Purity Flare S5 is ported from miniRom S5 of Smartfren Andromax C
=INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS=
1. Download Rom
2. Put downloaded rom on sd card.
3. Boot to TWRP Recovery (if you dont have TWRP, download it from below and flash that first)
4. Wipe Factory Reset
5. Flash/Install the Rom
6. Wipe Dalvik-Cache
7. Click Reboot
8. "Swipe to Fix Root Permissions" sa TWRP
9. The phone will now reboot to System, Congrats

Bug: "Unfortunately, Google Search has stopped."
Fix: Delete "Google Search.apk" from system/app and reinstall it from Playstore.
Bug: Cant Mount "USB Mass Storage"
Fix: Turn on USB Debugging from the Notification Toggles then you can now Mount Mass Storage.
Bug: When turning on USB Debugging, it asks for a password.
Fix: turn it on from the toggles.
Bug: I have fewer toggles than the screenshots
Fix: On status bar, go to Quick Panel > Order > Change the order of any two toggles there.

Q: Data connection is not 3G?
A: Download "Hidden Menus" at Play Store and click "*#*#4636#*#*" and then change to WCDMA only
Q: Where is my brightness bar?
A: It'll appear if you turn off the auto-brightness.
Q: What is this "System Updater" thing?
A: I'll put ota updates to that sooner.. or maybe here on the thread too.
Q: What performance tweak did you put in this rom?
A: Nothing, people keep changing the tweak so i want users to customize tweaks themselves.
Q: Why "Purity"?
A: i wanted my series to be pure design and features wise. no hybrid designs.

I just tried it on karbonn a9+ and worked perfectly, not sure for a21 thou..

This is my First FULL Loaded ROM Port for our device LAVA IRIS 504 Q :angel:
Presenting latest MIUI V5 for Lava Iris 504Q, its based on latest MIUI Weekly update V5 4.7.11
ROM is butter smooth and NO LAGS at all. I am using for a day and did not find any errors.
Many thanks to Rahul Saud and LAVA IRIS 504Q Devs and Many Many XDA Authors for their articles through which I could do this update
Manage root permissions in Permissions manager, you need to enable so that applications can ask for root access and you can deny/allow based on your preferences.
I have included ALL Possible tweaks like (init.d already enabled)
** Battery Saving
** I/O Tweaks
** Scheduler Tweaks
** Entropy Generators
** Performance Tweaks
** Kick Ass Kernalizer
** On loading Fix Permissions Scripts

** WSM Tools - XPOSED Installer equivalent for MIUI ROM

SIM issue:
If you have two SIMs and you have disabled a SIM, the ROM may report com.android.phone has stopped, the only way is to activate the another SIM.
Some people recomment the data clean for Phone App, but it didnt work for me, but worked when I activated two SIMs.
Other than this, No Major Bugs,
Inform me, if there is any, I shall try to fix it

Did you "Clean Install" the ROM? Follow the steps like wiping out everything and then do a installation. This should work. Please try and revert.

Dial *#*#4636*#*#
Click Phone information
Ensure the IMEI at the the top of the screen does display IMEI number of your phone
ensure the following parameters set [do not change anything, if you donno what you doing, please]
ensure "set Preferred network type" is equal to WCDMA Preferred
ensure "Turn off radio" is not enabled, if it is enabled, disable it
ensure "Turn on IMS registration required" is disabled, if it enabled, disable it

Yes, I have nova launcher through which i could see the icons for calendar and weather. the primary launcher did not show these items. may be i need to edit the apk... will try.... and revert ...

just install any miui theme or strip a default.mtz from a miui rom and install the same and apply, this problem is resolved. i dont have this problem now.
btw, the miui rom is the best ever fastets rom i have seen workinf for lava iris 504q with many features
hi..i cannot find the link for 4.8.1 full version ROM. the first link[g-drive] is for 4.7.1.
BTW hve to agree that of all the roms i hve used the miui v5 is the best.

