What program should I use to flash a Note 4G? Can I use PhilipZ (like what I've done on my S4)?

I am using Samsung Galaxy S I9000.. It is running on firmware 2.1 Eclair..
I want to upgrade it to Froyo 2.2.. I heard the JPA is fastest rom available for Galaxy S..
Please suggest me the best ROM to install on my galaxy s for speed and performance..
The baseband my phone has - I9000DDJG4
Please help me, how can I upgrade my phone to Froyo 2.2.. I've seen lots of ROM available in Android development section but don't know whether they support my mobile or not.
you need 20 minutes
1. 3br fix if not working, easy one from Richtrofen - flash bootloader with odin. (most risky part, but I do not find post with bricked phone when you patch both bootloaders at once), for me worked well
2. instal z4 root to root your phone
3. instal terminal and backup /efs folder
4. instal rom manager and download Doc rom v9 and instal it
Very stable and great rom, for the first time my gps is not lost every few kilometres

I recently bought an AT&T unlocked Flipout.
But it's ROM seems to be designed for AT&T and restricted to market apps only.
So what I want is to flash whichever ROM (Worldwide?) is used in India.
Can anyone link me to a ROM (stock WW with Motoblur newest version and preferably rootable) and a tutorial for installing it (if it exists).

I root my phone(the same flipout with AT&T) using Android SDK h**p://developer.android.com/sdk/installing.html and then from console I installed Universal androot( I don't remember where did I find it, may be here h**p://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=747598)
With Android SDK I removed AT&T aplications and I can install after market apps
I couldn't find working rom. So if you find something please shere it!

I have a s4 sprint 4.2 and actually I want to have a rom with another language.
and now I have 2 files.
1 I have firmware.apk and many app .apk like systemui. Apk Settings.apk. video.apk that I copy them from another s4 phone sprint 4.2 that has already has translated rom
How to install the system . Apk files on my s4 ?
2 I make full backup using custom recovery from s4 sprint 4.2 sprint that has translated rom.
can I make restore from this backup to use it in my s4 s4 sprint using cwm recovery ?
To get my rom translated like the other s4?

can anyone access me to a thread where i can find stock rom for my galaxy y without pc..
you cant flash stock rom firmware without a pc effectivly - There is a thread but I believe the process has bugs like imei so I wouldnt recommend it
You can flash a "Stock rom" via cwm but it wont be the same as flashing it via odin - think of it as flashing a custom rom with no modifications - It wont convert your system back to rfs or change your baseband for example

I have Galaxt s4 i9500 with the Arrow rom Ver 16 (based on Firmware XXUGNH2).
I got all the time lost connection when using th 3g.
My Provider said it the Firmware (there is problems with the GNH2 and GNG3).
Can i install only the XXUFNE7 Firmware or i need to install all of the rom (to Ver 14 - that include Firmware XXUFNE7)?
If the answer is yes, How can i do it?

Hi mate ,
As long as you are talking about custom roms , yes you can , just make sure you have a good backup just in case , nandroid , efs folder and Titanium.......full wipe and flash
You need to flash V14, backup , full wipe and flash...
