Hey guys
My knox counter like many others is 0x1
I had very important images in my knox.
Once I was searching for them in the phone I realized that the knox data is in mnt/shell
In one of the folders in there but with another format and name like
ECRYPTFS_FNEK_ENCRYPTED.FWaWecSs72R6ikaknVfTSXxHLIfuEU7soQLM4ysU-cayQEVMVv3jDja4xE--
I hope that developers can change the format and me and all the people whose knox is 0x1 and they want their images back will be happy.
Hello. Thanks in advance for your help.
(Oh! Sorry for my bad English, not my native language)
My galaxy s5 phone (Samsung SM-G900F) is having problems with the camera, because when the application suddenly appears a message saying "connection error" and does not allow to use it. So I reset the phone to work again.
I thought maybe by installing a newer version of the ROM version would work (my operator no update at that time), so I downloaded the latest version without carrier.
However, the problem occurs again. So I want to take your phone to the warranty offered by my carrier, but I must erase traces of flashes, because otherwise I will not get the phone to warranty.
How I can reset the flash counter knox without altering the warranty void?
At this time, the device is unroot. But in the download mode, the number of flash appears.
Thanks for the help.

So will the company respect that it is a hardware problem and Support the warranty, or not because of the counter?
I don't know what happens in this case, that's why I ask..
Thanks,

As you live in Europe warranty even after rooting is still valid, unless Samsung can prove that rooting caused the defect. This is a European law for protecting consumers.

Right now I have 0x0 Knox Warranty Void.
I want to reset the flash counter only ..
I know I can root with Towelroot. I know I can reset the counter with triangle away. But I do not know if using triangle away will tripping knox warranty void 0x1.
Doesn't the Knox Counter 0xsomething indicate if the device has been flashed? If it's 0x0, your warranty is still there and you don't have to worry.

There will never ever be a way to reset the Knox counter. It is what it is and move on with your life
hello brothers and sisters
i need to reset binary counter if there any way please tell me :crying::crying::crying:
If on Android 4.2.2, Triangle Away should reset the counter. Subsequent versions of Android from Samsung introduced the Knox eFuse as a replacement for the updates counter. Once the Knox eFuse is tripped, it stays tripped. It cannot be reset by any means known to us.
Hello.
Recently i bought a new s7 edge.
First thing i did was install the stock firmware from my country (since the phone i bought was from spain).
Then i noticed this:
SWREV: b:1 k:0 s:0
Is that normal? Can someone who never rooted confirm that b:1 is the normal state of the phone?
Besides that... is it possible to reset that same counter to 0 without tripping knox?
yes, that is normal every time, you flash the phone the binary counter increases.
No it is not possible to reset counter without tripping knox.
