[ROM] Empire by ME [Theme and Boot fixed][Updated 18/2]

Here I present you my first ROM-Empire.
Empire is a custom ROM which based on Jusada's Ice Cream Sunday Final WITH his permission.
I took the framework-res.apk from the awesome Infinity ROM by Nims 11.
So you'll experience the ultimate transparent beauty user interface.
Although the framework-res is from Infinity, but the default launcher is MIUI-Launcher. With MIUI Launcher, this ROM looks ultimately beauty.
Furthermore, this ROM is also Xperia themed. For example, the phone, messaging, contacts are the same with the Xperia smartphone.
Since this is a light weight and barebone ROM. So, features like Google Search, Livewallpapers are NOT present. So do not ask for questions about why there's no Google search and livewallpers etc. Use this ROM if you want to, do not comment if you didn't like this. Thanks.

How to install?
First, you need a Gingerbread baseband.
Second, you need CWM5.
Third, you need your hand, phone and computer ready.
After that, download this ROM and the theme fix then put it into your SD card.
Then boot into recovery.
Do a factory data reset, cache partition wipe and Dalvik-Cache wipe.
Flash this ROM after that.
Reboot your phone now BUT installation hasn't finished yet!
Boot to Recovery again.
Go to mount and storage and mount your /system.
Install the EmpireThemeFix.zip and reboot after that.
ENJOY!

Another rom which is only themed different. I appreciate that but GUYS, make something new, every rom now has turboboost, tweaks from slaid, based on ANOTHER CUSTOM ROM or stock, only theme is different. Everybody can change theme in theme chooser and make transparent status bar for themselves.

Like previously mentioned above, yes the specs are pretty common and maybe you should try to edit SystemUI or something to make it more aesthetically appealing but I do like Xperia launcher gonna download it as soon as it comes out

Warning! Before installation please read Installation method from downside. To install any custom ROM 4.1+ you need official JB from Samsung before and make CWM Recovery. If you have already custom ROM, just read installation process.

Installation method:
• download ROM and save on your external/internal SD
• go to Recovery and make Backup of current ROM in Backup and Restore option
• if you move up from:
a) previous version of this ROM do Wipe cache and Dalvik-cache
b) others 4.3 do the same, but if you see any bugs after boot, do Wipe data
c) any others android version do Wipe data
• choose install zip from and select ROM, wait for completed installation
• you can flash now Gapps package
• now set reboot system now option and wait to system boot up

So firstly thank you @PolishVodka for your efforts for our phone.
My phone: Samsung Galaxy S Advance i9070, LiquidSmooth 4.3.1
This is my first review:
Good:
Very smooth, fast and stable
Camera is working fine
Features of Liquid Smooth are awesome
WiFi working, Data working, Bluetooth working
No income call bug
Free ram is ok
With Poweramp music player no problem with bypassed music
Not so good:
Mobil Data live Tile isn't working
I will test the battery life more but it's not the best.

Download the ROM. Get a MD5 checker, and run the rom file through the MD5 checker. If the file downloaded is not corrupt, then its MD5 sum should match the one provided by the dev.

if u flashing it over CM 11 it wont flash .
u need to install stock by odin thin flash this

Irrelevant. Post above mine was asking about how to check the MD5 sum in the first post.

This rom is sources built right?what about the kernel compilation? Using gcc or linaro?

The rom is really awesome, it's super duper smooth and everything(I'm almost in love with it ). Only one bug I have found, tell me if you also are heading this problem guyz. I can't turn on auto screen brighteness, I have to set it manually always?

Well, there were sgt7 builds at http://code.google.com/p/tab89-sgt7/downloads/list . Though SGT7 (Android 4.3) is not developed anymore, so there was no reason to make new build.
But it is always nice to have a thread with firmware discussions

Well yeah maybe, but last version in this list you mentioned dated in 2013-11-20,
this build I ported was in 2014-2-23, so it is newer, and I think that is better than a hidden list right!

if your talking about this ROM, it is already rooted,
and if you're talking about stock ROM, there are lots of guides to root the tab, THIS one is good
if you can edit your post and remove the entire quote from it, that would be great

Can u give another gapps that compatible with this ROM? After flash the gapps that u give on OP, it won't sync my contact

What rom should I use as daily? This one or the Nameless one? I'm with stock rom now.

I think nether of them are ready for daily use, but CM10.2 is why better than KK4.4 Nameless or OMNI

Really, you should try them all and decide what works for you. In my experience, CM10.2 is quite solid, though, and is my daily driver. The kit kat ROMs are really cool. They are roughly as smooth and fast, though the battery life is not quite as good.

It's really fast rom but 3G is not working, i have four bars but does not connect, when i scan for mobile networks it gives me error

No,unfotunetly.I've switched to ICS stock cause i use 3G alot

I agree this is much better than Nameless or Omni. Been running this for few days now. Battery life is excellent.
I am using a gapps originally posted on the 10.2 cm thread that is the non neon version. No issues so far.

[ROM][EPIC120]Canvas 2 Colours A120 **More Free RAM**

Please read the whole thread before posting your query !!
My purpose behind this ROM was to help those who think free RAM is not enough, this ROM usually gives 500+ free RAM after you clear all recent app and it gives 650+ free RAM on boot, see screenshots at the end of this post, EPIC ROM uses better Kernel to improve RAM management, there are no useless tweaks done by me, you can do that after flashing

Maybe because it's new kernel and I have added "pm.sleep_mode=1" in build.prop

I installed this rom and this is really fast. Excellent stock rom. As op said, in this rom more free RAM is there. Great work. I played Real Racing 3, its working fine.
Bugs I found : Front camera swap button is greyed out, I don't know why. Please look into this.
Otherwise great rom:good:
