Hi,
I've been using the 438 play services on my nexus 4 for a while until it crashed big time. So I decided to install the 436, updated through play store, but the thing is, there's no more 'trusted places' in the smart unlock. I'm I missing something?
By the way, I'm on stock 5.0.1, and play services 6.7.74(436).

i bought my girlfriend a nexus 7 and i have been trying to update her apps. it is on 4.1.2. i know apps are out of date like google now and whatnot since the google now screen says to update it but it does not show up in the my apps screen in the play store. just curious since it will not let me update without searching for them.
I updated my N4 to android 4.3
Now my play store became unresponsive and updates every single app i download

Wipe the data of Google Services Network, Play Store, then remove your Google Account. Then open play store, and continue by entering your account credentials.
Many of the Android Wear apps say "Requires Google Play Services 5.0+"
I have a Note 3 running Kit Kat, 4.4.2 I assume it would have Google Play Services 5.0+ but how do I check?
Never mind found the answer, setting App Info.
I am running Google Play Services 5.0.84
Hi,
I have had a Fire 10 for a few weeks and installed Google Play etc. I assume that once installed they would get updated automatically in the background. I have noticed that Play Services and Play Store are on 11.9.51 and 8.5.39 respectively but Google Account Manager Services Framework are still on 5.1-1743759. Is there a reason for this and if I can advance them on which version should I go for?

Since a few updates back the play store play protect certification says: 'device is not certified'. (play store > settings > scroll to bottom: Play protect certification )
Hence I cannot install some apps from play store (even after play store workaround of manually bypassing the play service framework id on google's website).
Anyways, my question is anybody else in same situation? Could it be because of using root (I had root in the past). My device is all stock. Any idea on how to fix this?
Thanks
I've had this happen in the past, but only while rooted and not "hiding" my root status. Usually force stopping and clearing stored data for the Play Store and Google Play Services then restarting the phone would fix it. Occasionally it took a little while before it updated the certification, but it was never more than 10 minutes or so.
