it pop up the system update this morning , after it finish it come up the pic of the robot & "!" , and it hold on that screen forever , try to press the powber buttom for 10sec to restart , it wouldnt success , it just keep on restarting ,
anyone would know a way to fix that or how can i re-flash the machine from pc etc... many thanks,

Hi guys , i currently have a Samsung Galaxy S4-I9505 (un-rooted) . Just a few days back , it started to shut down by itself for no reason and when i try to on it again it will get stuck in the "Samsung Galaxy S4" boot up screen and goes blank again . I have tried to restart it many times in safe mode and tried to wiping the cache but it goes blank as soon as i try to press something . Another solution i saw was to re-flash the firmware using KIES , but i can't even get it to work (no LED light when plugged in to charger or the computer ) . I did call Samsung service hotline and they think that there is a problem with the motherboard so they suggest i send it to get checked . So , any suggestion on how to fix this ? Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thanks !

Hi mate,
First thing i would do is a backup of personal data and apps
Check if any of the pushbuttons is stuck , specially the power button
Can you go to recovery , can you go to download mode?
Try first a factory reset and see if it help,if not i would reflash firmware with Odin...BUT if it is in warranty still take it to them and have it fix

Hi there , is there a way for me to do backup without turning the phone on ? since currently i can't turn my phone on .
I do not think that any buttons are stuck seems fine on the outside, but after going through some youtube videos i think there might be something stuck internally ? so maybe i will take it out and try to see if it works .
I can get to the page where it shows recovery and download mode sometimes but if i press a button to select an option it will go blank straight away .
Sadly it is not under warranty anymore , maybe i will open it up and give it a try first .

Hi ,
unfortunately no you need the phone to be on.
Even if the buttons look fine they may be stock , if you know how open the phone and try to wiggle them

No Signal with all modems installed
I have a:

fcc id: a3lgti9505
ssn: -i9505gsmh
the problem is that I haven't signal, or is very poor, when I stay in outdoors, the signal is 80% but if I go inside my home the signal is 0, I compare with others S4 and isn't a operator problem.
I install all modem for S4 i9505 with Odin from (i9505 modems) and doesn't works. and installed KitKat 4.4.4 and no mather what I try the signal phone is lost...
I tried to install modems for i9505G but Odin don't reconigze the modem...
Can anybody help me :'(

short story - i tried to flash recovery image via asus flash tool and when it stuck. now i havent any droid at begining no recovery option, and when it powers up touch screen dont work.
long story- 1. my friend ask to remove password from zenpad,his children add it. password with program app lock or something.
2. i tried to do hard reset but i didnt find the combination (it was very strange) only three options comes with vol down and pow. nothing comes with vol up.
3. i decide to flash it to stock firmware, download stock img drivers and etc.
4. i used asus flash tool, and it stucks at the moment, and now i cannot flash it anymore. the symptoms are-
nothing comes when power up(only light)
when its power on touch screen not working,but still see the locked app and all concent.also cannot turn it off (need mouse to turn it off)
how i can get out of this situation? how to fix it ? please help guys, i dont have any minds now, searched info for 1 week, but maybe bad.

i just downloaded and installed the android 10 system update from the ASUS download centre and after installation completed the phone worked for a while and then it suddenly got locked and after a sec it started showing black screen and the navigation buttons and status bar are flashing (popping out and going in) and it occasionally also shows the lock screen for a brief moment. I have tried going into safe mode and this issue still happens. is there a way i can fix this without hard resetting the phone? i was editing the quick access menu options just before the phone got locked if that helps. please help. u can find a video of the phone in attachments or here
