i'm on 5.0 lollipop for SM-G900M, I can't get any custom LOLLIPOP rom working. First issue i encountered is SIGNAL loss ( signal bar gone and appears again after seconds its a loop.) i think is modem related but i cant get any lollipop modem flashed in ODIN either, it totally refuses to flash, shows "SECURITY CHECK FAIL: apnhlos, or when flashing the bootloader shows "SECURITY CHECK FAIL: aboot" all this using ODIN 3.07 and ODIN 3.09
i wanna install [ROM] [XXU1BOA3] S5 LOLLIPOP BY AMBASADII what can i do guys?
¡HELP!

Hello all.
Here's a summary of what I did before the imei was null and the baseband was unknown.
I had ressurection remix (android 5) and I tried to flash via CWM another rom (more exactly the albe95 Lollirom 0.99) and it crashed when flashing. It gave me an error and from there or It remained stuck on Galaxy s4 logo.
I did not panicked and I flashed a stock rom via odin. After I finished flashing the phone does not have any signal ,he baseband version sayts "unknown" and the imei is null/null.
I tried to flash a modem via odin but it gave me an error (something like the file "could not be opened (line 2012)" )
I don't know what to do next. Any suggestions?
Edit: I tried to download the S4 fix imei null and flash it via odin but it gives another error "md5 hash value is invalid"

If your Phone is Not Rooted & Still Official Recovery You are using Try to Recover with Samsung Kies Most of the issues it'll solve...
Did you Check before Flashing the Drivers & Proper AP/PDA section??
More important are you Flashing the Correct Firmware for your Device???
Yeah cant connect to kies back then but i found a trick to passe that fail in odin when upgrading to 5.0.1 : when it freezed i reopened the download mode and put the n910h root in odin and then it succeded and the phone rebooted and bootlooped i then could access the recovery mode , i wiped everything and the phone just worked but with the 4.4.4 .
I tried one more time with the same procedure but when i opened the recovery mode i just hit reboot and the phone now has a rooted lollipop 5.0.1 even though i got a fail in odin.
But i v got very strange stuff going on with my phone :
-First i checked my s/n and imei with phone info and it showed a N910C not N910H
-I dont have a csc code and when i want to check it with phone info this popup shows up :
Error type 2
android.util.AndroidException: Can't connect to activity manager is the system running?

com.android.commands.am.Am.onRun(Am.Java:301)

com.android.internal.os.Runtimelnit.nativeFinishInit(Native Method)

com.android.internal.os.Runtimelnit.main(Runtimelnit.java:255)
I just dont find the csc code ..
A dm-verity verification failed shows up in the recovery mode
I've something weird going on with my friend's n910f please advice.
It saying N910F in about phone but in download mode it says Phone Model: N910T, it accepts DOK2 BL & CP but doesn't accept COJ3 BL & CP "Gives error Secure Check Fail: aboot, [1] eMMC write fail: ABOOT".
i am successfully running custom RR ROM but the problem is no mobile network even i tried all data fix etc, could you please tell me what is the problem?
its a T mobile phone flashed with 910f firmware. Flash any of the stock firmwares or custom roms for 910T and u shud be okay.

I'm having a problem downgrading from Stock Samsung Marshmallow Rom
After unlocking OEM "disabling frp mode" from developer options and enabling USB debugging here's what i tried:
.I tried downgrading directly by flashing lollipop stokc rom via odin but having an error "aboot.mbn fused 2 > binary 1" "AUTH FAILED"
.I tried to use Zoink's BT and Modem files to downgrade easily but same error (https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j5/how-to/6-0-1-5-1-1-bootloader-modem-j500xx-t3566801)
.I tried to flash two custom roms via TWRP (Resurrection Remix 7.1 and MIUI Rom Port 5.1) RROS didn't even flash it showed me that the rom is not for my device model) (MIUI was flashed successfully but when i tried to boot the phone was stuck on the first boot logo (SAMSUNG GALAXY J5 LOGO NOT THE SECOND ONE WHICH HAS ANIMATIONS) i waited for a while but then i noticed that the screen is getting glitchy and the phone screen is getting green more and more.
.I tried to use the combination rom method but same error "aboot.mbn fused 2 > binary 1" "AUTH FAILED"
I CAN'T EVEN FLASH A 5.1 STOCK ROM BECAUSE OF THE ABOOT THING
.Hope this information will be enough to get me a working solution
Thanks in advance.
me too can`t downgrade
i Hope Find working solution

First unlock the oem unlocking and download the stock rom and make sure it is for yoir model number. And flash it through odin. You have a problem of mismatch os.
It's because Samsung locked the bootloader for SM-J500H, so if you're on lollipop and upgraded to marshmallow, you cannot downgrade again.
Same probleme any sulitions please

1.Flash this firmware by Odin
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-pt1IG7T4hmVzhuMnRyeTBjTGM/view?usp=drivesdk
(Before flashing, wipe all storages(all except internal, external in advanced wipe).
If your recovery is not twrp , you must do both wipes in stock recovery.
2. After this flash csc and cp (modem, phone) from multi-regional 4-file firmware, or firmware for your country.(5.1.1)
Thas all.

After this step can i install miui multipro in j500h ????????
Hi
Maybe you are not flashing the right version.Different model Number, region, build etc...
I have a co-worker's G930V that decided it wanted to only boot to the 'no command' recovery thing (not the menu, just blue with no command'), it's devolved to the point where he doesn't care about the data on it, just trying to get it working.
Info:
It's FRP locked (he knows the login, so this isn't important)
It's on binary 10 (can ONLY flash firmware CSF2 as far as I can tell)
Things I've tried and outcomes
Smartswitch: 'unsupported device'
Verizon's tool: 'Unsupport dev_type'
Odin flashing BL/AP/CP/CSC anything other than CSF2: 'SW REV CHECK FAIL'
Odin flashing BL/AP/CP/CSC for CSF2: 'recovery booting' followed by it rebooting and sometimes getting to a screen with a percentage bar that just says 'Error' (attached)
Odin flashing PIT/BL/AP/CP/CSC: same as non put odin
Odin flashing PIT/BL/AP/CP/CSC and NAND ERASE: same thing
I was able to get it to get to the encryption failed screen once by flashing just AP after a NAND ERASE PIT/BL/AP/CP/CSC.
I also got it to show "Custom Binary blocked by SECURE BOOT' by only flashing official firmware...
Update: There are other weird things that happen... I got odin to flash the latest G930U firmware and the same thing happens, I've also seen the grey circle with a lightning bolt screen leading me to believe its a battery issue.
IT WAS A BATTERY ISSUE, Tested with an S6 battery and once I flashed the Verizon firmware it booted right up.
