I don't know what is os 2.3.7 is but it sounds like your launcher app is locked. What launcher are you running?

Then you just need to unlock ADW. Hit the menu button and tell it to unlock the screen.

No. It's launcher2 from the G2 system dump.
This screenshot should show it a bit more; no home app has screen previews like Launcher2.

On Sense ROM's it won't work like it should. Problem is, that the phone application isn't installed.

What phone app? The stock one? It'll use the HTC one. Quote a few sense roms have stock contacts and dialer anyway

Only if you adb push it. ADW is configured as stock Android launcher on CM6 so you'll have to remove that to get this

Well at the bottom of the homescreen there is like a taskbar that has four apps . Gtalk, dialer, browser ,and email. I want to personalize the apps to stuff that I use more. Like market, sms, etc.

To change the bottom dock you can download a different launcher from the market. I'd recommended Launcher Pro, or ADW. I personally recommend Launcher Pro. You can customize the homescreens and the dock itself.

When you install another launcher app sense launcher can be frozen in titanium backup. But it shouldn't run on its own because it hasn't been called by the system to run.

Oww ok. But one more thing. Why install a sense ROM if your gonna install a different launcher ? Wasn't sense roms meant for there widgets.
Also when froozen, sense apps disappear like clock music etc.

I like to switch to different launchers on sense sometimes so I don't have to flash a different ROM to change things up once in awhile. I'm starting to think aosp is just too boring for me. I like sense and miui lately.

The Sense camera is phenomenal, it's part of the reason I get drawn back to Sense. There's more to Sense than just a launcher, ya know

2 VERSIONS-1)transparent
2)semi transparent
however many are right now hooked up with ics theme on go launcher or adw ,after sometime it feels bored, so here is a tryout !!!it also has previews option in app drawer,it seems very smooth and snappy do try it out and alternate using it without other launchers and enjoy

This launcher looks horrible, but there is one feature that works better than on the galaxy s:
Try zooming out with 2 fingers in app drawer... scrolling lags like hell on galaxy s, but it is sometimes smooth here
