disable toast notifications in touchwizz lollipop - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I hate toast messages and I was able to disable them in kitkat via xposed. But now in lollipop xposed doesn't work yet. Is there any other way to do this?

Nope, no way without Xposed.

which lollipop ASOP rom that i can full unroot?

I need my phone to be fully unrooted because of banking apps that requires unrooted phones. root never bothered me at all.
so which lolipop rom can do that ?
Any AOSP ROM, either by uninstalling SuperSU after installation, or - in the case of the latest versions of CyanogenMod - disabling root access in the settings.

CM12 and CM12.1 come with root disabled by default. Root can be activated or disabled from the developer settings.
Any custom rom based on CM12 or CM12.1 should have the ability to disable root that way.

How to disable OTA?

Is there a way to disable ota notification on stock rom?

[Q] Root, Xposed and Updates on S7E Exynos

Hello,
I am looking to root and install Xposed on my S7E but was wondering what the situation with receiving updates will be.
I was contemplating using FlashFire and CF-Auto-Root but given that I'll be also installing Xposed, then that means FlashFire won't be able to take care of receiving OTA updates.
So if I root, flash TWRP and install Xposed, what would the steps be to update my device when these are released?
Also, what (should) happen/happens to dm-verity and forced encryption. As far as I understand these need to be disabled for TWRP to work?
Thanks

If you decide to root the only way to do "OTA updates" is flashing it manually.
I don't think there is any other alternative. I might be wrong though!
There's a thread about exactly this....

Ah missed that! Great. So it seems you can flash the firmware using FlashFire and not lose XPOSED, etc. etc. I was wondering though, how does (if it does) FlashFire work with dm-verity and encryption? Is it only a TWRP requirement to have these disabled?
I believe so. I haven't rooted yet....keep thinking about it, but haven't quite got round to it. If I do, I'll do the CF-Auto for root then Flashfire for Xposed, but as my firmware doesn't appear on Sammobile yet, I'm keeping unrooted. I'm still a little undecided if rooting will affect me in any way, Gear VR region etc etc

Join the club brother! I'm on the same boat.. Going back and forth between rooting or not (Losing Samsung Pay & OTA & Conscious of having a 0x0 KNOX vs Xposed (Snapprefs, GravityBox, XTouchWiz, etc.) & AdAway..
Yeah. With the condensed DPI mode working without root, Adguard doing a really good job, excellent themes, I'm finding it hard to really need to root. The only thing I really miss is a silly thing, the Xposed module for adding the alt symbols on the Swype material theme keyboard.....
Alt symbols for keyboard through xposed is not working, I have just flashed it a nothing appears.
Has anyone made it work?
