hi, just got the t337a and rooted it. I've installed wanam xposed module, but not everything works. I can't change the colors of my clock/battery icon. anyone know of another way to do this?
( even though touch wiz isn't supported gravity box works to change the color. )
is there a list anywhere of bloatware safe to freeze? ( found this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=47177193 ) <- found others but this one seems the best
anyway to remove the wifi connected notification? ( found answer: notifyclean )
anyone know a way to remove the airplane icon while airplane mode is on?

Hello every one,
i think i found the perfect ROM for myself but i'm not able to use properly Wanam Exposed.
I'm trying to customize 3 thing but even if i install and activate the relative framework, after reboot they didn't work.
I would like to have, as i wrote on the title:
- AOSP lockscreen instead of touchwiz one
- reboot menu instead of no menu
- change the DPI of Dash Clock to see more in a "smaller" widget
Can someone help me please?
Thank you.
Hi, all.
Not sure if this has been covered, trust me I've searched, but can I disable the wake on home button function? I've rooted, and tried various options that have been posted for earlier versions, but alas the S5 still wakes up when I press the home key.
Hate it, as I've pocket dialled the missus a few times already!

Look into the 'Xposed' framework installer and then Wanam Xposed module (if your ROM supports it?). There's a tweak in Wanam's module to turn off the wake on home.
I've only just started using this myself with Omega v1.9 ROM (which has it built in if you pick it in the Aroma installer when flashing the ROM), so can't really tell you more than that... It's like being able to edit bits of the ROM but using a simple GUI instead of having to get into the code yourself.
Hope that helps!

Thanks for your reply, but I've already tried that. Also tried editing gpio-keys.kl and removing WAKE_DROPPED from key 172. Still no luck.

Apologies if you do already know what you're doing with this (I didn't!), but this might help to get it working:
Do you know that you have to enable/install the framework and then enable the Wanam module all from within the 'Xposed installer' first?
I didn't and expected mods to work immediately having edited the settings in 'Wanam Xposed' but found I hadn't yet installed the framework or enabled the module!
There are some other tweaks in Wanam Xposed that I found didn't work (quite right/at all) with Omega v1.9, so not all options are supported on this ROM.

hello everyone, I would like to know how to configure the hardware keys in Gpe / AOSP / AOKP ROMs to only turn on when pressed and not all the time, for example, when the screen is touched. I have found ways to completely disable, but not exactly what I'm looking for.

I already have installed Xposed and use several modules, including gravitybox, but what I seek is a way to configure them so that only light up when they are pressed, as is by default the official ROMs tw and some GPE like the kangakat. in all ROMs I have tested in recent days, by touching the screen, the buttons light up and not thought it was cool. In tested ROMs, as well as in gravitybox, there is only the option to permanently disable the lights of the buttons and that is not what I seek. maybe there is some file or script that can be changed to that setting?
Hello K3 Note users!
So, about 5 months ago I discovered that my back and menu keys were not working. I tried rebooting the device, pulling the battery out, changing the ROM and I even opened the phone up, to see, if every wire was connected properly....but the problem wasn't to be found. I also tried to get some support from the Lenovo's website, but I ended up getting none.
Eventually I found a workaround, that does not fix the problem itself, but it makes the phone usable again.
The solution is easy and it has already been written before:
1) Flash a custom ROM.
2) Make sure that you have ROOT.
3) Download a file manager, that can make use of the root rights.
4) Go to /system/build.prop
5) Add the line: "qemu.hw.mainkeys=0" to the very end of the file.
6) Reboot and voila!
However, I found that some apps refused to work with the nav bar and some vital content of those apps got hidden by the buttons.
I managed to found a fix for this problem. It can be solved with a wonderful Xposed module titled "Hideable Nav Bar".
The plugin will create a little down arrow on the left of the nav bar. This will let you to hide the bar whenever you want/need to. When the bar is hidden, then bringing it back is as easy as swiping up a bit from the bottom of the screen.
(I won't give you the steps on how to install Xposed, because it has already been described in the general thread.)
Anyway if you have installed Xposed, then you want to go to "Download" and search for this module. After that you should install the module, activate it and then reboot your phone. :good:
I hope this post was helpful to some K3 Note users and if it did help you, then don't forget to press the "Thanks" button too!
Greetings,
Been using nemesisrom for a while now as a daily driver for my work phone. i use spen every day and love the features packed in this rom.
one thing i cant figure out is how to make the quicksettings tiles . LONG PRESS take you to respective section. "eg, hold WIFI" should take me to CONNECTIONS section / wifi" but it just brings up TILE editor.
another thing is i have now got primekernel 6.4.1 running (finally a working kernel on U variant with FIOPS shed. . ) this with a few tweaks to the interactive kernel. this thing is smooth as butter. (not sure about using zswaps yet)
anyway. one thing is i cant get xposed module to install. when i do i get SAMSUNG animation boot loop. tried a few diff .23 versions. am i missing something here. never was this big of a problem.
everytime i dont get it right i have to restore backup and its a 12g backup lol dont mind but its a PITA ..
any help appreciated.
*EDIT thinking of going back to DREAMUX but will check once i have exhausted possibilities with xposed/quicksetting tiles issue.

Tap on the text below the toggle. Forexample if u want to go to wifi settings just tap on the text blow the toggle i.e wifi text and tap on more networks. As for xposed use the custom wanam xposed framework thats meant to be used with touchwiz.
