I am currently trying to flash a custom recovery for my Samsung Note 3 N900t more specifically TWRP Recovery. I recently just rooted my phone and I've heard that the first thing I should is make an Nandroid backup.
Now I have gotten 2 different links from this website http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/198
1. https://goo.im/devs/OpenRecovery/hltetmo/?page=1
2. http://www.techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/hltetmo
Now when you open the links above there are ALOT of different downloads links. I want to know which one is the right one?
If these websites are the ones to get it from please link me to the right direction! If one od these is the right website please advise me on which one to download.
Thank you to anyone that responds. :highfive:

Hello everyone!
Has anyone here seen this custom recovery in the following section of XDA?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2201860
I personally use this recovery on my GN2 and would love to have it available for our Tab 10.1. I have asked the question whether it would be available for our tablets and the developer offered to develop one for us.
He stated that he needed and I qoute "Give a link with specs and upload a recovery.img extracted from sammobile.com firmware. A JB version and ideally new international / europe firmware". I am fairly fluid at flashing recoveries, ROM's, kernels and etc but am inexperienced in the items that he has requested.
This particular recovery works very well on the phones, offers so much customization, and will work with both CWM and TWRP backups.
My question is would anyone else be interested in getting this recovery available for our tablets and would anyone be able to help in putting the info together for our custom version of this recovery?
This is a feeler and at the same time a call for assistance. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
Touch recovery is availabe

Edit: saw your post in that thread that you already gave him the recovery.img for P7510...I will give him the recovery.img for P7500 and bump up the request for our tab as I seen in the last few pages other devices have gotten it faster then ours.

Hello Everyone,
I'm in need of a little help, please point me in the right direction. I purchased a used Verizon Galaxy S4 with a custom ROM installed. I tried updating the phone from settings, but when installing the update i get a picture of a dead android character with an error. So I guess doing it that way on a custom ROM is a no go. My goal is just to update the phone to the newest stock rom. Do I need to flash? I'm not customed to dealing with flashing android roms, but I'm no slouch in the tech issues, I just need to know where to start.
I know I can google the issue, but theres a million guides, which is why the start process seems difficult.
I've attached a screenshot of the device information.
Thank you very kindly for your time.
First you need to go to the proper forum
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-verizon
Just find a stock rom and flash it using Odin.
Thanks man!:good::good:
So I rooted my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N900t very recently, but I don't what to do first. I have heard and read the first thing I should do it make a complete system backup. Now how do I even start doing that?
Someone and here told me to do it with CWM and TWRP, but didn't explain how, please don't do that explain it to me.
My whole point of rooting was to get rid of the bloatware that came with my phone (which I don't know how to), and to use custom roms.
If you know of any custom roms you recommend please me tell which one and how how to install it, as it will be my first time.
Please be detailed and dumb it down as much as possible as I am very new at this. I'm just a kid really trying to learn.
Someone please help, I'm beginning to lose faith and to think rooting my phone was a very bad idea.
Your best bet is to look at the root thread. It has very detailed information.
Go to CyanogenMod site. You'll have detailed information on how to install CM11 on Note 3.
For other ROMs check the development thread.

Hello,
So i'm gonna explain you how you can root your phone easily ( you will need twrp for this)
1.Here is a guide for you to install twrp:
https://www.google.it/url?sa=t&sour...Z9mGPpuz4h-SxKGCQ&sig2=XjsKYzDKaw9O5LesmhBaGA
2. Install/flash magisk zip from twrp https://www.google.it/url?sa=t&sour...Feo8f-RrXYXXqsGRg&sig2=2mYrc-3pA-5dBzeFkF3-Ug
After that you can easly install a custom rom , flash custom kernel if you want.
