I'm currently using another launcher and I was wondering what application has a montly view widget similar to the one offered by S-Planner (since touch with widget's don't work on 3rd party launchers).
Thanks in advance!
Jorte calendar.

Sorry guys but is there a way to get the universal messages inbox on the home screen. The one that takes you directly to all your email inboxes and text messages? I've tried but have only been able to get one or the other not the unified one.

if you put the messaging shortcut - that one is the one that holds the unified inbox.
But it still takesbyou to the sunscreen with the option for unified inbox, emal, text messages ext. There's no way to go directly to unified inbox?

You can if you're using something like LauncherPro. Then you can create a shortcut (via Activities) to Universal Inbox → Universal Inbox (com.motorola.blur.messaging.universal.UniversalInboxActivity). Alternately, you can take a look at Any Cut, which can do similar things.
Do you know if there is any way to do it (or add it to the dock) in GoLauncher EX?

Messages Widget
My messages widget only has text messages and gmail accounts showing. How do I add more accounts, such as yahoo, hotmail, etc? I have them all, just don't show up on the widget.
Thks,
Has anyone else got Googles own calendar missing in the ICS upgrade?

its become a widget called S-Planner...
exchage
hrmmff... And the email app ??
i can't seem to add an exchange account anywhere... ?
1. Settings>Accounts and Sync to add exchange account. If this is not in settings, something is seriously wrong.
2. The Samsung's Email app is still there--it shouldn't be missing. Samsung's calendar app is called S-Planner. If you want the stock ICS calendar, look for "Android 4 ICS Calendar" in play store.
s-Planner
Hello!
How to make s-Planner widget available on other Launchers? The widget actually looks nice... ive got the calendar working but want the samsung widget... its avail using touchwiz but not nova launcher.
I totally love my Note 3 and I have rooted and romed it but my biggest problem is that I need a decent calendar in monthly widget form. The best one I have found so far unfortunately is the Samsung S-Planner. Samsung castrated it when it comes to features from the Note 2 version of it but it is still the best out there.I have tried aCalendar+, Business calendar, Jorte, and Google calendar but keep going back to S-Planner.
I have been trying to find a widget that gives me a monthly calendar with all my appointments that I can link to S-planner so I can finally switch to a different launcher and say goodbye to Touchwiz forever. Of course the best would be a way to get the S-Planner widget on a different launcher but I don't think that is possible.
I have installed Zooper Widget and UCCW but I am not able to find a monthly calendar that fits my requirements
Any help and pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks:laugh:
Try Today - Calendar Widget

Touch calendar. Come with adjustable widget and functions very similar to splanner. Sync with Google and all the appointments sync. I've used it when going to asop and such and been very happy.

My favorite is DigiCal Calendars & Widgets
Since like 2 days ago it seems that I have lost some of the birthdays from my device contacts - not all, just most of those
That was probably the most important way I was using S-Planner (plus some public-holidays calendars), so I am now looking into using some other app (like Birthday Calendar) but before doing that I wonder if that is just some very stupid bug from S-Planner (or something else related to it, like in Contacts?) which has a simple workaround that I did not find
You have to edit the birthday in contacts so it will not show the year.

Chronus
Chronus works without adding another calendar app on your phone (unlike Sunrise Calendar, or Cal).
It can also use DashClock information, so you can put all sorts of stuff in the widget.

Try Smooth Calendar
