Hi all,
Have been a long time reader of this forum but this is my first post.
Since I update my S5 (G900F) to Lollipop (via OTA) I have been getting the below error popping up, seemingly randomly, at the bottom of my screen. It doesn't affect the running of the phone but it is extremely annoying. Here is the error;
"Error: Service Intent Must Be Explicit: Intent{act=android.bluetooth.lBluetoothHeadset}" (also attached screenshot)
I hope somebody can help.
Thanks,
Mike

I updated my Fascinate yesterday OTA to DL09 from Verizon and now when I connect to my laptop I get the big bad blue screen stating that it has stopped to protect my computer from damage. I have rebooted 3 time without any positive result. Anyone else having this issue or know of any fix. Thanks
Try putting the phone into debug then try it.
Z an B son!
Yes, I have the same problem...
and we are not the only one's .... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=911543
I am not able to connect to my MAC
Tried factory reset .. still didnt work...
The Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) is not the same as the problems that people are having with mounting USB.
I have been all over forums today and this is the first I have heard of a BSOD.
In the BSOD will be an error number. Something like a Fatal Error has occurred at xxxxxxxx in module yyyyyyyy
Google the exact error message and see what you come up with.
Fixed he issue
I got the problem fixed. What I found was that the phone was showing up as a cd rom drive and by doing this my PC automatically started opening up CD rom software on my pc that was totally not compatible with the phone LOL. Isnt it just like Verizon for pushing more of there crap on us to screw up the works.
Thanks for everyone's help.
I had non rooted Kitkat 4.4.4 installed on N10. I received update intimation to Lollipop hence downloaded the update. While installing, message regarding error came followed with message "No command" . Now nothing is done further. Even tablet is not getting power off. Periodically screen displaying Google is coming followed with message "No command" I just checked. I can enter in to download and recovery. I now downloaded also Lollipop update for manual updating.
While connecting to PC, it starts searching for driver and after sometime message flashed "Driver not installed successfully" might be due to non detection of MTP. In such case if I try to maually install then ADB also is not recognising the connected device.
Can you suggest how best I can revive N10?
Regards,
Contnuing further, my main problen now is how to make my device visible in computer. I tried to install universal driver/ pda net driver etc. but no success. I feel unless this is done, I can not even use recovery options.
Kindly guide me. I keeps on wasting time on futile excercises.
Regards,
I got the same error last night - went straight for the wugs tool kit - problem is now solved

What did you do with the tool kit? Use it to install drivers or what? I've tried it and it does nothing for me except give suggestions on how to install drivers.
I've got ADB &SDK installed on my PC that works with my HTC One M8, so I imagine the drivers should work with my Nexus 10, don't you think?
Sent from my HTC6525LVW using XDA Free mobile app
I Have this problem also. I forgot that I had unlocked the Nexus 10, and let the OTA update install. It failed. I cannot get WUGs to talk to the tablet. If I let it boot I get "No Command"
If I go into Download Mode??? "Power + Sound Up" I get Start and an Robot laying down, says Downloading... but WUGs is never able to talk to it.

Hi, folks - my first post on XDA, and boy do I need help.
Short version, it seems like my Tab4 7'' might be bricked - I've got a "Firmware update encountered an issue" yellow triangle when I tried rooting it and Odin decided to crash three seconds in and can't get past it. The tablet isn't recognized in device manager anymore, with a "A request for the USB device descriptor failed." and KIES keeps trying to connect to it, but without effect.
Digging around online gave me contradictory, vague and often out-of-date results - most of them recommend using Odin to reflash it with a stock image {which I may or may not have}, but when I try to, it waits at SetupConnection.
Any ideas? I have a replacement plan for it, but I'd rather not cash it in unless I have to.
Hey guys,
im sorry if the topic doesnt fit here. I am new and not a techi. My Son just tried to flash some custom ROM on our Samsung Tab A and somehow bricked it. It is not possible for me to get into Recovery or Download Mode i have already tried all Button-Combinations. It just shows an error saying "An error has occured while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software."
I have already tried with draining the Baterry empty (described in forum thread here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1478361) and plug it in to get the Charging symbol. But it doesnt happen. It just shows only the Error..
So i really dont have any more ideas how to get into recovery/download mode.. Is there anything i didnt tried??
It seems like the download-mode is not available. Is there a way to "install" a new one??
edit: it seems like this IS the download-mode.. anyways i think i just need the stock firmware for this model T510NZKDDBT. I cant find it via duckduck/google..
Maybe someone can help me with it?
Thank you
nevermind!! i've figured it out. Flashed new bootloader via Odin. Now its working again

I know I'm a year late, and you've either figured this out or moved on, but maybe I can clear this up for anyone else in the same situation.
I stuffed up and got the same message - "An error has occured while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software."
That error message screen is basically the download screen. Windows (and the Smart Switch software) won't connect to the tablet while that screen is displayed, but Odin will.
You can bring up Odin and re-flash the stock software (or whatever you need) while that message is displayed. If you still have trouble, holding power and down-volume will re-initialise the download screen, though it will still display the same "emergency recovery function" error message.
I hope that's enough of a description to get people out of trouble!
Hi everyone,
Sorry if there was an answer but after reading several thread haven t found one solved that would correspond to my question.
I will be looking to at least recover potential photos etc I may had no backed up yet back then.
I have an LG phone which suddenly start boot looping some times ago (Never did anything as installing costum version or such thing)
In my memory the same day or day before there was firmware upgrade. Phone ran out of battery while sleeping and then was stuck.
I did try a few things back then but did not solve and giving another try now.
Current situation as below
- Model H990DS
- Download mode do not stay on: Disappear then back to LG logo (No detection sound when connect to pc)
- Fastboot do stay on and I can hear the usual windows when connection external device (It does actually open huawei phone soft when connection the LG phone) but phone do not appear.
Is there anything i can try from there?
I read stuff about twrp or other things but not sure if it will help and would like to avoid doing something which may make it harder to solve the issue?
Thanks in advance for your help!
NB: Tried to check with LG but they do not support phone where I am apparetely
