Plz someone gimme some snaps of rom...im highly excited for the first ever rom for my canvas knight....btw. Im a bit concerned about how to save my phones warranty and what i do if soft bricked my phone and there is no battery removal so how can i switch off my phone then...
Im familiar with the rom installing as i have installed many roms on my tipo dual
Plz give me my answers...im a new bie here

It's just standard MIUI v5 you can find the photos here http://en.miui.com/thread-2279-1-1.html
And after you root your phone, the warranty dies so beware of it.
And if you follow the steps as explained by me in the thread, the device won't brick but still if it bricks you can use MTKdroid tools to bring it back to life.
And I've found a trick to switch off our phone, if it's stuck on boot logo, connect the usb cable and press vol down + vol up + power button and it'll restart and a charging screen will come up, just remove the cable now and the device will shut off.

i accidently deleted build.prop file and rebooted...
now my phone i stuck on logo..
i am the owner of micromax canvas a77(rooted)
and
when i try to connect my phone to PC it says MTK65xx drivers not installed
i also tried installing these drivers but the phone didn't connect
probably because my USB debugging was not enabled..
PLZZZZZZZZZZZ HELP ME
I WANT MY PHONE BACK ((((
plz tell me appropriate steps to b taken ASAP !

can all owners of micromax canvas series especially a77 let me know about how to enable navigation bar in my phone, i had tried a lot by gravity box but still i cannot get it.
what i tried
1> tried enabling navbar through gravity box in my friends karbonn titanium s5 and got it
2> tried enabling it in my xposed modified rom but was unable get it
3> flashed the fresh stock rom installed xposed and gravity box rebooted enabled navbar but still cant get it.
any kind of help will be appreciated

i flashed my phone just a day before from now and even i got that problem
solution- just search around google with proper driver installation you will get it

I also tried gravity box, and build.prop method
i think there must be something in framework res, that needs tweaking...

i had my phone rooted for almost a year with CWM recovery installed. i also have nandroid backup.
my phone was not conneting to wifi so i decided to factory reset it. i did factory rest in the simple way(settings->bacup&reset->factory reset)but my phone is stuck in bootloop. and it wont go in recovery mode. plz help....its urgent i have no idea what to do as it wont go to recovery mode

Hi, been rocking the rom since day one and loving it thus far. Really love the frequent updates.
Found only one bug, where my google search bar in the recent screen is not working. Not really a problem for me. In fact, maybe the option to remove it on the recent screen is even better.
I do have a question concerning the kernel, is there a settings menu to tweak those settings?
Further i would love to see these features making it to another build :
- status bar customization (like centre clock & date) (might be able to cherry-pick from fusion!?)
- adaptive statusbar color
- Setting option to change lockscreen notifications (maybe even active display as i love its beauty)
Will be keeping this lovely rom as my daily driver for the time being.
Keep up the good work and frequent updates.

Problem in rom
In this s4 ROM after calling or receving calls phone gets lock an gets hang and we have to reboot the phone for use , this is biggest issue of this rom , i kindly request to fix this poblem soon ,from this big issue only i am not able to use this rom.

i have canvas a120 8gb with built in kitkat in it i have flashed cwm 2.5 recovery in it but i am not able to run the custum rom
after installing i reboot the phone and the phone freezes there and nothing happens thus i have to restore the rom everytime i try to install any of the roms please help me through this

i have installed samsung S4 rom but i am facing issue regarding making call or receiving call... i.e once i made a call or receive a call my display gets off and i had to restart my phone to get back my display.. any help please

Sir,I installed this rom correctly and it was great but with some critical issues:-
1- The screen freezes every time when a call is placed.And to overcome that I have to reboot my device by taking the battery out.
2- Whenever a video is played through any player or the a video folder is opened in gallery anthen pixelations occur on the screen and drizzling effects come on screen like a cable TV.
Please help sir...your rom is great I dont want to loose it anyhow.
There is proximity fix zip file available to download..just check it..

I never saw a magnificent developer (or what ever u call ur self ) like u till now, u give a detailed step by step installation guide that's really awesome, the more amazing thing is at the end of the installation guide u say OOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and u ask us to edit the script @ META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script by unzipping the package, Hats off to ur intelligence.
Don't you know that the phone is stuck in BOOT animation by the time u said OOPS !!!! in ur installation guide.
I don't know if there will be any fool who will flash the phone with stock ROM using odin and try to install ur magnificent ROM again. Its my humble request to not to say OOPS !!! in installation guide because its OUR F****** phones out there and our precious time which is wasted by Genius' Like you

You have learnt some important lessons here
1 - Read all the instructions
2 - Always have a backup
3 - Know how to quickly resolve any problems
And the most important
4 - Anything you do to your phone you do at your own risk - neither XDA or anyone else will take responsibility if your phone blows up

Brightness Control
Hello,
I had installed RC1 version in which I face issue with brightness that it was automatically changing without any change given by me and irrespective of what it is showing in setting>display>brightness bar. It seems like there is some bug. In brightness settings it is showing unexpected behavior like even if I am increasing brightness, in actual it decreases. Please Help !!!
Bricked my phone(samsung galaxy y duos s-6102)
I installed the GIJv.2.1. I followed proper procedure but I bricked my phone.
The error was that it data/rebooting was not able to mount.
Then I used odin, it went into boot loop.
Then I used firmware by jamesjerrs to revive, finally I did.
What could be the reason for this?
What could possibly cause the unability of data to mount?

I got stuck on unlocking the bootloader.... (and im not gonna try it again!) when i tried to unlock it (twise) the phone just hang in fastboot mode and none of buttons were responsive,so i couldnt shut it off or restart. Also none of the adb commands worked to restart the fastboot mode or to exit it. So i had to wait for a long time for the battery to fisnish...(since this damn phone has no removable battery)!!

any news about rooting android lolipop 5.1 on this device ?
i had my share of tryouts ...... all failed XD
i even got stuck in bootloop when i used mtk droid tools cwm recovery
