemod or xperia systemui to touchwiz Base roms but you can port xperia systemui to cyanogemod Base roms like cm11 or cm12

i tried this before but not working
i know s4 forum are much more active than ours
and have many variations of roms and more developers
most of ported apps work on our device
but for frameworks it is not working

I really dislike TouchWiz and I dont like Android 5 (tested it on cyanogenmod 12)
Or can I tottaly transform Touchwiz into aosp?

Wait for it. Porting for Grand 2 is WIP hopefully the developer will add support for S3 neo too like the motion rom