MIUI V6 is on the way ....
Very good rom... But my phone memory is getting detected as memory card. Even after going into stock setting options and changing the default memory does not make any difference.is there any way to fix this problem ??

Thank you for such wonderful ROM, I've always been fan of MIUI
One Issue with the ROM.. the Internal and SD Card are been swapped and creating problem, request you to please provide some solution or will need to be back on my previous ROM.

The bug is only for caller id for second Sim.. Everything else is fine

a small inside about this rom from a developer point of view:
this is different from any custom rom kitkat for WIKO FIRMWARE..it has many changes so its hard to fix...
Mounting on PC-doesnt work even with patched files..i must try to patch kernel and see how it goes..
bluetooth-i will try to fix it in next update or make a patch to flash in recovery
overall this is a great rom, smooth and with great performance..if you see the video preview, it has great features but dont expect a 100% working rom as this has many xperia features that we cant make it work on our devices..no kernel source to change..so a great work from KENKUZIE in this..and the original rom has 890 size, this was reduced to almost the maximum to fit our partition..

A. Yes, just look in the OP to see if your device is built on a nightly or weekly schedule.
Q. Does this ROM support custom kernels?
A. No. You can still use them, but discussion should go in the thread of the respective kernel. We don't offer support for bugs you might encounter while using them!
Q. Why doesn't this ROM support Xposed?
A. Xposed is a hack that is geared towards AOSP, custom ROM's modify the framework a lot, so Xposed can cause a ton of issues on custom ROM's. Now it might work for you, however it is not to be discussed in this thread, and you should refrain from posting bug reports.
Q. Alright, but I still want to flash Xposed, so which version do I need to install?
A. You will need to use the version arm64/arm/whatever for SDK 27.
Flashing the ROM:
Q. What do I need to know before flashing?
A. Check the install instructions in the first post...
Q. Can the builds be dirty flashed over each other?
A. Yes, however make a nandroid backup first as there is a chance of getting a bootloop or encountering bugs. Also bugs may only be reported on a clean flash.
Q. How do I dirty flash builds?
A. Wipe the System, Cache and ART/Dalvik cache. Flash the ROM, GApps (only needed if you wipe the system), your preferred root solution and reboot. Or just use the OTA app to preform that task for you.
Q. How do I flash kernel builds?
A1. If it's a .img file, boot into TWRP and go to the install page in TWRP, in the bottom right corner select "install image", select the desired kernel, then select "boot", then swipe to flash, then go back to the install screen and install your root method again, if you don't want to loose root and reboot.
A2. If it's a flashable ZIP, you can flash it together with a ROM update or separately. Go to the install page in TWRP, choose the kernel zip (or add it to the flash queue right after the ROM zip). Then add your root method to the queue if you don't want to loose root. Now swipe to flash, and then reboot.
Using the ROM:
Q. I installed a bad theme and now I'm getting a bootloop, how do I fix it?
A. In TWRP, flash the substratum rescue zip that's in the substratum folder on the internal storage.
Q. Do I need to provide a logcat if I'm reporting a bug?
A. If you want it to be fixed faster (or at all) then yes, you should definitely provide a logcat. (Note: Please just link the logcat from your GDrive, Dropbox, etc. and do not post the content here. Thanks.
Q. How do I get a logcat, what type should I get and more questions that can conveniently be answered by my pre-determined answer?
A1. Read this thoroughly. Also, here's a good app for getting logs: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tortel.syslog (Root needed).
The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android. You don't need to install any Add-on's, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.

the rom is smooth, good battery life and no heating issue even with 3 hours of non stop ragnarok.but i encountered this problem, my phone does not deep sleep, camera has green color.

Anybody notice that the "hold back to kill" feature doesn't work?
Beautiful ROM, everythng works fine, more battery juice compared to other ROMS, Ear piece volume is too low but founx a fix thanks for the ROM Keep updating...
