Hello.
My N9005 int. version was on kitkat 4.4.4 TMT rom. I've flashed the 5.0 Lollipop rom and change my baseband. I wanted to go back to 4.4.4 but I didn't know how to flash my baseband back so, I've decude to go back to my stock 4.4.2 XXUGNG1 with no root flashed via odin. After I've flashed my 4.4.2 XXUGNG1 in AP with Odin, my phone stuck on bootlogo (after update apps 350/350).
HOW can I solve this thing?!:crying:
Did you try removing your battery to power off the device, then boot into download mode and flash the appropriate files in Odin?

Yes.....I've download the XXUGNG1 4.4.2 kitkat from sammobile, and put in PDA in Odin and flashed. After this stuck on bootlogo where my phone vibrate then stay then vibrate again.

That's it! now it's working but I cannot see it on my computer....when is connected don't appear in My computer not even in Kies.

I've flashed my stock rom and after that I made a factory reset....my phone boot without problem after that!

Not to sure if this in the right place. my phone was updated by kies this morning. i then tried to install omega 4.3 but it failed and wouldn't let me restore my back up. i then tried to flash a stock rom that i got from sam mobile and it wouldn't work i keep getting a msg on the phone sayin su check fail fuse 2 binary 1. i can still connect with odin and flash the atuo root any help here would be much appreciated some one has told me i need a copy of the very latest updated fw i am on I9505XXUBMF8 also after flashing atuo route when the phone reboot it loads the s4 screen the goes black and vibrates any help would be appreciated thanks kyle

i maybe wrong but you have to root again when you flash stock tw you will lose root

you can not downgrade. flash MH8
odin fails at id0/005> aboot mbn if this helps any 1

appears to be working kudos smashersh72 very great full for your help :victory:
When Kies upgraded the firmware it updated the bootloader. Unfortunately you are stuck on Official firmware MHG8 and higher. There are some roms out now with an official MH8 base and you might be able to flash the CM110 roms BUT at this point
Omega is MH1 base so you can't flash this...
please help, I checked Nand Erase All option (stupid of me) in Odin and flashed a stock firmware and now my phone is stuck on Samsung logo.

yes I am stuck on logo. I think I have soft bricked my phone and now I am desperately looking for a PIT file for my phone but still no luck

Have you flashed the right firmware you cannot downgrade it must be the same or newer for it to work, you can get the latest updates from www.sammobile.com

try this pull the battery out and back in put into download mode flash again with odin ,untick f-reset and reboot

I followed your instructions but it still gets stuck on the logo
I have done everything I could. I also tried to install CWM but it gives me this error "secure check fail : recovery"
okay for those with the same problem as mine, I finally managed to fix this problem by going to recovery, then wiping data factory reset.
i've the same error,
it was because i use bobcat v2 with abyss kernel so after i would use echoe V5 but reflash a stock rom MJ7 to clean my phone
but ===> error the message just apear

Well I thought I just did. If you want to install 4.4.2 stock. Then follow the guide.
- Downloaded official kitkat from this threads first page or mirrors here: https://mega.co.nz/#!jZYkyY5a!HfiJlXRgp_ZGWoQncFNWeEn5FnY_0i9iFb23EGfg2Nk
- Downloaded Odin v1.85 from here: http://www.modaco.com/topic/361399-...-183-all-versions-samsung-rom-flashing-tools/
- Fully wiped phone from settings>general>reset
- Run odin
- turn phone off
- put phone into downloading mode (Vol down + home + power)
- after warning notification, Vol up to continue
- Plug phone into PC with usb cable
- In Odin tick PDA checkbox and load extracted rom file
- In Odin tick Phone Bootloader Update (Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time are already default ticked aswell)
- Start
- After it rebooted it hung for a bit on splash screen saying it was loading recovery, then rebooted.
- After long reboot, it loaded to OS setup screen.
- Completed setup

After I updated my Verizon Galaxy S5 to Lollipop, I tried to flash a lower version official .tar through Odin, and got stuck in a bootloop I can still flash .tars through Odin, but I cannot actually use my phone. How do I get my phone working again? Can I?

Can you be more specific? What TAR did you flash? Did you flash an older corresponding kernel?
What is your ultimate goal?

I figured out how to restore on my own. Turns out I can only restore to NCG. I fixed my own problem. Thanks for helping though!
To any users who visit this form in the future, you can only flash back to NCG after updating to OTA Stock Lollipop.

This is not true. You can restore back to whatever version you want. If you get stuck in a bootloop just hold down the home, volume down and power buttons for about 10 seconds and the phone will boot in to a maintenance menu. From there select factory data reset with the volume down key and then press the home button to execute the option. It should boot normally after that. To avoid this just enter the stock recovery after flashing the tar in Odin and factory data reset from there.

If you downgraded the kernal it won't let you so you have to go back to a lower verison of android or flash the lollipop kernel
Who knows how to do downgrade from 5.1.1 to 4.4.2 on Tab 4 8.0 T33x ?
download aand flash the firmware with odin from here.

Mine is SM-T331. I have tried several ROM from multiple region but I could not downgrade it to 4.4.2. Flashing via Odin was successful, but it stucked at "SAMSUNG" and never booted to ROM,

I'm using stock ROM T331XXU1BOG4_T331ODD1BOG4_INU. I did factory reset before flashing 4.4.2 ROM package via Odin. Even with T331XXU1ANDA_T331ODD1AND4_INU (same region), it did not work.

Repeat wipe now in stock recovery
Temorarily stuck with 5.1.1 for now. I will try repey6's suggestion later.

bump, does 5.1.1 prevent u from downgrading to 4.4.2? the tablet was updated to 5.1.1 by accident, so i want to downgrade.
EDIT: i was able to downgrade just fine. if your hangs at the smasung boot logo for like 5 mins, power off device and clear the partitions/ data.
I don't think u can downgrade from OI1 according to Smart Switch. So i think i had BOG1
Any success on a sm-t337v??
