Hi guys,
I have a Note 3 N900 and I tried to flash the lollipop firmware from sammobile site following the steps provided:
Instructions
1.Extract (unzip) the firmware file
2.Download Odin v3.09
3.Extract Odin zip-file
4.Open Odin v3.09
5.Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
6.Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
7.Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
8.Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
9.Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes
I followed the steps from1 to 9 (at 8 I added the firmware ONLY to AP) and I clicked start. In 2 seconds my electric power went down (**** happens) so now on my phone I have the following msg: FIRMWARE UPGRADE ENCOUNTERED AN ISSUE. PLEASE SELECT RECOVERY MODE IN kIES & TRY AGAIN".
In kies my device is not suported ,. Emergency firmware recovery doesnt work.
What can I do?
Thank you

XDA main post of ODIN says this:

- Click start button, sit back and wait a few minutes.
- If you encounter any issues with the firmware (Any FC, Bootloop etc)
- Boot into recovery mode (Home+power+vol up)
- Choose to wipe/factory reset. (THIS WILL ERASE ALL OF YOUR DATA INCLUDING YOUR INTERNAL SD CARD!)
- Then choose reboot and you should be good to go!

Which one should I follow? Although my version the Portuguese one.
how many files in the zip you downloaded?
You should read the rules no Questions here read the faqs and guides .
Download the firmware .
Put phone to download mode .
Connect USB cable.
Open Odin .
Add single file tar to PDA
Multipart file follow instructions .
This is a guide for those who accidentally bricked their gt-s7392. For a fix pls download firmware from sammobile.com/firmwares and search for the device name (gt-s7392)...download the one for your region and also download odin 3.07... (google it). Save files to a pc. Now on a pc, extract the firmaware (.tar.md5 file) from the region type you downloaded (e.g s7392xpuank1, or whatever you downloaded). Next hold volume down, home and power button on phone for a long time till phone reboots. There is an option to continue or quit, press the volume up to continue. Plug phone to pc. Now open odin on the pc and select pda. Look for where you extracted the firmware (it is a .tar.md5 file) now wait for it to load and click start.. Wait this might take some time and you are done. The phone will now reboot and no data will be lost. But you will be reverted to stock if you are using custom rom.
Odin 3.09
Try Odin 3.09 that will definitely work

Hello everyone
I have a g900f from UAE and as it still hasn't got lollipop I was wondering if I can flash another firmware from sammobile.. If I can do so, can someone guide me at how to do it?
Sent from my SM-G900F using XDA Free mobile app
Yep, long as it's for the G900F
Grab ODIN, grab the ROM you want from sammobile, install samsung drivers, put the phone into download mode, connect to PC, press PDA or AP on ODIN and load the .TAR ROM file, press Start
Phone will be wiped in the process so backup anything important
Instructions are under the download on sammobile anyway
Instructions

I found it a crazy effort to download this file, but here it is if you want it on dropbox.

This is for UK Region and version 6.0.1.

Flashing guide:
1. Download above firmware.
2. Open Odin Tool. (http://odindownload.com/) version 3.12.3 worked for me.
3. Boot your device in the "Download Mode":
Press Volume Down, Power and Home buttons at same time for 5-8 seconds until download mode is active.
4. Connect your device to PC via the USB cable while in download mode.
5. Next, check the "Auto Reboot" and "F. Reset Time" options in Odin Tool.
6. Hit the AP/PDA button then browse and select a tar.md5 file from the extracted folder.
7. Finally press the start button to begin flashing the firmware update on your device.
