Which is the best and most stablest ROM for the everyday use(n9005,(hlte))?
And is cwm installable easy? No blocked bootloader etc?
It's forbidden to ask such questions (best rom).
For everything else there is Google.

And what am I supposed to do? I just wanna to use the most stablest ROM. I am not talking about that all ROMs except one best are bad. I don't wanna testing and so on.
Okay, better question - which ROM are you using daily on n9005?
Don't worry, all roms here for the n9005 are stable. Maybe here and there a feature doesn't work, but that's mostly on the ported roms. But all can be fixed and they don't impact every day usage.
People with other Note 3 variants are having more problems by flashing roms for the n9005. At least that's my observation, and i tried 99,6% of them.
Now I'm using, for the longest time ever, Phoenix rom S5 ported by tyre777. It's good.
And what do you want ? Kit kat or lollipop ?
But have a look at the rom threads yourself too.
Cwm installation is easy. But please, do Google it. I would recommend you TWRP recovery. I find it easier to operate with and it has a nice touch interface. But that's just my opinion.
Bootloader isn't locked.

Thank you for your good answer.
Most necessary things:
1. Fast, stable and good battery life (in stock average battery life was 3 days).
2. Working with S pen and Gear Fit.
Is there something like this for me?

You Don t answer if you want KK or L rom and if TW or not.....
Don't care about KK or L.
Necessary things are
1. Fast, stable and good battery life (in stock average battery life was 3 days).
2. Working with S pen and Gear Fit.
Seems that Phoenix ROM could be alright. If there's other ROM which you are using daily and works with Gear, say about it, please.
Don t have gear.....but masik 3.0 is very good and has nice battery....

If in stock you have already 3 days battery life I think you dont need to change
Problem is that with stock and Phoenix ROM touchscreen sometimes is unresponsive or makes selection in other location. With echoe rom there isn't problem like this, but it's leaking support for Gear and other functions.

Hello been away from the rooting scene for a while and have just started to get back into things. I have rooted my Samsung s3 and wish to find a decent rom that has no bloatware and is very good with battery life. (Note I do have the zero-lemon 7000mah battery)
I have already rooted and installed cwm touch v6.0.4.4 and here are my other specs:
GT-19300
cwm v6.0.4.4
android 4.1.2
base 19300xxemg4
kernel 3.0.31-1314436
build jz054k.19300xxemg4
So any ideas which roms are very good! also I hear if using jelly bean there are some things you can do to stop the battery from draining?
What rom best rom posts are not allowed and questions go in Q&A

sorry can a mod please move into the relevant sub section thanks
Battery life is highly subjective and I think you know that.. Others may have superb battery life on a rom which you think sucks battery life-wise.
NeatROM is a good option if it's still around.

I have tried many of the ROMS available on this forum and all have their pros and cons. However I always find myself going back to a stock ROM and here is why:
1) With AOSP/CM11 based ROMS camera quality suffers and I hate not being able to use the camera's full capability. With some easy little tweaks you will get the camera to work properly but the quality is not at par with the stock camera! Performance is typically very good with these ROMS.
2) With most of the Samsung based custom ROMS get ready for a FC every now and then, plus other issues with ported apps designed to work on devices with twice the memory of the SIII. Performance varies from one ROM to another but I have found most of them to have high memory usage resulting in lag from time to time.
Installing the latest official firmware (eg. ML4, deodexed and rooted if you wish) and using Titanium Backup to uninstall bloat is probably the best option for both stability and battery performance, at least that's what I've concluded after spending most of the past 30 days swapping from one ROM to another
Disclaimer: This is just my 2c, other people's opinions may vary
That's why I hate rooting/installing custom ROMs. First FC's much, second one has bad camera, third one has bad battery life and etc.
I haven't bought my phone to install a new ROM everyday and just test and test and test. I bought my phone to use it as it is daily without flashing things, testing and etc. And I'm quite happy. Even with bloatware my phone lasts as long as I expected and multitasking is clear with no lags.
if u want the best output from the camera do stick to stock rom
as of speed and smoothness u may try the cyanogenmod 11 ,it is way cool and fast(no fc for me till now)
other reason for rooting and flashing custom roms is that u get control over your device
i waited for 3 months for 4.3 update but didn't get it and now i rooted and flashed cm11 and its way better now(voided my 9 months warranty though )
(note-i usually flash and root my phones so its my personal opinion )

I also had very good performance with the Supernexus rom and did not experience any fc either.
However I had the usual camera quality issue and another issue with slow charging from an outlet or usb. The battery was discharging faster that it was charging when I'm using it during charging. The problem went away as soon as I flashed the ML4 stock ROM and the overall battery has also improved significantly.

Recently I have transferred over across to a Note 3 from a HTC ONE. I have already installed Sweet Rom V5. On my previous device on the HTC One I have always used ARHD which is quite stock and also stable and reliable. Are there any Roms for the Note 3 that are similar to that rom which is constantly being updated and stable?
Either all, to make my question a little more easier, What is your best rom? I want a Rom that has great battery life and that doesn't effect the battery life too.

there all good most of them have been around for 2 months and all stable and all have good battery life
so the best thing for you is flash one by one and see what one suits you
We do not allow "best rom" type threads, as it is a very subjective topic. The best advice I can give you is to try things yourself, one by one, and see what suits you.

