Hello everyone. i have htc desire 310 from 1 month and i have for mistake delted com.android.packageinstaller so i deicide to flash the stock firmware using the sp flash tool and the stock firmware found on russian site. no rpboelm for driver and other stuff but when i connect my phone on pc (windows 8.1) the phone will be found after 3 sec he disconect !!! and this to be continued like a bootloop. i try 3 different drivers for my mt 65 xx processor and then i don't know what to do. under there is a screenshoot of sp flash tool error.

I just tried to install Rom v2.00.02 PV for HTC Artemis ( Crossbow Style ) on my htc p3300 and the phone doesn't start. Them i tried to go to the bootloader and restore to the original rom but when i try the program say that "Error 260 : Update error" " The update utility cannot connect to your pda phone...."
I dont know what to do.
My original rom is :HTC_1.12.405.01_026790_WWE_SHIP

I just soved the problem. I was using Windows Vista and it was unable to connect to the pda in bootloader screen. I tried'it in windows XP and voilá the pda came back to life.

yesterday i tried to flash my omnia II for the first time , and it seems that it will be the last one
i made every single step as it should be , i was upgrading to the original version I8000NXXJB3 ... my pc operating system is win xp ..
but after starting it stucks while downloading img to ram ... and i tried to reflash it but it used to stuck on different values every time like 41% , 39 % , 75 % ... and it reached once 99% and then stopped .
now for sure when i turn it on it shows the ( download mode ) screen but nothing else , and i couldnt format it using buttons method as it has no operating system of course .....
any help please ? and is there another method to flash the rom ( as to use the sd card ) ?
Are you using octans and the correct drivers for flashing? try downloading a different rom!! for example.. maybe you´re trying with jd5 try with jh2!! or maybe.. try flashing 1 thing!! Start with eboot, then csc, then pda, and maybe if you wanna try the phone!! sometime i have the same problem.. the solution was veeery simple!!! Don´t worry!!

i have problem with upgrade my gt540 from any rom to another, i tried to change my rom from 2.1 baltic to 2.1 fast boot and 20d but with no success,
when i start the kdz updater and choose the rom that i want it , the upgrade process goes smoothly and finish with success, but when i check the phone verion i found it as it 20b ...
the phone version not changed !!!!!
i tried 10 times with deferent roms
please help, i need 2.1 with fast boot to upgrade to 2.2
My fastboot Rom was 20b. Check you have fastboot. If not then you should make sure you have windows enabler running when flashing

No it haven't fastboot, also i tried 20d but still 20b
and the windows enabler is active and tried deferent computers (laptop with win 7 and pc with xp)

Okay, have you disables the LG modem in Device Manager? It won't work if you don't disable it, try doing it from download mode, put it on CS_Emergency and 3QGCT and then flash from there, you know how to disable the modem?

First check if you have HTC drivers
Check if you have selected preloader under in the list of the files to ne flashed.
If you selected preloader you have to send tour phone at HTC assistance
