Is there any stable version of CM (or any rom) for I9500?

Hello
I am fed up of the TouchWiz look and feel.
I want to stay closest to AOSP in look and feel, apps, etc.
All Android 4.3 and 4.4 versions posted on XDA have some or the other bugs for I9500 (in both Android development and Android Original development)
When I checked CM downloads. there is one 10.2 stable build for I9505 (Officially supported) on their site.
All unofficial builds are ported on XDA, and I9500 is an unofficial device for CM.
For I9500, on XDA, we have both CM 10.2 nightlies and CM 11 nightlies. But none of them have any stable builds.
Also, no AOKP, Slim, etc.
Where can I get a pure AOSP look and feel kind of ROM. Even Android 4.2.2 will also do.

(Req) AOSP Roms

Ive noticed a few WIP aosp roms for our S5's but they all either 4.4.3 or 4.4.4, why not base aosp on 4.4.2 because source codes are easier to obtain, be less bugs and most things should be fixed. Its only an idea, i would delvelop this myself but dont have the complete knowledge to do so... who agrees 4.4.2 should be the base?
We'll take whatever we get. 4.4.4 is the newest, so I'm sure everyone wants that. And developers don't like developing for outdated software.
But hell, if an AOSP 4.0 ROM came out I'd probably install it.
I saw a CM commit that someone's working on the S5 camera. I think the camera and GPS were the big deal-breakers, so it sounds like progress is being made.
As soon as there's a stable CM, hopefully the floodgates will open and I can get back on Liquid or PAC.
The cm camera and gps issues have been on going since the release of the S5 back in may, maybe just down grading to 4.4.2 would be the right idea after all most of the roms our for S5 are 4.4.2 anyways no one is compiling 4.4.3 or 4.4.4 roms at this moment unless its based of a non working CM, so go to 4.4.2 make a AOSP from that source and everyones happy its only an idea of a way forward
Camera still doesn't works even if you use AOSP 4.4.2 sources because Samsung doesn't publish the camera driver sources so it doesn't matter which Android (AOSP) version they use as a base because the CM devs still have to "hack" the camera until it works. One thing that maybe can help is an S5 Google Edition with stock android on it.

Android 5.0

Hi I've got maybe kinda dumb question... How long do you think will it take to build a ROM based on Android 5.0 sources after these sources will be available? (It doesn't have to be for our device just want to now how long it will take when the first mahdi, cm, pa, etc. based on Android 5.0 appears... ) Maybe 3 - 4 weeks? I have already forgotten how long took it last time...
I'm asking because my entirely repaired LG G2 had just arrived before I started writting this and I'm not sure if it's worth to flash custom ROMs based on kitkat...
On my old phone, which stopped getting updates after GB, it took about 2-3 weeks or a month-ish for the next android version to be flashable. So be patient, but I don't think it'll be too long, we have some great devs[emoji106]
Well just flash a kitkat ROM now. Since the official LG sources won't be avaliable before LG pushes the official Android L update to us (if it does), Android L ports (cm, pa, mahdi) will most likely be based on kitkat sources,
March, most likely. As it was with KK.
Edit: Meh, saw you're asking for official push from LG.

I need the 4.4.4 CM11 ROM

I hate Android 5+ so damn much but the CM download page is down for whatever reason (503). Does anyone have a copy of the CM 11 ROM for the USC Galaxy S5?
Here's one for plain KLTE. I just searched cm 11 snapshot klte. Try that for your device.

EDIT: And here is an unofficial build of cm-11 temasek for klteusc.

Thanks, will try them.
I hate most of the new Android versions and my S4 runs happily on 4.4.4. My S5 is running a 6.0.1 version of SlimRom, which is quite awful, but it's better than anything else I tried.
Honestly I'll probably use KitKat until it's officially depreciated by Google.
4.3 has the best customisation support, literally anything can be customized. I had 4.3 on an LG P505 and it was awesome, but 4.4.4 was probably the best version of Android ever released.
Give this a try. Hope it helps.

N9005 roms and official 7.1 builds ?

After a recent disaster with my S5 I replaced it with a Note 3 n9005.
Am very happy with the phone but it has so much potential to be better. Are there any 7.1 roms that are actively being updated and is there any chance of official builds any time soon.
I would love to put 7.1 on this phone but don't want to get stuck with bugs I have to put up with for extended periods.
Thanks for any advice in advance.

There are always bound to be bugs when dealing with unofficial software like ports or ROMs, they're not perfect. As for an official Nougat release for a 4 year old phone that doesn't even have an official Marshmallow release? I highly doubt it. I would suggest just sticking with stock.
Thanks for the reply guys.
I know Samsung will never upgrade this phone to nougat or above but the custom rom community have done some amazing things bringing the latest versions of android to older phones when their manufacturers stop supporting them to make you buy their latest an greatest phone.
When I asked about official builds I was referring to Resurrection Remix or Lineage LOS 7.1 builds which get weekly updates. There will always be bugs I know but weekly builds help to fix them.

If I may suggest, I would try out a Note 7 port. I know it's not Nougat but in my opinion, Marshmallow with the Note 7 features is just as good and a lot of people have tested them out and are really stable. But as for more Nougat ROMs, RR and Lineage I think are the only options but I haven't tried them myself.
There is an official Note 5 Nougat rom out, so it should be possible to port that. We just have to wait for someone with the knowledge and interest to do it.
I'm running the Note 7 Phronesis Marshmellow rom, and I highly recommend it if you don't want to wait for a Nougat rom.

Thank you am currently trying the Phronesis Rom N7 v5.2 and am liking it very much very smooth and seems very stable.
And if i'm reading the forum correctly there should be a V6 version becoming available in the next couple of days.
thanks for the recommendation this rom will do very nicely until or if someone ports the N5 nougat rom which we can only hope for.
