There are stocks roms but all on 4.4.4 android version,there are not for the moment custom roms and there aren´t at this moment lollipop custom roms,neither stock of this version. But is normal,the phone is from 2014 finals,and even on some more famous phones there isn´t still lollipop stock version.

Several days ago i read on another forums that stock lollipop por prime ,s3,s4,duos,grand 2,etc its coming on april. But in my opinion this is not sure.

No it is not possible, they use different bootloader and modems. But there are 5.0 custom roms that will work (alliance Rom when released) , if you want a 5.0 factory Rom you will have to wait until it is released to our w8 model.

I don't use any cm style roms so I can't say, tw is what I like, judging from how many people switch back to 4.4.2 after trying 5.0, I am going to wait for alliance Rom to customize 5.0 so that I have a good chance of staying with it. If you haven't tried alliance 5.6 yet, I would give it a try till 5.0 is released, it is a great Rom with a huge amount of customizations.

yea goldie is working on it now .. 5.0 that is .. i am using 5.6 alliance now .. only thing worth using .. everything works lol and good battery .. i just like the looks of 5.0 and the smoothness

First: What is "buggy" for you? Without this information we can't give you a proper answer ... therefore which modell? I9500, i9505 or i9515??
Official firmware is generally the most stable.
The GPE roms are also very stable and don't have bugs. For me atleast.
Oh I forgot... 9505 ... im reffering as a buggy or a glitchy rom , the ones who are laggy have problems with wifi camera or calling... u know the usual... do we know the release date of the official lollipop rom?
Official Lollipop for the I9505 is already available and currently being rolled out, you can look up for the firmware in sammobile and samsung-updates websites.

I need help with my rooted Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition (gt-i9515, running 4.4.2). I'd like to update it to lollipop and I can't find any specific tutorial for the i9515, which for some reasons seems to be different from the basic i9505 version. I'm running the official rom, since there isn't any support for custom roms on the i9515.
Somebody help me please

Hello, no need to do anything guys,
just go to Settings / Check for Updates, it will automatically download the official Samsung Update to lollipop 501

Download the ROM from sammobile and flash it with Odin. You will need to re root and please bear in mind that xposed currently does not work on Samsung Lolipop ROMs

I just realized that the GT-9515 is not even mentioned between the s4 models, hence there's no firmware available to download. How do I solve this now?

Since this is a LTE model I can't install the firmware that is for G530H and I was wondering if anyone had any custom rom for android 6 or android 7 so that I could try and install it on my device.

There is no custom for our device Smg531f. No one will create for our device so loose your hope.

I have a J500N0 model, android version is 5.1.1
and samsung doesn't upgrade its android version
So i want to flash custom roms of other galaxy j5 model (android version 6.0.1 or higher)
I think it can upgrade my android version
But i'm pretty nervous because i never do things like this before
Is there anything happen when i'm gonna flash roms of other model?

If you flash Roms for other devices you will brick your phone and won't be able to use it. I'm afraid your just out of luck

Use nick verse's cm13. I used j500F version.

Hi. I'm pretty sure you can not install custom ROM in other models on your legendary j500n0. I bought j500h about 4 years ago and I had tested many roms at other models with different custom recovery (in some unofficial custom recovery u can install other models but screen freezing have happening) so lets make an custom.
And l ever never heared before models like that...really what's that? Samsung made this one just for our headache. Realllly why Samsung made 1000 type of one model?:crying:
