3side no bezels
cant wait to see the Z4
p.s. it is either over PhotoShop'ed photo or it is a future coming phone:laugh::laugh:
I wouldn't mind that being the Z4. It's hideous, which means our Z3 will be 'the best Sony has to offer' for another ~6 months..?
I'd rather they wait till September with the release.

I hope this is not going to be 6months, this time possible to be 9months, and the next gen start to be 12months
at least Sony doing this 6months cycle for so long, give Sony one more gen to tune the cycle, also lots of competitor outside and using latest CPU...
If that is the Z4, then I'm glad I got the Z3 as that is hideous. I don't think the final Z4 has been chosen. They've moved to 12 month cycle now, 6 months is stupid. Even 12 months is too short IMO, it should be about software nowadays not hardware.
How is that hideous ?!?! Am I missing something, didn't everyone want thin to no bezel ?! I would love for that render to be real , but it screams photoshop.
The phone looks to have no bottom bezel but only a top part for the speaker, Sony logo and camera. Or the buttons are on the bottom bezel and no dual speakers. Clearly unsymmetrical bezels annoy new to. Hideous. Why would Sony Photoshop some random device.
The cutouts are there for 2 speakers
Epic failure on photo editing?

VERRY NICE...hey, I've seen this a few times n have wondered..is the noPhones screen really that dull in comparison or is it that the backlights turned down or up on the EVO?
both where at the factory presets in that pic. the iphones just that dull. doenst seem like it on its own. The resolution on the screen is insane. The camera is pretty good, takes amazing macro shots.
yeahhhh buddy.
Cannnnnt wait
soooo...you gonna tell us the story?
I am like Pavlov's dog, drooling every time I see the EVO!
I think it's ironic that before touch screen phones got popular, every new phone was trying to show how much SMALLER it was than the competitor's. Now we're after the bigger screens and don't care that the phone has gotten bigger. I know I don't!
damnit I am so excited!
Looking at the Moment next to the EVO is like looking at a fat chick next to a super model.

Unless you're into fat chicks!
I agree, every phone that gets pictured next to the EVO ends up looking very awkward and dated.
Why did I have to see this?
First I have to wait 2.5 more weeks to get this amazing phone...
Second I have to get through all my finals and not get distracted....
Third I see this picture and want this phone more...
I am going through so much torture because of this phone...... ughhh

also the USB slot
and the back speaker (it has a different shade than the rest of the phone)
it's definitely the Tmobile SGS
guy on the left probably saying something in german along the lines - "this xxxking GPS, what a joke", it thought i was in ......"
hahah thats def Galaxy S baby!!!!
The camera lens frame seems a bit rectangular instead of the squarish format of the SGS.
But it might be some aspect ratio distortion on the photo. They might be using the mighty Samsung indeed... especially since no GPS is needed there so a unit without one would still completely satisfy.

"Guy on the left" is Franck Ribéry, one of the best fotball players alive. His German is not all that fluent (coming from France), but may be enough to talk about GPS.
I have just heard from a reliable source that there might be a thinner Note released/announced within the next 10 days. This rumour was directly from HQ in Korea. We will have to wait and see. That's the only change that I know about "thinner"......
ics
hi can u ask this "source" of yours when sammy's gonna give us "old" note users ICS ?
Seriously? The only reason I can see for making a thinner phone is to fold it, or maybe jimmy open doors?
Quite possibly the reference is to a Galaxy Note 10.1?.. an upgraded tab with the S pen...and its thinner than its predecessor..

Utter bollocks.
Hell, I'm looking forward to mine being thicker. Once I've scraped the cash I'm putting some money Mugen's way for the mighty battery goodness.

Samsung ain't dumb
It is already hars enough to hold and text one hand good thing some genius invented mesh casing to help for better grip and protection. My neighbour said sammy will make Note glass casing and quad core processor
..
There has been a lot of controversy around a picture that Oneplus revealed showing that the One could fit under a Sony Xperia Z1. Here is the video showing what really happens. To me it was interesting to see and it also helps on my decision of buying the 1+1 since I've hold the Xperia Z1 and now have a better idea on how the dimensions of the 1+1 will feel in my hands. Size was one on my main concerns regarding purchasing a device like this. It is definitely not bad for a 5.5" screen even thought that for a 5" screen device the Xperia is definitely large.
What do you guys think?

it would probably be a little less impressive in person.

I agree with you. It is definitely not a small device. But nonetheless Oneplus did a good job on the design keeping a fairly small bezel for its screen size considering the screen is much larger and also looks like it's very light too.
i agree. mainly because the size of the bezels on the z1 are huge. the z2 is better, but sony phones are bezel-tastic. if they did the same trick with the note 3, youd be unimpressed.

Yeah, from the comparison videos the 1+1 is taller than the Note 3 but the Note is wider as it has bigger 5.7 inches screen.
