Hi to all community of Xda, im a new subscriber of this awesome community, i've always downloaded rom's from this site, since i had my first gt i9000, and now i have a question for the community, actually i have an lg g2 d802, and my girlfriend have a galaxy s5, i see, when she shoot a photo with the galaxy , when she tap on the screen for focus, the flash start to bright for focus, why the developers can't introduce this things to our g2? i think it s a better function for this great phone, because we can do better macro and better photo with low light conditions,
thank you, and sorry for my bad english,

Hi All:
Google will bring Android 5.0 Lollipop soon, with this update the new camera API version 2.0 will replace the old API, version 2.0 will bring the ability to take lossless RAW (DNG) pictures.
I'm wondering how that will work with the 4 MP Ultra Pixel camera !!
I know that the M8 is taking very cool pictures now, but how that will work in Lollipop update ?!
I hope to see camera improvement specially in over lighted environment in general with more manual controls over the M8 camera.
I hope camera & imaging experts provide us with their expectations regarding the M8 camera.

The camera on the Galaxy S6 is beginning to look more and more impressive the more I see and hear about it. Detail seems really good, the photos aren't noisy at all and low light shots look better than previous Samsung phones. There looks to be a white balance issue in low light conditions but hopefully that's something they can sort out once it hits retail

With the new improved build quality, the camera might just be the thing that sways me towards the S6 over the HTC One M9

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my device. After blinking many different ROMs between 7.1.2 and 8.1.0, I noticed a big difference in my camera when coming back to the ROM stock, it's like there was no more HDR feature, photos when they need to be taken in bright environments are left with spots of light, as well as Oreo cameras that do not yet have quality. What can I do to fix this? I have another G5 + in which I just install ROMs 7.1.2 and compare the camera with my current camera and realize the big difference. Thank you!:confuso:
Guys I have been searching a lot for the latest Google Camera 6.1 Mod, (Pixel 3 one with Nightsight) for AOSP based ROMs, didn't find any.
Please drop a link to the one that you guys are using. preferably a TWRP flashable.
TIA, please be kind, Noob here.
The camera was barely ported with portrait mode and it isn't even working that good. Personally i think we would never the nightsight for our exynos processors, snapdragon maybe?
I'm also looking forward to behaving pixel 3 camera with night sight for galaxy s7 exynos
