will it work on lollipop 5.0.1?
If yes this is what i am going to do
Flash using Odin by selecting the PDA( Auto reboot and F.Reset time options are already grayed out)
it will reboot automatically.
done , right?

Philz touch recovery is not an option. It's a recovery that you need to flash to your phone.

Provide some info please:
1. Are you on stock now and which one?
2. What custom recovery do you have installed?
3. Did you update the superSU binaries?
4. What happens if you try to flash a custom rom?
-Edit- Sorry missread the post. Did you flash the recovery with Odin and placed the .img file in PDA. Have you closed Kies, also in windows tray manager? Do you have usb debugging enabled on your phone, tried another PC usb port (no hub), correct drivers installed?

If it is a .tar file you have to flash the recovery with Odin 3.04 on your PC or with Mobile Odin Pro from your phone. Download the latest twrp 2.6.0.0 tar file and flash with Odin.

I think you`re not rooted correctly. Have you updated the binaries of the SU app? Open the SU app and it will update probably. Did you install Busybox from Google Play, this is needed also.

Hello,
Tried to root my note 3 4.4.2 N9005XXUENA6
i used odin3.07 with CF-Auto-Root-hlte-hltexx-smn9005
But ti will not boot in any way and as stated by Mr. Chainfire
"NOTE: Sometimes the device does *not* boot into recovery mode and root your device. Just do the entire procedure again if this happens. If it still will not install root and such, make sure that in Odin "Auto Reboot" is not checked. Then after flashing, pull the battery, and boot with VolUp+Home+Power button to boot into recovery manually. This will start the install process."
it won't boot.(stays in a loop ? )
Flashing back to N9005XXUENA6 is no problem and then it is working properly
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2466423
Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I am running stock and its rooted.
I have no clue on how to check the firmware without the settings application...feels sort of hopeless haha.
Do you think if I flash a new rom everything will work?
I don't have a recovery installed and everytime I try installing one I get the "seandroid enforcing" bit with it boot looping.

You can dirty flash the rom you are on without wiping and all should be restored, just reflash the custom recovery and reroot afterwards.
