As i see some messages about custom roms becoming possible let me bring the following back to your attention.
I've been using XDA developers for ages and lately I've been getting more and more annoyed with the fact rapidshare is used so much. The waiting and the speed are just not what you would like.
My hosting offers me 7.5 terabyte bandwidth to waste a month so I've set up an ugly but hopefully effective file-upload script on:

If you register you will be able to upload files. FTP access is also possible, but that i will need to setup separately. PM me (or email me preferably) for an account.
I hope dev's will start and use this, it free, and fast and a lot better for your users.

Another bump. If you want a category made for your rom, message me and i will, when you register i will make you moderator for your own category making it easy to upload and confirm file uploads.

I make no claims what so ever about backups But in the 4 years i have had this account there have never been any serious problems so i guess it should be ok.
Anyways, i'll post up a little step plan for registring as a new uploader. Because you can upload files but cannot create your own categories, i will need to do that. Just register and PM me the name of the category you like to have and i will make it and make your account moderator, then you can upload files and confirm them yourself.
Also, if anyone knows of some nice scripts for uploads/handling of uploads please suggest, this RW Download was the only one i could find that is free
Hey there to all Devs who might be hanging around. I have been following this site for years now, and just got a HD2 and playing with Android. I noticed that most of these roms are on megashare, etc. I have unlimited bandwidth and diskspace. I am willing to donate said services for any and all android devs who want/need the space, or who don't want to mess with these share sites. If you would like pm me or respond to this thread and I will send you ftp information.
Thanks to all who have the time (as I don't I have a wife, kids a day job and a consulting company I run) to create these roms and to hack the phones, etc. If this is against the rules or in the wrong forum I apologize.

Us at TechBurrow think that the XDA Forum is a great place for developers to upload their ROMs and what not. However one thing that could be aggravating is uploading your ROMs or any files you may have to file sharing sites, because they are too slow.
Us at TechBurrow.com want to help the developers here at this forum. If you would like to host your files on our servers for free all you need to do is contact us. We have fast dedicated servers. This would allow all users to download the files quickly.
We will also upload tutorials and videos to our website and YouTube channel with over 8,000 subscribers showing the completed ROM or whatever it may be. Just send us an email and we can get it done for you. We are a growing community with over 10,000 members, subscribers, and viewers, this will help the developers and make sharing files easier. how about an xda file server (for SGS2 to start with) with a 100/100 mbit internet connection ? i have a server that is up 99% (its only down when windows server has to update). i am willing to help to community by supply free hosting of files for roms, apps, themes. but i would like to talk to one or more devs about how they would like it to work for them.