Hey guys, Haven't been on the forum for well over a year (since i moved up from my Note 2 to Note 4).
I'm overwhelmed by the number of roms and looking for the following.
For N910c
5.0.1 or higher.
Extremely stable.
Better than stock battery life.
Option to debloat. (meaning i want SNote, Shealth, but want the option to remove other stuff like finder and svoice).
NOT AOSP.
Touchwiz not that important since i use nova launcher any way.
Minimal updates. ( I don't want a rom that i'd have to update every week.). Prefer something simple and stable that I can go a couple of months with.
Also stock office compatible. (whatever the stock office is i think hancom)
Full S-pen features working
Finger print working. (this should be in most roms, right?)
Optional but not deal breakers:
Option to record calls.
Option for camera to work below 5%
Back on my Note 2 i liked Wanam, Dr. Ketan, Alliance, and Omega.
Looking forward for your suggestions.
Infinity ROM has been really good, battery last 6 to 7 hours, using the phone all day
Sent from my SM-N910C using Infinity ROM
Any other suggestions? 6 hours is shorter than my stock battery life
He man,
SimplRom is really good in terms of batterylife. Its comes deodexed and with Xposed instller. You can add the apps that you want on their download page in Zip format. Might want to check them out.
please say rom name and reason
Try is out yourself. Not everyone has the same experience with the same rom.

I have tried few most popular roms for note 3 (even tho its TMO i was using supported ones) and i can tell you that stock lolipop gave me best experience and here is why.
My first rom ever to be flashed was darklord note 5 port by darkera13 and even though it gave me stunning battery idle time it also gave me some bad experiences using camera software which was either poor quality or simply not working when it was needed.
Next I tried s6 port by same developer assuming 5.0.2 base would be much more compatible with our official one but there were some massive memory redraws and weird display brightness bug(screen becomes dim on wakeup).
Since roms above were used as base to other port style roms I dont expect any better from them.(not saying they are bad, contrary, but when stability and reliability is in question ill prefer stock sluggy rom.
I must say that I have never used CM on note 3 so I must leave that to someone else but by the time I am writing this i am using stock and only 5.0 rom provided by TMO on top of lean kernel.(also its massively debloated ).
Cheers,hope it helps!!
AryaMod: Fully featured. Stable. Fluid too (as fluid as stock), and believe some features are really handy, like the alarm notification on lock screen which Samsung omitted from Lollipop. Just use it without Xposed, and you are good to go.

Try tazzy-aurora note 5 port with darklord kernel 1.5 & LS speed mod. Everything works fine and it's really fast with good battery life.
I flashed the s6 settings + stock ui mod (extra mods) and i'm really happy with. Also no camera flickering with darklord kernel
See my sig. Temasek ftw ^^

AryaMod IMO is by far the best Lollipop TW based experience available. I tried literally every single rom from here for 5.0 and nothing compares to Arya when it comes to stability, usage, battery... I highly recommend it!
Always back to cyanogemod CM12.1 = quick, slim, reliable. Only negative is of course the lack of s pen, but you got some third party apps for that.
Used to be great fan of miui, however they are now getting less popular by making their new MIUI 7 lollipop based, which is a sad thing.
..
I9500 or 9505?
To be honest, the official TW roms are super battery friendly (really don't know why).
I tested my phone an my friends and he had 90% left while I was at ~80% left with half the screen on time.
..
For 9505 you can use a lot kernel. Hulk imperium ael etc. Etc. You can test best life.
But for 9500 we have not much choices we have 1 kernel 9505 is luckier.
I think stock roms good without customizations when we customed battery getting worse again i am not happy about battery.
Edit: yes kitkat was better for 9500 i dont remember 9505 i had sometimes. Then i got 9500.
I get 2hour screen time like kidding
..
Touchwiz ROM's definitely, without a doubt for me - they have the most features by miles (not necessarily best battery life)! As for which specific custom T/W rom? There are so many to choose from. The best is to try them all out until you find THE ONE that resonates with YOU - that's half the fun... and it won't cost you a cent (unless you donate something for it!
I don't even want to mention NAMES because I feel it's UNFAIR to promote one ROM over another (especially when their differences are few and far between), but a good indication of a GOOD ROM is normally the amount of posts and views it received in its thread. Read through it and check the comments to make up your mind. Then take that bold step.
Good luck and have fun!

Halcyon's v9.1 or quantum rom is pretty good. I've tried quantum rom, aroma installer let's you pick what you want to install as a system app in setup. You can install exactly zero samsung bloatware if you want.
My only problem with it is the sluggish struggle known as touchwiz. It's not too slow, just... slow. CM based roms OTOH fly past it with reckless abandon but seem so fail at battery life.

I saw S4 and assumed wrongly then. Good luck to you in finding a good rom for 9505.
If i9500 performance is anything to go by, latest CM-based roms (if one of them works for you) are awesome unless they feast on the battery.
You may have options for that though, I think there are more than 1 kernel for 9505. One of them may give good battery life.
I've been trying a lot of different CM12.1 builds on my 9505 lately. As they come, battery life is usually average at best. I greatly improved it by flashing the alucard kernel and undervolting my CPU. I found that I could easily shave off up to 100mV off my CPU at pretty much all frequencies without losing stability. Now my battery lasts a day and a half, which is more than I'd get with any stock ROM. I tried it with Resurrection Remix and got the same results, oly it had more bugs so I switched back to CM.
