i was at MJ3 rooted with de la vega
knox was 0x0 and system official using wanam xposed
and did OTA with super su pro survivel mode
knox was 0x0 but system changed to custom . wanam xposed didn't worked for me at MJ3
now even i did full unroot with super su
system stay on custom
there is any way to get official again ? even by downgrage , without tripping the knox ?
thanks...
just download a stock ROM, and flash it with Odin
it's as simple as that.

and system status still custom

i flashed stock rom with odin (MJ3)
after that knox still on 0x0
but system still custom
don't know what to do next
any help please ?
UPDATE
after a third restart
system back to official
Using ODIN even with official firmware still sets my N3 to 'custom' status and OTA fails.
Kies Beta 3 - Emergency Firmware Recovery fixed it for me. I am now stock MJ6 (BTU)
hi guys I just want to ask a noob question..
I'm rooted by cf and knox trigger 0x1 if I flash official firmware like MJ3 will my knox return back to 0x0 and become official ..
Thanks!
Currently there is no way to revert Knox trigger back to 0x0.
I have a rooted SM-N9005 with CWM recovery and unfortunately now my KNOX is tripped 0x1. I'm running the stock Samsung rom Android 4.4.2 and when I run the software update the message, "Your device has been modified. Software updates are not available" appears.
My question is when 5.0 Lollipop officially rolls out for the SM-N9005, how could I update my phone?
Very simple actually. You just need to download the full ROM from www.sammobile.com and flash it via Odin.
Thanks doublesdevil makes total sense.:good:

I guess the only downside to having Knox 0x1 is having to update manually through Odin. I bought my sim free N9005 overseas to use back in my country where my carrier doesn't offer this model of phone so I could forget about getting any warranty support anyways.
Hey guys,
I updated to the Official Lolipop which was released on Poland. Now I want to root this one without tripping knox.

Till now there is no such method to have root without tripping Knox in Lollipop,
You can update from kitkat to lollipop using Mobile ODIN and have root with Knox 0x0...

Oh, I updated my Note using MOP and still running Kitkat Bootloader.
and I guess, Once bootloader is updated to Lollipop, then downgrade to Kitkat isn't possible.
If you try to downgrade you may get stuck in bootloop or null IMEI.

Well,
Apart from Bootloader, it is possible to downgrade from lollipop to kitkat without issues. (I can confirm because i have done this before).
My question was if I updated to lollipop and downgrade to kit kat again will the new bootloader trip knox to 0x1 when trying to root ?

No it won't trip Knox unless you flash something which is not officially signed from Samsung. Or unless you play with kernel and recovery.
@tahim. Download Samsung Phone Info app from playstore which shows all details of Note 3.
Thanks to @vndnguyen for this app.

Yeah. You can go ahead with that method is Knox trip doesn't matter for you.
hello a question, he was in lollipop and wanted to return to kitkat . it happens the firmware for my country by Odin and let him restart without the root, and now I are downloading the update to 5.0.1 . and go through several custom roms and my knox was already 0x1 . It is common this happen ?

4.4.4 install by Odin, lollipop custom rom had before, and allow restart without root. after the release 5.0.1 OTA alone. my question is whether despite not having knox 0x0 can be OTA updates, or was it a strange coincidence ...

You can receive ota updates as long as the phone status is not 'Custom'. So when you flash a stock firmware via Odin the phone status becomes normal as long as you don't install a custom recovery or root.

Hello guys,
I want to try new update but,if I upgrade to 5.1.1 can I later go back to 5.0.1(stock one)?
And any bugs on 5.1.1?I read something abot fingerprint on lockscreen?it true? "
******************************************************
We got new update for N910C,is someone try to flash last bootloader and go back to COH4 or even 5.0.?
********************************************************
Ok now with MM 6.0.1 we can back to 5.1.1(CPB3) but no to 4.4.4
Dunno can you downgrade but, i had fingerprint problem and lag after lockscreen. Full wipe and deactivating smart lock(it was activated by default) seems to solve everything for now.
Pa:it was happening on mobile data.
Yes you can downgrade from 5.1.1 to 5.0.1
I installed 5.1.1 but returns to 5.0.1 with odin without problems

I used odin and firmware N910CXXU1BOE1 [Trinidad y Tobago] afert a hard reset and it's all. I have 5.0.1 in my note 4 n910c
I guess you need to do some steps to revert back to KK , you wanna downgrade from major firmware to another not simple update like 5.1.1 to 5.0.1
be sure what u doing or you may get in bootloop or something worse.

Don't think so.
it was said you cannot downgrade as some security fix.
samsung has put some bootloader and that will brick your phone.
Anyway guys from here can make some hope.

Hm, so downgrading to 4.4.4 causes knox 0x1, but to 5.0.1 is warranty-safe?

Me too, I was rooted but found nothing great from doing so. Note 4 didn't run any better. So I had knox 1 anyhow.
5.1.1 is cool.
