[Q] Galaxy S4 Bricked!!!

Hi. So i've got an issue with my galaxy s4 9505. I cant get into recovery just download mode, and when i try to use odin to flash a firmware custom or stock or kernel it doesnt pass the( NAND write start) and i get the FAIL message. I forgot to tell you that when the phone is not in the download mode it shows on the main screen the following message( Firmware upgrade encountered an issue.Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again.) and it doesnt turn off. What can i do??? Please help.

KIES running in background as process?
Tried another USB cable?
Tried to use another USB slot?
In order to turn it off ... did you try to push Powerbutton and hold it pressed until re-boot?
BTW what did you do to get into this situation?

Try flashing a Stock ROM with ODIN
PS: Give more informations please

​Thank you for your quick reply. Fortunately i've resolved the issue. Indeed i've flashed a stock rooted rom(XXBMEA) and it worked. Unfortunately my goal was to flash the new Omega v5.0 rom but it looks like i cant flash the new TWRP 2.5.0 kernel. I can flash it successfuly but nothing happens. Can you please help me in this sittuation. At this momment Im using the XXBMEA stock rooted rom with the wifi and data fully working. So i think i could flash at any momment the Omega rom if i could flash a working TWRP or any other way if u know. Please help me.

Maybe you should change thread title from "[Q] Galaxy S4 Bricked!!!" to "How do I flash Omega v5.0 rom without bricking my S4"

need seriously help

hi folks,
im from belgium and i think i need you're help LOL
i rooted my samsung galaxy s4 , that was piece of cake !
so then i installed a rom : pacman rom that also worked perfect .
but now ive got a very big problem that i can't solve pffft:crying:
i want to go back to the original firmware of samsung and unroot it .
when i download a official firmware and add it to odin , odin stops working and blocks .
kies won't reconize my phone also , so i can't turn the backup on .
i tryed other firmwares but my phone get stuck on samsung galaxy s4 logo and won't go futher
i don't now what to do
my phone works with the pac rom but thats all .
please guys woult you help me ??????

use odin 3
full wipe your phone if u have a cwm like philz for installing a new rom if u didnt have cwm flash it with odin
then put the files in odin and flash the new rom

is that philz? then just wipe data/factory reset your phone for a new rom wipe cache and dalvik cache go to download mode and flash new rom with odin 3

no it is CWM-based Recovery v6.0.3.2
i think it is the same as philz
but were can i find the best firmware for belgium country or europe with dutch language ?

hello guys
after looking for tutorials on internet / youtube i found a perfect way to unroot and stock firmware install
i've tryed it : start odin , pda=> choose firmware , phone =>download mode , start .....
and sundelly odin blocks/freeze won't react.
i tryed ons all of my usb ports on my mainboard , delete kies on task manager .
but nothing
don't now what to do ....

i tried flashing both recoveries but none of them showing up my grand2 always end up in stock recovery.
does this has anything to do with qualcom secure: enable ?
there are no errors while flashing through odin

try flashing cf auto root first.
i had the same prblm in 1 of the grand 2 updates the custom recovery wouldn't show so then i flashed cf first and then the recovery

after flashing pull out battery and directly boot into recovery

pulling out battery and booting in recovery didnt work
only
flashing cf room first then recoveries work .

CFROOT
Can u put a link to the cf root version that needs to be used

use kingroot app... to root without using pc..... any version even 4.4.2

you can directly go to cf auto root page and download md5 .. flash with odin

then i had to go back to stock recovery
then i used auto root
and now when i try to install any recovery i just cant do it
i mean that it does show that its reset and i do the vol+ home and power
and it goes ahead and shows me that its booting in the recovery but it goes to download mode
tried everywhere you guys are my last ray of light

cant get anyting on screen but lapto makes sound when connected but doesnt show anything in odin
tried kies it sees it but i need to be in recovery for that any suggestion ???

i have problem with my galaxy grand 2
my problem is when i enter to the recovery mod its show download mod ......
i do rest my factory setting and its still shown download mod ... i tried to change my rom through odin but its still there ??
please help i am very tired from this situation

I need CWM Backup of stock ROM or CWM Flashable Stock ROM..
Because i cant Flash my phone using Odin, Already download 5 Firmware from Sammobile, Failed on NON-HLOS.bin
On Kies it say my phone no recognise by Kies..
Phone already rooted and use Philz Touch Recovery, Phone system from another Prime Phone, but Cannot Turn On Wifi and Erorr to open Camera..
Baseband Version G530HXCU1AOA2
If there have another way to fix it please tell me..

remove your battery and look at the label
if U see 530H-DV u got to download HXCU...ROMs
If U see 530H-DS U got to download HXX... ROMs
Try them
If you didnt get the result

Auto reboot
F. reset Time
Full nand Erase

Edit : Finaly sucses flash Grand prime ..
Just Forgot to check Full nand erase on Odin when odin fail before, i am using Emirate Firmware and work like a charm...
