Yes you can, but it might reset some values in the system that you or the ROM has altered. Also there probably won't be any visible changes in your phone usage.

I can make a Custom Stock on 5.11 for the H , I have the FN , will make the same one for it , but I cannot test the H - Is TWRP already available for the J320H?
